Very bad customer service. I tried to return a pair of gloves that were not to my satisfaction and I was told that I can't return them because they were not connected by the little thread that connects the gloves together. The manager said that she couldn't resell them again. I had to go to another Coach store to get my refund. Absolutely absurd.

I visited to get a damaged strap repaired. On the second floor bags are made from your designed. This area is very busy and water is served while you wait. The tailor gave alternative suggestions for repair. Visited the third floor to use the bathroom. Customers are greeted on each floor. Staff on all floors are very welcoming.

Fantastic visit to this Coach store. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic without being over the top, Matthew in particular. We were offered water on a very hot day and despite not having large budgets we were given time and attention (without feeling like we were being given any kind of hard sell) which made the whole experience really enjoyable. We bought a couple of smaller priced items but don't feel like we could have received any better service had we spent thousands.

The most frustrated and upsetting shopping experience.
I got the bag ordered on 9/10 by the store s sales, Toni, and scheduled a pick up on 9/13.
On 9/13, I still hear no words wether the bag arrive, I made a call to follow up. The first male sales had me waited on line for almost 15 mins then decided to leave a msg to Toni and promised she would call me back.
After nearly 2 hours, I called back again and had a female sales replied me that the bag was sold out. She then explained how was not their fault since company end noticed them on 9/13. This incident made me think not only the sales who helped me is irresponsible and unprofessional! She didn t care about informing me when the news arrived. They just waited for me to kept calling and found out the news by myself. What a waste of time!

Everyone was very nice at the store. Jay took the time to get us what we were looking for and also made arrangements to have it delivered to the hotel so we didn t have to carry it around while we continued to shop. Thanks

Awesome staff! Everyone is so nice and fun - super down to earth. Also- Coach has some cute stuff now! Don't know how but over the weekend I dropped mad money on a Rogue bag, jewelry, and some boots. Oh check out my CUTE ass card pouch! Comes with complimentary monogram tags that you can get EMOJIs on. You can pick from basically any color tag with any color print. I also got to customize my own friggin Rogue bag with python handles! Only problem with customizing your own is I have to wait until friggin June to get it but it'll be worth it!!a

every single time i've been into this coach store (along with the columbus circle store) i've received wonderful service and incredible products. i was interested in getting a customized tag and only that, i asked a craft bar attendant about purchasing one and he shut me down immediately and explained to me that tags are complimentary! though they knew i wouldn't be purchasing anything i revived incredible service and attentiveness. "for those who wish for more than just status" is a true testament to their service approach

First time in this store, visiting from FL. Great atmosphere! Very professional and friendly! Didn't realize how nice their men's selection was ended up with a watch! JP was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the experience very personable for me and my wife! Even received a handwritten letter from him a few weeks later showing his appreciation for choosing Coach! First Class store!

Excellent service. The sales are knowledgeable and could offer me apt suggestion of products based on the criteria I gave. They are also very patient and polite to the extent of virtually giving a personalized service despite my comparatively low spending. Full refund also allowed with no questions asked. That s the kind of service that all top brands should emulate. The epitome of customer service at the highest level. Period.

Coach house is fun. Everything about it is cool, chic, and fun. They have a giant rexy made of bags, all different kinds of cute animals made of bags, great product, and craftmanship options for purchases allowing you to customize your leather on the spot. The 3 stories give the store an interesting layout.

Amazing service, the salespeople were super helpful and Luis at the monogramming counter was brilliant. I wasn't getting the most expensive items but they were so helpful! Highly recommended.

The store is nice to browse. The coolest part of the store is the upstairs workshop where they will monogram your purchase for free. They can also do custom leather pieces to add to your bags. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Considering how much of a premium store this is. I was surprised by how friendly and approachable all the staff were. I wasn t making any huge purchases while visiting, despite this I was still offered a drink and all the staff were continually very attentive without being overly pushy. Can not speak highly enough of the service here, especially the guys doing the free monogramming on the 2nd floor - they were just fantastic

The staff in here were absolutely lovely with us, unlike of the other shops in NY. We went looking for a few, very specific, items on behalf of a family member and all the staff were incredibly helpful. They gave their honest opinion (not just what has the largest price tag) and showed us every style/colour that they had to offer. Getting the tags personalised was really easy. They helped us pick out the best colours and NY emojis. We were offered drinks, given a seat and had a nice chat with the staff :)

if you are planning to take your old bag here , be careful . They will clean it in such a way that even the existing dye will go off and your vintage coach will look even older( i guess just a leather cleaner was used ) . They are not sitting at the most expensive rental at 5th avenue at world business capital to make your old bag look new. You will be convinced your vintage bag cannot be refurbished and will end up in thinking about buying one new ..I agree that they have a good collection and customization , its nice to browse around for new ones and get customized bags and the shop is beautiful . But you pay $400 couple years back and coming back expecting to make it look new , and end up getting an even more worn bag back . I did a shoe polish Kiwi or even a dollar store one can restore it much better than these guys do . I respect the visitors to my city who trust and give the bag to make it look fresher , beware. Coach should give a $1 leather dye to its customers who spend $400-500

Although we did not end up purchasing anything we were shocked at how nice the staff was for letting us come in to just look at the T Rex made out of handbags. It is truly a work of art. We learned that the owner of Coach had some obsession with T Rexes and sharks.
