The people, all very, very nice and helpful. Top in an international comparison!
We did most of the dives with Juan Carlos, a good guide as one would like, notices very quickly how the individual diver qualities are to be assessed and at the end sends the airless ones up ahead of time without ending the dive altogether. Always friendly, very helpful and considerate.
Osvaldo, the leader, a human soul, always calm, serene and in control of the situation.
So does Noidel, a great guide,

Nino leaves no doubt about his undeniable competence.
Luis is an attentive dive companion, always friendly and helpful.
And Yail, responsible for everything around it, the soul of the whole thing is always approachable, asks, takes care of, also electricity - and water failure is compensated, is grateful for every suggestion and even asks actively for criticism in the wish to make everything better.

I spent my open water in this center, with as instructor Alberto, who has been very patient because I was very stressed at first. He is very pedagogue and knows how to give confidence. The other instructors are also very friendly and very concerned about the well being of the guests. Illiana who takes care of welcoming guests is also very attentive and knows how to organize the diving trips with a lot of professionalism. Thanks to them ! I recommend this center!

I recently had the opportunity to take some advance SSI dive training at Coco Diving Centre in Cuba March 2017 and I felt the experience was so great your company should hear about it. I travelled to Cuba December 2014 for the first time after doing my open water training in Scuba here in Canada.
I fell in love with the people and the country my first visit. I have now travelled to Cuba around 15 times over the past 3 years and have even done the diving trip at Jardines de la Reina (Garden Of The Queens) as well as no less than 8 diving centre s in various areas of Cuba.
Every trip has been a great experience and for me Cuba is my favorite country to dive in but the last trip is an experience I felt I should share with the people responsible for all the great diving centre s in Cuba. I met most of the staff at the Coco diving centre when I travelled to Tryp Cayo Coco early in 2015.
Tryp at that time was my favorite diving centre and I visited it a few times to be able to dive the location. When I completed all my PADI diving training up to master diver I made the decision to move forward on the professional side of diving under SSI not PADI.
With the recent closing of the dive shop in Tryp I made arrangements with the staff at the new Coco diving centre in the Melia Cayo Guillermo to move forward under SSI. I made arrangements to take all the training I could to be able to move forward as an instructor under SSI in the future.
I showed up at the diving centre March 6th 2017 and right from the very start all the staff started helping me move forward with the training. Every member of the diving staff could not have been more helpful and doing everything they could do to make the training and experience something worthwhile.

I was honored huge when I found out I was the first Canadian certified under the new location and only one of 4 students over all the years to get their DM under this diving centre. All diving instructors worked with me as well and I had a great opportunity to learn from all of them over the training.
The Diving centre supervisor Osvaldo Rodriguez oversaw all the training and made sure the paper work and all forms were looked after and made the administration of the training easy.
Learning to dive with divers from this diving centre has been amazing!!! I would highly recommend this training centre to any serious diver looking to challenge themselves in a professional safe environment.
I have already been in touch with SSI to express the amazing level of training in this diving centre and I hope to be able to continue the training here in the future. While every diving centre I have been at in Cuba has been top notch this diving centre is special.

Excellent diving centre. The people were the best, with great dive masters. A very well run operation. They had top notch equipment, and I was happy to see that they didn't cut corners on safety like other Carribean locations.

Highly recommend.

Great diving center. Only one of our large family members decided to work out here during our holiday nearby. But according to his story, professionals in their field work here. They taught everything you need. The safety requirements here are extremely strict and if you follow them, everything will be fine. A lot of impressions, useful skills, a lot of photos and videos were left from the classes in the center. The personnel have all the necessary certificates.

Very professional instructors and guides, Y ais made 6 dives including 2 deep, lots of fish but few colors, the coral was ravaged by Hurricane Irma.
We see some regrowth of purple coral and fire coral, two or three tufts of anemone.
Also saw 3 turtles, two small sharks, 2 green moray eels, and a gray one, some rays.
But overall rather disappointing ....

I can say that I have dive with all the senior instructors at coco diving center and the overal service , instructors experience and profecional attitude is fantastic! That's without mentioning the beauty of the diving sites and the variety of ocean life, from barracudas to groupers and rays to the little fish that we fed at the coral reef.
I highly recommend it to anyone from experience diver to the ones who want to have their first underwater experience .

Open Water Diver Certification- If it weren't for Noidel Gonzalez Padron I don't know if I would have gotten certified! I had a small freak out the first morning getting used to the regulator, but Noidel was patient, helpful and really made sure I was comfortable with all the skills I needed to be a good diver. The opportunity to read through the theory ahead of time, do skills training in the pool and then apply it right away on a dive ensured that I really absorbed the training material. I went from really hesitant on my first day to very comfortably and confidently taking off my BCD on the ocean floor by day 4! Thanks Noidel!

The rest of the Coco Diving team was great. They are all the perfect amount of professional while also relaxed and laid back. My partner already dives, but we were able to go out every day and dive in the same group which was a lot of fun.
