I went in two weeks ago and said theyll call me in 3 days never call me . temp agencys are suppose to look for a job for you not have you calling them and seeing whats available

Pure liars. They had me spend 4 hours round trip promising a text about an assignment not knowing I overheard them saying *he didnt come early just tell him i will text him*. Liars and racial

Met with Ms Patricia for interview and was placed the same day! She was super nice gave me all details of what was expected of me and what I should expect from the job. I highly recommend this place as the staff treated me exceptional

The staff was very friendly and curtious.The helped me a lot I got a chance at finding employment in a sometimes fierce and competitive world of employment.Jocylenn was very helpful and the rest of the staff was just as awesome.I thank them so much for all there help especially with it being the holidays and a Merry Christmas it looks like it will be.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't put yourself in a bad position by working for these people. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID. I REPEAT YOU WILL NOT GET PAID. I've worked a week at Republic Distribution for these people and did not get paid. I've burned my time and gas going to and from the job each day for a week and didn't receive anything for it. No paycheck at all. Talking about not receiving my time sheet and they have no clue where it is. Long story short. PLEASE DONT PUT YOURSELF IN A BAD POSITION BY WORKING FOR THESE PEOPLE. Cause if your real streetz you may end up in jail behind your money. SO DONT PUT YOURSELF IN THAT POSITION

Oncall staffing is a great company to work for. They quickly find u jobs in your area or at least The closest to u. Carol and the rest of the staff are very friendly and will get u on a job asap. I love them. They are the best. I will recommend anyone who is having trouble finding a job to come to them.They made a mistake with my direct deposit information and it wasn t sent to my account but they caught it quickly and fixed it and I was able to be paid the same day without having to wait extra days. Thanks y all.

ON CALL STAFFING AGENCY DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR PEOPLE. I got hurt on the job. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS TO ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. Do you have a doctor I can see for my injury? If not, where should I go to get checked out. I had to find my own doctor and pay the bill, and I never gotten reimbursed. The last time I called them was 10-21-2020. STILL NOT RESPONSE! If you work this agency pray that you do not get hurt. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR WORKERS!

This is the worst place ever to work the people in the front are so disrespectful and a BS with you and your check they rip you off for hours they have no communication skills they have none of that they will fire you for no reason it would give you no explanation so I do not recommend nobody to come work here you have better chances to go get a job at a McDonald's or Burger King or anything else then hear all the receptions in the front like to talk and don't even help you like they're supposed to I wouldn't even give this place a f****** star not even a half a star

When I needed work oncall provided me with a job within minutes. Very fast pace, very professional.

Called this morning a job assignment and was pleased with whomever it was that I spoke with. She let me know that there was an available assignment with good starting pay.
I've always had a good experience with them so I'm confused by all of the negative reviews. Just like we need jobs these negative reviews interferes with their job. We all have families so keep it when posting. Stay out your feelings. Stop blaming the entire brand (company) just because you may not like one person.
Again, ON Call has NEVER given me any problems with my money or finding me job assignments.
They will always get my vote. More people that work through them need to give real feedback to combat these emotional negative reviews.

When I was seeking employment I got recommended to go to Oncall staffing. When I arrived the application process was very quick and easy to fill out. As well they were able to find me work quickly. I was in constant communication with Alan. If I had any issues I would give Alan a call or a text he would have everything sorted out as quickly as possible. I highly recommend working for Oncall Staffing

If I could leave 0 stars I would! They are not like other professional staffing agency! THEY HAVE YOU RUN BACK AND FORTH FROM THEIR COMPANY TO SAID JOB WITH NO COMPENSATION, THEY ARE NOT ON THE SAME PAGE NOR HAVE ANY COMPASSION FOR YOUR SITUATION! THEY SAY ONE THING SO ANOTHER! Try Manpower or Effexx. Don t waste your time and effort. I m not going to say names but bills have to be paid. They took weeks to give an address and make you wait all day or drive back and forth for no reason! Unorganized is an understatement

Oncall staffing is very professional. Isaac is one great guy. He listens to you and tries to make sure you are well fixed for jobs. I don't know most of them ,I always insist I speak with Isaac and he is just another proper person to deal with. So far, nice job oncall

Stay away!!! They don't pay. My wife worked here for about three days and has been trying to get paid for about 3 weeks now and still nothing. Apparently the people at the office don't know why even the office manager says it, but when we ask for payroll or someone higher theres no one else besides Nancy or Lucy yet they can't help with the issue.

If you don't have a car. They have trouble finding you work on bus lines it seems.

They asked me to show up to start a job at 5 am. I show up and they say that they didn't have nothing for me. Wasted 3 hours waiting for something to come up till I decided to leave. A waste of a day and money that couldve been used to help support the family.

They called me for interview sent me to a job. Was treated wit respect!!

This place is trash the recruiters don't help at all they are always lost all the time. They still owe me a check since November and everytime I ask for it they always make up an excuse as to why they don't have it. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Had to sue them to get my check. BEWARE! They lie even upper management. This Co. Is evil unless you like to get paid with lies and frustration then apply. Be warned they will steal your check I just had real proof Co. and pictures to get a good lawyer to have them give me my check and I should still take them to court for personal damages. They get negative stars from me PURE EVIL should be name of this Co.

I ve been unemployed for almost 3 months just getting out of Incarceration trying to get myself together no felonies no criminal back ground and I m 22 years old I ve been with oncall for 2+years now and every time I call they tell me they can no longer work with me I asked the lady why ?she tells me she have no idea why. I never made any wrong mistakes never disrespect anyone so I don t know what the case may be thanks .

This agency is very professional, was treated exceptionally well the recruiter Santiago Baltierrez got me in with a very good company. They really help you out in finding a job, but I strongly recommend that you give them a resume so that they can give more options in finding more jobs, it'll make it easier for them.

I visited the On Call Staffing location on bingle in the spring branch area of Houston , Texas 1/6/2020. The person at the desk ( Patricia ) was very polite, attentive and helpful. She answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and was extremely helpful during my application process. Patricia showed , patience, competence and dedication to her job and related tasks. I would definitely return to this facility and would highly recommend it to others seeking work and a positive experience while doing so. Wish I can give less than one star .. this place was a waste of time I was called to go in showed up 2 hours early my choice only to be told job canceled machine to train on is mysteriously down but if I wanted to work night shift I could..without training (classic switch and bait ) so I was called again by some insane lady that promised job available for first shift !! Only to get there early again to see only Spanish speaking and a van leaving for work but no one seems to know what happened but again no job .. this place only good if you speak Spanish and waste of my gas / time guess the machine still down over a month no call Don t waste your time here !!!!

COMIC but very real from what I could live since I registered the data so they did they called me for a job of 14 and when I bought the boots and what I needed they called me in the afternoon because they no longer had that position, the one they had was from 10, ok I went at dawn and when I arrived the one they had was 8 jjjajjaj TIMADORES. Hahaha I ASKED to speak to the manager and they went to look for her and she came back and told me that she could not attend to me I was busy, hahaha I SAID I WAIT FOR HER and she told me SHE WILL SAY THE SAME TO HER. Very Very un professional!! I had to call 5 times before some one answered then when I finally spoke with the guy and ask him how to apply he told me to come into the office. Then I explained to him about my charges from years ago to see if they could help before wasting my time going all the way up there, and he tells me about a job that they have for me I then ask him what side of town is the job on or what kinda helper job is it he then told me just go online and hung up in my face. All the Good reviews have to be fake. This place is very unprofessional please stay away
