What a company I must say. Increases on rent across the board (service charge 150 pounds for block flats where nothing gets done wow what a joke) on a time when people need the must due to jobs covid and all they think is money. Great company NOT
Very accommodating to personal needs, outstanding support given; not just in regards to being a tenant and housing related topics. Highly recommend this housing assocation for customer service, care and support, maintenance of property, community building projects.
Pretty quiet around the coastline building, Pre dark days it was a bustling enviroment full of excitement and wonder, now its just another victim of the dreaded covid Pandemic. Still, everyones working from home - with laptops and wifi and it'll take a diffrent type of virus to stop Microsoft and Google doing there thing.
Never have I dealt with such people, horrible place! My parents have been in the same house for over 6 years now they recently got a new nightmare neighbour a few months ago. The lady is a complete lie life, as I said they have lived there for 6 years with no complaints. But now she is doing nothing but complaing playing the victim card, when she is the one shouting abuse over the fence. She has fabricated stories and it has now resulted in my parents getting evicted from their home along with there 4 kids. 3 of which are under 6. It is complete and blatant discrimination. It's not on! Just goes to show what this world is coming to. Bunch of tossers.
Ordered Sky Q only to find that a certain guy at Coastline prefered that I didn't have it, so made it as difficult as possible for the Sky Engineer, that he could not fit it. Even though permission was granted for the installation.
They don t honour their contracts, and allow some people to be nuisances and harass people..... It s only a pity that you cannot give a half a star.....
Uncoperative staff, never call back when they say they will and just down right useless when it comes to getting back to potential renters. Somehow everytime I've rang which is more than a handful of times the entire lettings team is never available. They process and deal with things slower than the council. And we all know how they can be. Serious customer care needs to taught. While the staff are generally polite and well intentioned (bar a few) it just seems like a bit of a shambles, no one seems to know whats going on and seems like they struggle to just get on with their jobs.
My mother who is 72 has been waiting on her shower being repaired as it leaks due to the rubber perishing she is unable to use it in its current state, the repair had been logged back in July, took 2 people, one a surveyor to come out and assess and advised it will be sorted within the month this was August it is now September over the month advised, my email asking for an update on progress has been read several times yet ignored and when my mother rung today she was again fobbed off with when they are likely to repair it with no actual appointment made to even make a start. Unfortunately, I will be taking this further as they simply lack the ability to maintain contact with their elderly tenants and carry out essential repairs.
