We ordered new carpets with installation from Coastal Concepts and we would highly recommend working with them! Travis and the team provided a top-of-the-line product with installation! It was clear they were honest and trustworthy and we felt comfortable having them in our home, knowing they would care for our home as if it were their own. Travis was flexible and accommodating when scheduling appointments and the installation. And he offered helpful guidance as we picked out the product we wanted, without trying to upsell us.
Although we only purchased carpets this time, we have already discussed having Coastal Concepts come back and install window treatments.
