This place is awful. All there cars come from auction with serious mechanical problems.
there interest rate is 23.9%. youll end up paying $12,000 for a $8,000 car. I highly recommend to not purchase a car here. Every car has over 100,000 miles. and they lie about every car they have. wont tell you if it was a repo or anything in that sense. Also they give customers gift cards to give them a good review. So dont take these reviews seriously.

Jeremy Reyes was very nice he did everything he could to get me on the road not to mention he was funny,down to earth, and he has a heck of a sense of humor!! my second time dealing with masters pretty decent people.

i came to mater auto and they gave me a great car. after hours of being denied from other car dealerships..........For a good down payment also. So if your looking for a car but have a low budget come to Maters Autos and see Joe and Vanessa they were very helpful.

This place is a joke, I purchased a 2006 Prius and a year later it completely stopped working. Their generic mechanic told me it was the battery so I went and purchased a 300$ battery and the car still didnt work. I called them again and they told me I would have to have the car towed their again and pay for all parts and labor. I will NOT recommend this place to anybody. Horrible customer service, bad business owners, by the way they pay all their customers to write good reviews so dont be fooled!!!

I had some issues with a car I bought In December and wrote a bad review. Today. the service department fixed those issues at no charge. I would be glad to recommend this dealership to my friends because they try to take good care of their customers.

Bought a tahoe they showed me the car fax it said no accidents then i go trade the tahoe in at a real car lot and they printed out the car fax the tahoe i payed $14,000 for been in 2 accidents how they do that and sell you junk this lot sucks go yo RJS on lorain rd

Masters Auto Sales is such a wonderful dealership, although I've had some credit issues and had an open car loan on a vehicle that I was fixing more than driving. My salesperson was Jose, he took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I got the vehicle that I wanted and not a vehicle that I had to settle for. Dave the finance manager was great as well. He got me a payment that I could afford that came in under what I was paying with the other vehicle I had. I would recommend anyone to go to them and see what they can work out for you.

After being rejected by big name, big lot car dealers, I went to Masters slightly pessimistic and skeptical. It turns out they were professional and Ihad an overall great experience. My sales associate, Jon was helpful and realistic. Very happy with Masters Auto Sales!

This is my second vehicle from Masters in 3 years. I decided to keep my truck, because I love it so much but I also needed something smaller. Joe worked with my budget to put me into something immediately! I have never seen someone purchase a car so quickly. I will definitely be coming to Masters for all my car shopping and I send all my family and friends too!

3 months later and my car is in the shop. The mechanic suggests that I take it back to the dealer because the computer inside the vehicle isn't working. I will call Joe ASAP because I hope he will help even though the car was sold to me as is. When I signed for the car Joe said, "I took care of that car myself!" I will keep everyone posted and updated on my situation as it unfolds!

Spoke with Joe today, he advises that he doesn't have anyone available to look at my car and suggests I take it to a mechanic. All the mechanics I spoke with suggest I take it to a Toyota dealership which will cost me $108/ hr to even diagnose my problem. Needless to say, this is going to be a pricey fix with no help from the dealership that I already purchased 1 vehicle from.

Went to the dealership today, my hybrid battery is bad and it will be $2800 fix! I am waiting for Joe to call me back to see what they will do since I have only had the car for less than 6 months. I was told that if I continue to drive the vehicle it could catch fire while in motion.

11/18/16- I have officially took a loss with this vehicle! Joe hasn't been in touch with me in months to assist and I was forced to sell the car. They sold me a lemon. The loan company tried harder to rectify the situation than Joe and Masters. My credit is going to be severely damaged because of this and I DO NOT recommend this place for anyone.He rushed me into a vehicle and a purchase knowing that the car had major issues. When I got in the car Joe said, "I fixed it up myself." BEWARE OF DEALER!

Rick and Jose were friendly and professional. They both were patient and considerate with assisting me on getting my vehicle. I really felt comfortable doing business with them. Me and my girlfriend purchased a 03 Altima last night. It had a issue and we brought it in. They jumped right on it. Good humor staff and flexible for your buck.

Worst service on the planet. Crap cars, shady tactics and pushy / lying staff. The place is a total dump, their bathroom is worse off than any porta-john you've ever seen, they will change prices on contracts from what you agreed on, and will not fulfill promises made. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, when you purchase a car they will ask you to review them on Google using their computer, while the coke head sales person stands over your shoulder. Exactly why I felt it necessary to revise this. Master's is the epitome of every negative stigmatism associated with used car sales.
