My wife and I just moved to Gardens from Juno and went to Cobb Downtown for the first time since Cinepolis opened. Do the seats recline at Cobb? Is there a full menu to order dinner that I can spill on myself or irritate my seat neighbor while chewing? On the other hand its conveniently located - after the show we can walk around window shopping and have dinner or drinks in any number of places and cuisines - the parking is covered if its raining or hot outside in summer - it's clean and did I mention it's about 40% cheaper than premium seating in Jupiter.

The theater chairs are comfortable and the $5 Tuesdays are great, but the theater is extremely dirty. From concessions to the bathrooms to the theater rooms, garbage is everywhere and the floors are disgusting.

Nice theater in Downtown at the Gardens, an upscale outdoor shopping mall in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens. The theater is clean, has comfortable seats and a pleasant staff. The popcorn and food are way over priced, of course, like all theaters. Tuesdays they have $5 Tuesdays all day.

Good. Chairs were comfortable. Just wish they would recline. Not crowded. Quiet tonight.

The Cobb is okay but I prefer to Regal with the recliner seats

Very nice time at the theater. Staff is very friendly and work hard to keep the place clean. Clean up staff nicely asked us to wait while they cleaned up the the theater from the previous show and they were very fast and efficient. Girls at the snack desk were fast and informative and provided good quick service. Facility is always very clean and is our theater of choice even though we literally live right next to Cineopolis. Very good job!

2 lines formed for tickets. One window closed and told that line to move to the other line. Only 6 people total. She could have waited on 2 more people then close...... Went in to get popcorn. One window open. We were 2nd in line. Lady ahead of us had a problem with the amount charged. 10 min later the girl behind the counter told us there was no one in line on the back side and said for us to go there. Walked around to the back and there were 6 people in line. Very unorganized. If you are going to let kids run the joint, this is what you get I guess.

Recently renovated and looks great but avoid it at all costs last few movies I have seen there are RUINED by people just going there to have a chat apparently . There were people talking on the phone , there was a baby there crying and somehow there were two groups of people who were able to talk louder than the actual movie itself , the people next to us went out to complain and still nothing was done and some people ended up walking out because it was so loud . Go to cineopolis in Jupiter , might be $2 more but at least your not paying to hear loads of people talk then .

UPDATE: After complaining the manager here actually send me 2 complimentary tickets which Dosent solve the problem but they actually reached out and apologised so cannot fault their customer service which is severely lacking in most businesses .

Clean (for a movie theater), with comfortable seats, and they have 3D if your movie is available in that format...

I love this theater. It has comfortable seating and serves drink.

The bathroom smells worse than a state park bathroom (which is really just a latrine.) that s not an exaggeration and it really is over powering and gross. The entire place is pretty filthy. Seats are ok and of course prices are outrageous, but most theaters are. Wow, though. It s just so filthy and for this area, a real disappointment and shock.

Nice theater but why buy advanced tickets if you still have to go through the line to get a paper ticket seriously, buy a scanner. It what all the hip theaters have these days.
And no recliners.

Good atmosphere and depending on when you go not too much of a hassle.

Place is sad. Badly placed. No arcade. They have beer though!

Worst experience of my life. I was raised in an era where we were brought up and stood by the golden rule that if you couldn t say anything nice than you shouldn t say anything at all, but times apparently have changed. My family has frequented this theater for seven years. Tonight, this trend ended. We will NEVER attend anything hosted here again. Discrimination and bias is prevalent among the staff and upper management of the opposite sex and race. They have no interest in getting involved, even when they are 100% certain that what is actually happening is wrong because they are afraid of losing their jobs. Not somewhere I want to be as an adult or want to expose my children to.

The seats are super uncomfortable nothing like cinemas Regal 441 awesome seats

They kept having problems with their computers, so it took forever to get our tickets. But it was clean and comfortable

This theatre has the most uncomfortable seats in the industry. You must sit straight up and the head bends forward. It's a shame these are new seats so they won't be replaced anytime soon. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where the seats adjust. This place is horrible.

They have kept us theater up to date. Always a pleasure to come here to see a movie.

The temperature in the theater is ridiculous. It is freezing so terribly cold they do not adjust the temp according to outside weather conditions. bring your overcoat. Hat. Gloves Etc. Management doesn't not care at the Cobb Theater. Downtown at PGA GARDENS no consideration. Just take your money

Bad movie experience on a Saturday night taking my young children to see The Adams Family. Our theater was overtaken by 20 teenagers who became very disruptive within 10 minutes of the film starting. Teenage girls bickering and arguing, teenage boys getting up and walking in and out over and over, the environment becoming more and more tense. My family and another family (unrelated) left the theater to speak to a manager. Management was initially unwilling to refund our ticket purchase but eventually bowed down to our pressure. They do not hire police officers to work off-duty at the theater to address the out of control adolescents.

movie theater has closed captioning and reserved seating. great experience but it was extremely cold in the theater which almost made me want to walk out.

Such a nice theater! Since its reserved seating we always pick out our favorite seats ahead of time!

I love the Cobb Downtown Gardens, but when I recently went they had gnats flying all around while i was placing an order for food.

Love the seats, love the service from the kids who work there, but the dumbest idea since waxed fruit is the seat reservation holdup. There were all of 5 people in the matinee I saw, and I still had to pick a seat before I got my ticket. It slows down the line and inconveniences the customers.
Seat reservations in a movie that has 5 people...now that's an idea that's dumber than a bag of hammers!

Love Cobb Theatre! Great atmosphere, very easy to communicate with. Managers are very helpful!

Great area, great mall nearby, great stores around Cobb, and a wonderful movie theater.

You won't fall asleep through any movie here because the overstuffed cushioned seats are FAR FAR less comfortable than any other theatre around. Truly painful seating. Do you like obnoxious teenagers? This place has them by the hundred. When your man uses the restroom does he like pissing in front of a crowd? He'll love it here, no dividers between the urinals at all.

Comfortable seating. Friendly customer service. Not crowded. Only con, sub par popcorn.

Typical Cobb theartre, nice seats & cup holders. Wish they'd install snack trays. Flashback cinema is awesome! Bar is an added bonus! However, they need real bartenders! Not trained well, nor efficient, be prepared to wait and be early... if you order a signature cocktail? Beware.. You'll wait, bartenders get annoyed, and the drink was terrible. Do yourself a favor and just order a beer! Typical Over-pricing. Parking is ample, but be prepared to walk.

Saw the movie Just Mercy, first time here, it wad great. The seating is very comfortable.

Comfortable seats and you pick where you want to sit. Restrooms are clean and the mall area is nice also.

Seats are hard and this assigned seating is so stupid! People can't see in the dark so they turn on their phones for light, seats are way uncomfortable, if you had something that wasn't broken, why try to fix it?
It's bad enough we have to pay so much for the movies, now you made it worse!

Fast convenience service, easy access, and excellent sound system.

This place is great bc they have $5.00 Tuesdays all day. The seating is very nice and it is usually a more mature audience there.

14 bucks for nachos and fountain soda and this is nachos bag of fake tostidos.. lol man I got robbed. And cheese was like 7eleven free hotdogs cheese

Nice Theatres with free parking, I hadn't been here in awhile. They now have you look at a chart at the box office to assign you a seat. It's kind of ridulous if the theatre is empty.

Excellent place. Large and comfortable movie theaters. Large and comfortable seats. Recommended. If you are looking for cinema, this is it!

HATE THE NEW SEATS!! extremely stiff... they should have gone to the new theater in Jupiter the seats are amazing. Don't like picking your seat ahead either. 5 stars other than those 2 issues

although new seating, I found uncomfortable because the cushion for your head pushes it forward into a very uncomfortable position.

It was ok until we were not given our 3D glasses, we had to return to the lobby and get them. Employees need to get on point.

The place is closed, at least for now. The Palm Beach County Council said they'll ask the Governor to let theaters open up again. Hopefully they follow through and this place can get going again.

This used to be a great theater ... however, we went tonight and found that every theater has been renovated with new seats. From the back they look like nice red plush seats, but in reality, they are literally AWFUL. Awful back and bottom support and your neck is compromised the entire movie. Very uncomfortable experience let alone to be made to endure it for 2 hours. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this theater because of this simple fact.

Really nice theater. Clean and professional. Didn't have recliners, in our movie (The Meg) but the might in other theaters.

They serve alcohol. No arcade but there are plenty of things nearby to kill time outside the theater such as ice cream places, shopping, and restaurants/bars.
