New seats in theater 10 are terrible! Dumbest idea ever... Don't you test market this stuff??? Very uncomfortable... Guess I'm driving to Jupiter now for movies....

Highly disappointed in the prices at the concession stand there were two people at the movie theater now I know why other than that the movie was nice you want to fill up the theater not chase them away with outrageous prices on cheap things like popcorn and coke.

Older theater. Easy to park, lots of free surface and garage parking. Service is ok. Seating, while it's been upgraded from the previous style movie theater seating, the high back chairs rock back a little but do not recline. The backs are at a strange angle and sitting in them for two + hours are not the most comfortable. Decent concession options and they added a bar in the lobby for adult beverages a few years ago. Seats are assigned so pre-purchasing tickets is good so you don't have to scramble for a good seat. Kiosks in the lobby make picking up pre-purchased tickets easy, or you can purchase tickets at time of arrival at the box office. Children's party room available. Bathrooms are dirty each time I've visited though.

I love this movie theater. The new seats are amazing and very comfortable. And now they make you reserve your seats when you buy tickets so you are always insured You have a seat! Tho the food is a little pricey I do recommend!

The theater was clean and comfortable. The popcorn was fresh and the speed of the service was good. The staff behind the counter made me feel that because I was unsure of what I wanted, I was taking too much time and they seemed impatient. While the policy for purchasing assigned seats is good, it has it's drawbacks. We purchased seats and sat with an almost empty theater. A group came and sat behind us. The parents all sat at the other end an the children behind us. Due to assigned seats we had to remain and have our seats kicked and listen to the kids talking and playing the whole time. The latter is not the fault of the theater but it is frustrating as we cannot find other seating.

Nice place located in the mall. But, the only seats available were in the front row....and these are horrible seats. I don't know why someone would build the seats there or design them to be so close. You sit so close that the screen is above you and you have to look up (I'm talking about get a crick in your neck way way up) to see the screen. Seats shouldn't be sold or even there for that matter.

Convenient parking, not terribly busy. Could be a little cleaner and fresher popcorn.

The only theater we go too. Friendly employees, clean but some of the theaters are too small. If your looking for a large theater to enjoy your movies experience this place only has 3 showings and the rest are much smaller..bummer. plus they have handicap buttons to enter each showing but none of them work?! Concession stand serves small hard salty popcorn most days.

Friend forgot his ID for a rated R movie. Mind you he s 20. Had to refund all our tickets and night was done. Unacceptable business and manager (caucasian and blonde) was rude and disrespectful. Never coming here again...

wow, this was horrible. I hope management sees this. Because whoever you had working the concession at 7:00 on October 20th was absolute terrible and you need to have a conversation with all of them. The guy helping us didn't even acknowledged us as we walked up to order, and when we asked a question he LITERALLY yawned and answered MID yawn. I specifically asked for a receipt so i would have the guys name but unfortunately i think he was using someones register cause the name is of a girl. The theater itself reeked of mildew and there is no lights on the walk ways to see where u are going or to find your seat, the majority of the stalls in the bathroom was filled with pee and an over flow of toilet paper and the popcorn was so old. For such a nice area I was so disappointing to see such rude staff and a poorly kept outdated theater.

Big, clean and overall nice movie theather. The seats are big and quite comfy. The only downside when I was there is that I didn't get a serviceminded feeling from the staff.

The theater is clean and the seats are comfortable. Great place to go on a date!

Horrible Experience....... At any other theater than Cobb Theaters!!! This place rocks. Good movie ticket prices, convenient at downtown gardens, plenty of parking available at the parking garage, centrally located. Prefer this much more than CItyPlace theatres.

Don't go here they treat the employees terribly, I know I used to work here! i left on my own terms. they will work you until 2 A.M. and expect you back at 9 A.M and if you want a day off forget about it they deliberately scheduled you for the days you request even with a 3 week notice (part of the reason I left) the management is terrible they blame all there problems on the employees and give NO training. non of the mangers are on the same page and they will often yell at you for doing something another manger ask you to do. not to mention how WASTEFUL they are! I remember portioning the chicken and i cant tell you how many POUNDS OF CHICKEN WE WOULD THROW AWAY all because it was too small to sell! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

Older cineplex that's showing its age, but the small theaters have been newly retrofitted with leather seats, so that's something.

For the price you pay for a ticket you d think they could at least clean the theatre before you go in. Speaking of ticket prices, what s the point of even paying when you can just walk into the theatre in a big group in the middle of a movie with your phones flashlight on while laughing hysterically and looking for your friends that are sitting in the corner? Is seeing a movie a free-for-all? Does this theatre even care about your experience anymore? I can t remember the last time I saw a movie in here without someone ruining it for me or feeling like I m getting head lice by sitting in their seats. I ll stick to Netflix from now on.

Amazing audio. The seats don't recline but are very soft and comfy.

This is an uoscale movie theater where you buy reserved seats and can opt to purchase alcoholic beverages. The seats are the newer large and comfy seats with wide arm rests. The one thing lacking is the reclining seats. They do have 3D and IMAX theaters.
But the real reason i prefer to see movies here is because of $5 TUESDAY!! Every show...all day...upgrade fee for 3d or imax.

New seating is very comfortable. Screen sizes per theater is very acceptable

I go to this movie theater all the time. It is clean and convenient.

Nice theater in Downtown at the Gardens, an upscale outdoor shopping mall in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens. The theater is clean, has comfortable seats and a pleasant staff. The popcorn and food are way over priced, of course, like all theaters. Tuesdays they have $5 Tuesdays all day.

Had to far to walk in the mall to get to it. 2 of us are handicapped and it was rough on us. We wont go back again. Theatre is good otherwise

I was shocked by how unsanitary they kept the place, they had roaches running around! It was disgusting, I was afraid to eat there.

First, we were accosted by a storm window company stationed in the lobby., giving tickets for a $1000 drawing to be held every hour. We won but it was $1000 off window install. How misleading. Everyone won the drawing. Then, a slurpee and small popcorn was 14.50 wtheck? Never again.

Movie theaters are getting bigger and better after a year clean and nice big screens and very clear nice people and great staff

Love this theater. Always clean ( bathrooms too). Friendly staff. Good food. They now serve alcohol too. All theaters have big comfy arm chairs.

This movie theater has new VERY comfortable red padded theater seats that rock. Great improvement from the old seats. We had to wait to be seated. We went to see the New Adventure movie and rushed to be early to get a good seat. But they had that covered too for we picked our seats when we paid for the ticket. Great Place to relax and enjoy a show.

The theatre is very nice and comfortable but the prices for snacks is outrageous. There is no way snacks should cost that much. Is it greed?

WORST WORST WORST SEATS EVER.!!! These new ones replaced very comfortable adjustable seats that we loved so much we came to the movies every week. Now barely once every 2 months. You are crippled sitting in them and after getting up. They don't adjust, your head is pushed forward, they sink in causing awful back pain. Such a shame.

In addition, popcorn is the worst of any theatre we have been to. Ridiculous price for crappy popcorn . It sits in the case so it's rarely warm at all and never tastes good! rip off!

Manager on duty sits at the bar ignoring the fact customers are waiting at the booth. Very unfriendly.

This theatre used to be the best but has completely gone downhill on every level.

Good place to see movies. Prices are standard throughout the industry. Concessions are good and lines always manageable. Only wish would be to have reclining seats like most Regal theaters have.

Cleab theater they show the movies about every 30 minutes so it is easy to catch what you're trying to watch.

Must be a leak bc it smelled like mildew or mold. My friend said urine. Love the seats, not the assigned seating. Once the theater starts showing commercials and previews, patrons had difficulty finding their assigned seats because of lack of light. Open seating is better.

I think its a little prices for the first matinee of the day $9.00. I also think its handicap accessible but not easy for handicap people at all.clean and tidy bathrooms and courteous help

This theater is the best managed theater in Palm Beach county. Suzi the manager really has everything in control and is a friendly and wonderful addition to the theater.

Nice Theater, clean. Wish the chairs would recline. They are very big seats however and well padded . Will be going back.

Great costumer service, fast lines, great seating. Movie quality and sound is great too. Best if you arrive in the morning, is a bit cheaper.

We have gone 3 times since the pandemic. The staff here have excellent customer service skills. It was very easy to social distance. I plan to go more often.

What can you say they are all the same expensive but clean popcorn is ok and first run movies. Could be better but could also be worse.

The theater smell really bad. The staff was great though. Need to clean that place.

The seats are not the most comfortable but don't let that deter you! The employees were all smiles and polite, everything including the restrooms were very clean (no sticky floor!) As always bring a few extra dollars for snacks but other than that I would definitely go back and don't forget they do classic movie showings weekly too!

Movies at a movie theatre are just that, movies. So what sets them apart? Cleanliness, customer service, and comfort.
Cleanliness - not bad. Theater was clean. Temperature was good. Didn't smell stale. 4 stars
Customer Service - Spoke only when spoken to. Wanted to get a drink but the bartender didn't move from behind the register. When I asked for a drink, she was responsive but robotic. Not that friendly. Didn't go the EXTRA MILE. Customer service sets you apart from the competition. 1 star
Comfort - The chairs in the movie theatre are the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. Too narrow and too upright. Not very ergonomically friendly. By the end of the movie I had neck and back pain. -1 star

opening weekend of star wars and they sell over half the seats to a birthday party. all of the good seats are reserved for party. tickets were bought early ( almost 2 weeks in advance) arrived early for good seats only to find over half the rows blocked off. really bad idea, very disappointed with this place.

The new seats are absolutely terrible. They're at a 90 degree angle with no recline option at all.

Great experience. I took my niece and nephew here to watch a movie. The lines to get in as well as the lines at the concessions were manageable. The theater was clean and comfortable.

Very clean theater comfy seats and plenty of room...however I find the head part of the seat a little too stuffed for the position in which to view the screen. Nothing a drink from the bar wont fix...lol. We sat in the center of the theatre...maybe better in the rear or maybe my head only problem...lol. Nevertheless I really enjoy the theater. Not too cold not to hot and perfect lighting in the event you have to go to the bathroom during.

The theater was filthy. It had not been cleaned between shows and there was trash everywhere. My wife complained that multiple sinks in the ladies restroom were inoperable and the bathroom was overall dirty. On the outside two escalators were down.

Always clean. Only thing I don't like is that you have to pick your seat when buying your ticket, before even seeing the theater.

Very clean theater. Staff was very nice and helpful. Concession is overpriced, but that's nothing new. Sound system is excellent.

Get the large popcorn. It has free refills. Hubby and I love going to watch a movie. Eating all the popcorn. Then taking a bag home for the grand kids. I love going to Cobb Theatres Downtown. The movie theatre is nice. Staff are friendly. But what I really like is coming out and being in the midst of Downtown at the Gardens. All the other stores and the atmosphere.
