We highly recommend this company. Travis was extremely professional, on time, and helped us pick out just the right remote control blinds for our home. We have a very tall and unusual window and the custom blinds are just perfect. We had looked at other window treatment installers also and found Coastal Concepts to be very well priced and the turnaround from start to finish was very quick! Do not hesitate to call this company if you want superior custom window treatments at a great price. Very refreshing to actually have a home service company do what they say they will do in a timely fashion.

Travis and Adam are so great to work with and were so patient and helpful with our selecting carpets for our renovation. Travis suggested a carpet that would be better for our 15 year old dog which was different than the one I originally liked. I am SO glad to have listened to their expertise and knowledge of the product and specific yarn for durability and stain resistance. Our dog has certainly put it to the test on many levels and I have been able to spot clean without any problems with staining or discoloring! We have now utilized Coastal Concepts twice in the last year and a half: first for our window treatments and more recently for carpeting. They are professional, courteous and competent. They listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions, provided options and then delivered on their services in a timely manner. They offer a wide range of products. What impressed us the most was the quality of their workmanship. We would not hesitate to use their services again and would recommend them highly to anyone. They are great to work with!

We ordered new carpets with installation from Coastal Concepts and we would highly recommend working with them! Travis and the team provided a top-of-the-line product with installation! It was clear they were honest and trustworthy and we felt comfortable having them in our home, knowing they would care for our home as if it were their own. Reasonably priced, professional, friendly, consistent and delivers an excellent product. My wife and I just bought a total remod and we used them for refinishing floors, carpets, flooring and window treatments. We will definitely be using them in the future.
