Love this location just need some updates but still nice
I'm not happy about the assigned seats. Soon they will be charging extra for the better seats.
Not a bad theatre but the lobby was a complete mess, the concession line was not moving efficiently and the popcorn was burnt
Pretty good theater with very comfortable seats and condiments for your popcorn. Seats need to recline if they look that fancy.
Very Dirty and Stinky seats..Worst theater Ever.HIGHLY NOT recommended.
Comfy chairs, cool movies, typically overpriced popcorn
Nice theater. Mostly clean. Fairly good customer service.
Nice theater but it has a funny smell and concessions are very expensive, 3 drinks, 2 popcorns, and a candy were $45... But good location near our home.
The staff is great. They're fully staffed and very professional. The concession lines cam get a bit long because the menu is a little difficult to read for first timers but the cashiers are great at assisting
Mediocre theatre with no reclining seats and women's bathroom almost always reeks of urine
I have been coming here for years, but aside from the bar not much has changed here. Large theater rooms but it has become the teenager's hangout spot. If you want a quiet movie experience go during the day
Nice theater, clean, comfortable seats, but the concession prices are high.
The only thing what I really hate is... Always when we go to watch a movie there is always a bunch of young African Americans going to the rooms and start screaming talking taking pictures and never be quiet I don't know why no body can do something about it.. Just the same problem every time...
Frozen is the worst movie ever I wish there was unfrozen
They only had 1 theater open for the movie "IT" I was highly disappointed since it is new and has had great reviews! How can you have 1 theater for a brand new movie?
The only theater we go too. Friendly employees, clean but some of the theaters are too small. If your looking for a large theater to enjoy your movies experience this place only has 3 showings and the rest are much smaller..bummer. plus they have handicap buttons to enter each showing but none of them work?! Concession stand serves small hard salty popcorn most days.
The theater is very well maintained. The seats are nice and comfy and the staff is very friendly. I hardly ever go to movies so I wasn't expecting much more than the typical in and out kind of event. I was pleasantly surprised that the manager Scott was very helpful and accommodating when I was there. He took the time to ask how my movie experience was and genuinely interested in what I had to say. I came here on a busier night and was surprised that there was lots of personalized attention by a manager. I'll definitely be coming back to Cobb for a rewarding movie experience.
Great movie theater, usually clean (sometimes sticky floors), safe area, good availability of tickets. Love the reserved seating!
Went to see Storks with the grandgirls, it was great, even cried at the end.
I noticed a lot of trash around the theater. hopefully the theatre will make a better attempt at keeping it clean!
The theater itself is very nice (large and clean). The popcorn bar on both sides of the interior ticket booth is unique and amazing (I love the free topping options). It keeps me coming back, even though I have good theaters closer to me!
Was surprised that the theater seats did not unfold like at other Cobb theatres. Also, the parking is not great for people with disabilities to get to & from the lot to the the theatre. Other than that, the g place is nice.
My wife and I go to this movie theater regularly. I buy my tickets online and always breeze right in. Theater is clean. Staff is friendly. Almost no wait at concessions. Drinks and popcorn are pricey but that is to be expected. All in all great place.
The new seating is confusing. The sequential seat numbers are posted on the left and right hand side of the same seat. As such, you can't determine, for example , if the seat is 4 (posted on the left hand side) or 5 (posted on the right hand side). HELP I need an usher!
Nice I had a great experience and a recommend everyone NOT ONLY CHRISTIANS BUT EVERYONE TO SEE WAR ROOM ITS A BEAUTIFUL MOVIE MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH LOVED IT.. It's a must see
Love the gardens movie theater like all the people very easy work for anyone to do.
Love the movie but the new seats are horrible. I have a neck ache every time I leave the movie the seat pushes your head forward and te seats won't lean back. Other than the head part the seats are comfortable.
Great popcorn comfortable seats. The technology needs to be upgraded. But still I fine place to see a movie
Nice theater and helpful staff and very comfortable seating.
The bathrooms were unclean . Smells of urine when you enter the ladies room . The theater had popcorn on the floor . I saw a couple of employees walking around with brooms but I don't think they have been cleaning looking at this place . I was wondering why the theater was not full considering it's a Saturday.
We saw Book club and really enjoyed it. I received a free popcorn so I got a small drink and upgraded to medium, the cost is over priced but that's the way things are. The seats are nice but could use a wider isle for people walking by without walking on your toes.
It's nearby, it's always clean and comfortable, and I go at least once or twice a week
The WORST movie experience I have EVER had! We arrived at the theater and the lobby was filled with a large group of rowdy teenagers - I'm not talking regular kids having a good time, I'm talking loud and obnoxious where people would turn their heads to see what the fuss was about. They were promptly corralled into the theater area by an 'adult' who seemed to be accompanied by security guards, so we weren't sure if it was some sort of supervised group outing...(we soon learned there would be no supervision) We take our seats, which were assigned, and proceeded to witness the theater fill up with more and more loud obnoxious teenagers / young adults. We stayed in our seats and hoped that they would quiet down once the movie started since we were barely able to watch the previews. During all of this there was not one sighting of an usher or supervisor. We finally decided to leave after the movie started when it became clear the situation was not going to improve - in addition to most of room being loud, there were actually about 15-20 of them still out of their seats AND being disruptive. We proceeded to the service desk to ask for our money back and alert the staff to the situation (since nobody was overseeing the room). Low and behold the guy who herded them all in at the beginning was there hanging out with a security guard. He says, "Wow, I was just in there." I don't know where he was, but if he was, he clearly didn't care enough to do anything about the situation or, sadly, thought that was acceptable. We did get our money back and also got passes, but I highly doubt I'll use mine. I'll go to theater where I can actually enjoy my evening. My mind was blown - I've never seen such a mess in a theater. EVER.
Great comfortable seats and layout. Clean test rooms
Large modern multi-screen cineplex with plenty of parking. In walking distance of several restaurants. Great spot for dinner & a movie.
Expensive But I love it!!!!
We were pleased with theater..clean, people very helpful..we set down front.. the speakers were very loud..will take ear plugs next time..
The only issue I have are the seats. They are very uncomfortable and they do not recline like the ones on Cinepolis or Regal.
Liked assigned seats..nice adult beverage selection..
Reserve seating for old movies? Why. I want to sit where I want to. And hate the new seats. Sweaty bodies and leather do not go together.
Nice seat clean a bit out date bathroom but I do not watch movie in the bathroom so. Still gonna give u 5stars. Thank you for the service.
I used to enjoy going to the Cobb. However, last night was not good. Several people had their cell phones on and would not turn them off when asked to. There were two people smoking in the top row. When we asked them to quit they told us to chill. . There were employees jumping up on counters. The only one doing their job...was the person taking the tickets. I would like to know, where the manager was. This was an early, 5:00 pm movie.
It was ok one of the workers were very funny (his name was Andrew)
Best Theater in the Area! Less busier than City Place
Needs an update but clean and gets the job done! All the latest films very diverse
How can I even start to explain such a terrible show of customer service, it started out as me and my friends going into the theatre thinking there was no seat left for them to sell, we looked for scalpers selling thier thickets we found a lady selling four tickets and had the receipt and confirmation from the website to prove these where the tickets we go inside to be greeted by a rather large grizzley lady and a very feminine African American man working at the front desks next to the main entrance we tried for about 10 minutes showing them the proof and conformation she then told us there was nothing she could do being very rude about it telling us to get lost and saying she didn t have time for us even though we had all just payed 20$ each and had proof that they where bought from the Cobb website we then showed our frustration pleading for help when she then told us to leave while also calling us nazis because of our Donald trump shirts which is very dissapointing considering I thought they where open to all ideology s I do not recommend going to this movie theatre especially when these two bozos are working I would suggest getting a cheaper ticket at a better movie theatre like cinopolis.
Easy parking in the free garage. Seats are comfy, but dont recline. While the theaters are clean the bathrooms need some work.
A great place to be. I love it! Always a great experience!
New wider seats and bar with a better choice of expensive food items. I don't like that you have to pick your seat when you get your tickets. Slows down the line too much.
10 minutes to make a pretzel ! Why not have a few ready?
Convenient parking, not terribly busy. Could be a little cleaner and fresher popcorn.
The seating was fantastic very comfortable highly recommended I am now spoiled.
This Theatre has gone downhill, ladies room not clean, two of three ticket machines out of order, and theater 15 had a noisy vibration that you could hear and feel that turned on, escalated and then turned off all through the entire movie. Extremely annoying/ distracting. Find another theatre.
Nice movie theater, and by nice I mean: seats are elevated so always an at least decent view of the film. They have many screens so showtimes are very plentiful. there arent a bunch of kids talking thru entire movies they shouldnt be allowed to even get tickets for because they actually regulate age-rating limits which you would understand the benifit of fully if you have ever had the displeasure watching a film next to a group of unattended 12 year old kids. Theater is located in themiddle of downtown Gardens so there are plenty of places to eat and shop while waiting for or after watching a film.
I love the Tuesday cheap movie specials. One free popcorn refile is good. And really comfy seats. I wish they reclined...but I heard that some theatres within had that feature. Maybe I was being cheap. Also...floors were sticky and bathrooms were decent.
Meh. Seats were not that comfortable. Popcorn is now the butter yourself type and was not great. Theatre was clean. The staff was lovely and quick to serve which was very nice.
Always a greatime. For shopping, good and great for all events wine tasting with some GOODTIMES ALWAYS!!
Nice theater.. Would be better seating if seats reclined.
I went to a movie on Sat Sept 22nd with my son we had an excellent time the theatre was clean and everyone was quiet during the movie unfortunately after the mover ended at 1230 am my son and I got stranded an employee Renique who works at the concession stand was just getting off duty she was very friendly very professional and spoke highly of her job at the theatre she was kind enough to help me and my son out and called Lyft to make sure we got home safe I hope she is nominated for being an exceptional and proud employee at the Cobb theatre thank u very much
movie theater has closed captioning and reserved seating. great experience but it was extremely cold in the theater which almost made me want to walk out.
Saw Grown Ups 2 which was hilarious and enjoyed listening to the live music that they play in the center of the center at night. Plenty of shops and restraints to choose from. A very enjoyable atmosphere!
Great picture and sound, clean auditoriums, tickets a little pricey.
Many theaters. Clean. Efficient. Pick your own seats. It's in South Florida, nuff said.
