Customer service non existent I went with a cold to buy cough medicine and cold and flu tablets and they asked for id I showed my medicare card which is what i show at the Dr surgery and was told they needed ro see my drivers license obviosly these ppl have delirios of grandier first of all Not ever1 has a drivers licence second if i only need a medicare card at the Dr why do they think I should provide anything more and third the medication i was after is not a prescription medication owner i sugguest if you want bussiness remove the staff and change them for ppl with common sense

Always a pleasure to shop at this pharmacy. Everyone is so friendly and truly knows their work. Three generations of our family use this pharmacy and we wouldn't trust anybody else with our health. I'm a little startled with the previous person's negative comments. Obviously they don't understand the law. Even we get asked for a photo ID to purchase cold and flu medications containing pseudoephedrine. They need to get down the number from the ID, not because they don't trust us. It's the law across the whole of NSW so I don't think it's right to judge a business badly because people don't understand the rules. Obviously they just want to be cranky!!
