First class organization. I had the pleasure of dealing with Coast 2 Coast on several occasions in the telecommunications industry and was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I would highly recommend this company if you are shopping for a cable, phone, or internet solution.
The company as a whole is very unprofessional. I was fired through text after communicating that my son needed to go to the hospital. Multiple times I was lead to believe they understood the situation I was in, but in the end that was used against me. I m left with no job and no way to support my children, all because my sales weren t the best for the 2 weeks I was dealing with my own health troubles. Very disappointed that it resulted this way. Determined to do what I can on my end to see that this doesn t happen to anyone else. On top of all of that one of the managers reached out to a mutual friend of ours(he sent me a screenshot) saying that Sam will need a job. So now not only am I actively Filing a civil case against some of the individuals that are tied to that company for another incident that happened I also have to receive unprofessional screenshots.
