Download speed is LOL 8.71mbps I honestly dontdon't know what Im paying for

Just wanted to share a review, as I am beyond thrilled with the customer service and just all around support from Coextro. I just recently got a condo in Toronto and I was shopping around for different providers and I've been with some of the big names out there like Bell and Rogers and I never get the attention and customer service that I believe companies should be giving customers. Until I stumbled upon Coextro..... I was shocked at how easy it was to sign up and the prices are amazing.

I wish I knew the installer's name (I completely forgot), they were so friendly and informed me what they were doing every step of the way. They had to get into my closet where the panel was to connect the fibre modem and run a fibre cable somewhere into a telecom closet.

I've been using the internet so far and it's insanely fast, I know with previous companies when I've ordered their "top of the line" Package that I've never experienced their advertised speeds. I also love the fact that they include a free TV service that I can watch on my computer and get the local channels. I don't know of any other company that offers that service.

You've got a customer for life! Thank you once again and I have already recommended Coextro to my brother and sister and parents.

They have an awful costumer service. If you have any problem it's impossible to rich them and they never return your calls. They are cheep and it's convenient but you need to hope that you will never have any problems. It's unfortunate how poor COSTUMER SERVICE can be.

So far so good with these guys, the internet speed is wonderful and their customer service team has been very very easy to deal with.

Amazing value high-speed Internet. Been with Coextro since early 2015 and have gone from 125/125Mbps to 250/250Mbps for less $! The big providers aren't even in the same league cost/performance-wise. Would recommend Coextro to anyone who can avail of their service.

I admit, I hesitated about switching my internet over to Coextro. Rogers' cheapest plan is on 'promo' pricing for $69.99, so I couldn't imagine how a new-ish company could offer unlimited internet for half that, without the quality suffering. I figured I'd try it out, there's no contract, and worst case scenario, I'd crawl back to Rogers.

I made the switch, and couldn't be happier. Consistently fast speeds, haven't had any connection issues at all, and as a bonus, their installation guy was the most polite and respectful technician I've experienced! Helped me find the best spot to put my router. Customer service is phenomenal.

I subscribed with Coextro immediately upon them becoming available in our Condo about a year and a half ago. Right from the installation until today when I have to move, the service has been fabulous. I have enjoyed smooth fast high speed internet for a reasonable price. Referred 3 others and they are all happy as well.

Fair pricing, excellent communication, service as promised. I have been with Coextro for over a year now and I'm very pleased with their service. I pay for 75 Mbps unlimited and that is exactly what I get. Their offering has been consistently up and I have not experienced any outages that I am aware of.

Coextro provides excellent promotions. I am new customer and I am very happy with the customer service.

2nd time leaving a review, this company is not professional, customer service is non existent. I have attempted to cancel my account 4TIMES!! first time was to be cancelled for March 12 I called was given a FAKE cancellation number so I had to call back and attempt to cancel again which I was told it will be cancelled and my bill will reflect the cancellation, NOPE!! it is March 22 2021 and they still have not cancelled my service and are still trying to bill me. This is unacceptable and if my service is not cut as requested ASAP I will taking up this matter legally!

A really good DSL service for it's price!

I live out in Durham region in a student housing unit with 4 other guys. When we got settled it was pretty apparent that the provided wifi was bad and there was no LAN making my desktop a pretty thing on my desk top.

I heard from word of mouth that Coextro was available in my area. It took a week for the install and modem to come in. We got our modem router from them. Works really well on the 5.0ghz and 2.4ghz bands.
LAN speeds are ~50 Mbps down and ~10 Mbps up. I can stream content while my roomates are doing their own thing.

I 100% recommend this.

As far as ISPs go... there great fast hookup no EQ to rent or buy...

Had an issue with my router on Saturday afternoon. Tech support team from Coextro went beyond their call of duties on Saturday and Sunday and resolved the issue for me.

I would never imagine this level of customer services from any major ISP such as Rogers, Bell, Telus etc. in Toronto. By far the best customer/tech service experience I have ever had.

Why pay so much for ok speed internet and mediocre customer services? I would definitely pick Coextro if their service is available in your area for extremely fast internet connection, amazing price and the best customer services in Toronto!

Had trouble two different times, once with Internet and once with Vmedia ... both times problems were fixed with very patient customer service reps.

I got service from these guys and their modem router could not coverage my small hose and they asked me to buy an other wifi extender.
they are poor to customer care...

We signed on with Coextro 5 days ago and so far the service has been as promised and delivering at both download and upward speeds as promised! Hope it will continue being such!

absolutely horrible internet I've ever experienced. In the Mississauga area, this is probably the worst internet you can have. pricing is horrible im getting 300 mbps for $95 and I cant even watch Netflix without it disconnecting. whenever I do a speed test its reading 40 mbps .... I called multiple times restarted my internet and I'm still having the same problems. Haven't even had this for a year, I would recommend anyone to not go with these small company internets, they do not provide enough connection to homes.

We have fibre to the building internet service from Coextro for 2 years already. Excellent service and price. Outages are practically non-existent. Thanks to this company's investments into fibre real competition is emerging in areas they cover. Highly recommended.

very good experience from start to finish. switched from Rogers with no issues and getting same speed and performance as before for half the cost.

Three days of using their service so far. Probably the best ISP available in GTA at this price. While most internet plans have limited upload speed, Coextro has same up/down speed. Multiple speed test ACTUALLY provides what they've offered.

Limited to several condos in GTA as far as i know, I wouldn't move to another condo Just because of THEM :p. Have their own infrastructure rather than reselling other's.

Consistent so far. Require no modem too is another big plus. Just plug your router to Ethernet jack they set and you're good to go!

Good price but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think they have one customer service rep it's impossible to get a hold of anyone if there is an issue with your service.

This review was not regarding my called today it was regarding a tech issue I was having with the internet I tried calling from 4 pm to 9pm and was not able to get a hold of any one a few weeks ago.
