I love the reserved seating, so I never get stuck with a bad seat. Seats are large and extreamly comfortable. With sixteen screens there is always something good to see. No reason to go anywhere else.

The place is closed, at least for now. The Palm Beach County Council said they'll ask the Governor to let theaters open up again. Hopefully they follow through and this place can get going again.

I think the seating is a really bad idea. I want to get there and decide where to sit. My parents almost got into a fight with a man who flew off the handle because they were in his seat. When they came in someone else was in their seat. They were more than willing to move but the man started screaming and yelling and threatening them. The other couple refused to move and never got out of my parents seat even with the chaos. Stop the madness and let us sit where we want to.

Always a great experience especially now with new seating that can't be beat! New VERY comfy extra roomy Awesome chairs to relax and watch a movie on! See for yourself!
Also always appreciate the strict policy on rated 17 and up movies! Thanks for caring and looking out for our youth!

Check your bank statement if you buy anything at the bar! An employee working there added her own extra tip (theft). $10 extra on one beer, not exactly subtle or hard to detect. Contacted the theater and it's apparently not a first. Return a month later, still an employee. Contacted the GM, no response. What gives, Cobb?

The seats are numbered. But the numbers are on the front of the armrests, and are confusing as to WHICH chair it belongs to. The seat numbers need to be embroidered on the Headrest of each seat, eliminating the confusion.

I see movies there. The seats are better than City place, and they have flavor dust and liquid cholesterol to put on your popcorn, so it's a winner in my book.

It needs an Imax that it will never get, but other than that it's more than serviceable. Maybe have your staff come in more than 5 minutes early on a huge release weekend. Other than that, go sit in the dark here with strangers and share culture.

I went to a movie on Sat Sept 22nd with my son we had an excellent time the theatre was clean and everyone was quiet during the movie unfortunately after the mover ended at 1230 am my son and I got stranded an employee Renique who works at the concession stand was just getting off duty she was very friendly very professional and spoke highly of her job at the theatre she was kind enough to help me and my son out and called Lyft to make sure we got home safe I hope she is nominated for being an exceptional and proud employee at the Cobb theatre thank u very much

Second time here this month. In a different theater each time. Each time there has been a musty smell. My daughter commented the same to me. When I walk into the entrance it has a great welcoming feel, but the musty smell has to go. I will give it one more try, but there are newer theaters not too far away. This is the Gardens. I expect the best.

If you've ever wanted to watch a company commit hara-kiri by running their business into the ground, then visit Cobb theaters at the Downtown mall for a front row seat to the carnage.

I don't even know where to start in describing the destruction.

You go to their automated kiosk to purchase your tickets. If you have a rewards card, at least 50% of the time, it will not read the rewards card to record points for that visit.

As you skip the rewards card and move on, you get to idiocy of seat assignments. First off, Cobb has become control freaks. It initially does not allow you to select your own seats! No, the computer selects random seats for you because presumably we're not smart enough to know where we want to sit and the computer knows BEST.

You must touch "change seats..." to be able select seats of your choosing.

The diagram does not mark where the actual screen is located, so you cannot be sure whether you are selecting seats near the screen or the back of the theater. I did notice that an employee added a sticker to the kiosk that says "AA seats are near the screen". Thank God for THAT!!

You're working with a touch screen. Each box represents a seat. You touch a box to highlight the seat you want to select and the seat above where you touch is actually highlighted. There is a defect in their touchscreen programming that offsets the screen response from where you actually touch. If you want to highlight a given seat you must actually highlight the seat Below where you want to sit to select the proper seat.

We called over a "Customer Service" employee for help with this technical issue. He began lecturing us in a condescending way about how we had to touch "Change Seats....". I knew that. Afterall I work in IT and technology does not intimidate me, but poorly designed and defective technology certainly does annoy me.

Anyway, I had to stop this employee in his tracks and show him the defect in the screen. Apparently he was aware of the problem because he touched below the actual seat to highlight the one above that we wanted to select. After dealing with this very grumpy and annoyed employee, I finally got the seats selected.

The tickets printed and I could find NO EVIDENCE of a theater number. What theater auditorium will be be entering? You sure cannot determine that by reading the tickets. The seat assignments are clearly marked, but NO theater auditorium number to be found.

We proceeded to the ticket taker ask and asked her, "Where is the theater # printed on ticket? I cannot find one!" She said theater numbers are no longer printed on the ticket. She asked us the name of the movie we want to see and began frantically searching down a printed list to find the theater location of our movie. Ahh.. she finally found it. Theater # 5!

Are you kidding me? No theater number on tickets where employees to must go to a printed list to direct people to the proper auditorium?

We get to the auditorium and discover that they have replaced comfortable cloth upholstered seats with stiff, hard leather upholstered chairs. I've been in AMC theaters where they converted to similar seats but had electronic controls that would allow several position adjustments including Recline. Not so with these stiff, hard, upright seats. They barely move and force you to sit in a totally upright position. They are hard leather and NOT comfortable at all for a 2 hour movie.

Next, there is about a foot separation between you and your companion. The armrests are HUGE. If plan on going to the movies to be close to your date, then forget that plan! You must stretch your arms across a large 1 foot gap (the two huge armrests) to even shake hands with your date. These chairs are great for going to see the movies with your Mom, but never pick this movie theater for "Date Night" until you really hate your date and want to keep your distance!!

I cannot tell you how much I truly Loathe this theater now. In every way possible they've made this an annoying and unpleasant experience.

They need new seats. Most theaters these days have reclining seats and serve a variety of food. This theater is full of older people, actually geriatrics. I ve been going daily because I m on vacation. Almost every movie is packed of grandparents. I ve run into many who took our seats and had to get escorted to their seats. And a few times some older people were stuck in the bathroom asking random people for help. It s quite adorable but also sad. And the staff seem annoyed, but I can t blame them for dealing with what they re dealing with. I hate to be this harsh to a review but it hasn t been a great experience at this theater. There s a birthday room, who spends a birthday party at the cinema anyways?

This place used to be great. Now, not so much. The theatres smell bad, they need to get rid of the carpet big time. Popcorn is salty, even though it's made fresh, it tastes stale. It's still better than city place so we continue to go, but it's difficult to enjoy a movie in a gross smelling theater. The bathroom used to be clean and well kept, now they're always gross and filthy. Honestly managment should get this place back up to standards. I rarely visit here anymore due to how gross this establishment is now.

Haven't seen a movie in a while but had the pleasure of enjoying Moonlight in a matinee showing. Seating was awesome and sound made this a very intimate experience. Very customer friendly staff also. Truly awesome!!!
