The staff is great. They're fully staffed and very professional. The concession lines cam get a bit long because the menu is a little difficult to read for first timers but the cashiers are great at assisting

I have been coming here for years, but aside from the bar not much has changed here. Large theater rooms but it has become the teenager's hangout spot. If you want a quiet movie experience go during the day

The only thing what I really hate is... Always when we go to watch a movie there is always a bunch of young African Americans going to the rooms and start screaming talking taking pictures and never be quiet I don't know why no body can do something about it.. Just the same problem every time...

The only theater we go too. Friendly employees, clean but some of the theaters are too small. If your looking for a large theater to enjoy your movies experience this place only has 3 showings and the rest are much smaller..bummer. plus they have handicap buttons to enter each showing but none of them work?! Concession stand serves small hard salty popcorn most days.

The theater is very well maintained. The seats are nice and comfy and the staff is very friendly. I hardly ever go to movies so I wasn't expecting much more than the typical in and out kind of event. I was pleasantly surprised that the manager Scott was very helpful and accommodating when I was there. He took the time to ask how my movie experience was and genuinely interested in what I had to say. I came here on a busier night and was surprised that there was lots of personalized attention by a manager. I'll definitely be coming back to Cobb for a rewarding movie experience.

The theater itself is very nice (large and clean). The popcorn bar on both sides of the interior ticket booth is unique and amazing (I love the free topping options). It keeps me coming back, even though I have good theaters closer to me!

Was surprised that the theater seats did not unfold like at other Cobb theatres. Also, the parking is not great for people with disabilities to get to & from the lot to the the theatre. Other than that, the g place is nice.

My wife and I go to this movie theater regularly. I buy my tickets online and always breeze right in. Theater is clean. Staff is friendly. Almost no wait at concessions. Drinks and popcorn are pricey but that is to be expected. All in all great place.

The new seating is confusing. The sequential seat numbers are posted on the left and right hand side of the same seat. As such, you can't determine, for example , if the seat is 4 (posted on the left hand side) or 5 (posted on the right hand side). HELP I need an usher!

Love the movie but the new seats are horrible. I have a neck ache every time I leave the movie the seat pushes your head forward and te seats won't lean back. Other than the head part the seats are comfortable.

The bathrooms were unclean . Smells of urine when you enter the ladies room . The theater had popcorn on the floor . I saw a couple of employees walking around with brooms but I don't think they have been cleaning looking at this place . I was wondering why the theater was not full considering it's a Saturday.

We saw Book club and really enjoyed it. I received a free popcorn so I got a small drink and upgraded to medium, the cost is over priced but that's the way things are. The seats are nice but could use a wider isle for people walking by without walking on your toes.

The WORST movie experience I have EVER had! We arrived at the theater and the lobby was filled with a large group of rowdy teenagers - I'm not talking regular kids having a good time, I'm talking loud and obnoxious where people would turn their heads to see what the fuss was about. They were promptly corralled into the theater area by an 'adult' who seemed to be accompanied by security guards, so we weren't sure if it was some sort of supervised group outing...(we soon learned there would be no supervision) We take our seats, which were assigned, and proceeded to witness the theater fill up with more and more loud obnoxious teenagers / young adults. We stayed in our seats and hoped that they would quiet down once the movie started since we were barely able to watch the previews. During all of this there was not one sighting of an usher or supervisor. We finally decided to leave after the movie started when it became clear the situation was not going to improve - in addition to most of room being loud, there were actually about 15-20 of them still out of their seats AND being disruptive. We proceeded to the service desk to ask for our money back and alert the staff to the situation (since nobody was overseeing the room). Low and behold the guy who herded them all in at the beginning was there hanging out with a security guard. He says, "Wow, I was just in there." I don't know where he was, but if he was, he clearly didn't care enough to do anything about the situation or, sadly, thought that was acceptable. We did get our money back and also got passes, but I highly doubt I'll use mine. I'll go to theater where I can actually enjoy my evening. My mind was blown - I've never seen such a mess in a theater. EVER.

I used to enjoy going to the Cobb. However, last night was not good. Several people had their cell phones on and would not turn them off when asked to. There were two people smoking in the top row. When we asked them to quit they told us to chill. . There were employees jumping up on counters. The only one doing their job...was the person taking the tickets. I would like to know, where the manager was. This was an early, 5:00 pm movie.

How can I even start to explain such a terrible show of customer service, it started out as me and my friends going into the theatre thinking there was no seat left for them to sell, we looked for scalpers selling thier thickets we found a lady selling four tickets and had the receipt and confirmation from the website to prove these where the tickets we go inside to be greeted by a rather large grizzley lady and a very feminine African American man working at the front desks next to the main entrance we tried for about 10 minutes showing them the proof and conformation she then told us there was nothing she could do being very rude about it telling us to get lost and saying she didn t have time for us even though we had all just payed 20$ each and had proof that they where bought from the Cobb website we then showed our frustration pleading for help when she then told us to leave while also calling us nazis because of our Donald trump shirts which is very dissapointing considering I thought they where open to all ideology s I do not recommend going to this movie theatre especially when these two bozos are working I would suggest getting a cheaper ticket at a better movie theatre like cinopolis.

This Theatre has gone downhill, ladies room not clean, two of three ticket machines out of order, and theater 15 had a noisy vibration that you could hear and feel that turned on, escalated and then turned off all through the entire movie. Extremely annoying/ distracting. Find another theatre.

Nice movie theater, and by nice I mean: seats are elevated so always an at least decent view of the film. They have many screens so showtimes are very plentiful. there arent a bunch of kids talking thru entire movies they shouldnt be allowed to even get tickets for because they actually regulate age-rating limits which you would understand the benifit of fully if you have ever had the displeasure watching a film next to a group of unattended 12 year old kids. Theater is located in themiddle of downtown Gardens so there are plenty of places to eat and shop while waiting for or after watching a film.

I love the Tuesday cheap movie specials. One free popcorn refile is good. And really comfy seats. I wish they reclined...but I heard that some theatres within had that feature. Maybe I was being cheap. Also...floors were sticky and bathrooms were decent.

I went to a movie on Sat Sept 22nd with my son we had an excellent time the theatre was clean and everyone was quiet during the movie unfortunately after the mover ended at 1230 am my son and I got stranded an employee Renique who works at the concession stand was just getting off duty she was very friendly very professional and spoke highly of her job at the theatre she was kind enough to help me and my son out and called Lyft to make sure we got home safe I hope she is nominated for being an exceptional and proud employee at the Cobb theatre thank u very much

Saw Grown Ups 2 which was hilarious and enjoyed listening to the live music that they play in the center of the center at night. Plenty of shops and restraints to choose from. A very enjoyable atmosphere!
