Great quality clothing for the Outdoor enthusiasts. Pricey, but well worth it if you are looking for something that will stand the test of time. Staff is helpful and courteous.

I love this store, but my experience this week has me seriously concerned about the direction it is going. I went in 20 minutes before closing to pick up a quick bday gift for myself, sounds funny but it is my tradition and a way to treat myself. As I am looking at the Patagonia wall a staff members walks past into the office and all I hear from the office (in a very loud voice) is Closing time, get out of MY store. A few moments later two male employees emerge, no acknowledgement, no apology just more goofing off as they ask a female employee to shine a headlamp in their eyes. Seriously, the store was still open, there were customers shopping. Very disappointed at this level of unprofessionalism from a store that I love. Still giving a five star because this store is an essential Yukon retailer, and I know they can do better, but seriously step it up! Needless to say I left empty handed and disappointed.

Knowledgeable staff in every department. Offered to special order from their supplier so my gear had the perfect fit!

i've only had good experience here. good staff, good product selection. bit pricey since they mostly sell well known brands so it can help to wait for the end of season sales, boxing day, Yukon appreciation day etc.

Not a bad store, would be better if their website accurately reflected their products they carry.

Good products - the newer layout is ok. Lots of staff here and great prices on clearance items. I was hoping for more selection of hiking and trail boots.
