The most frustrated and upsetting shopping experience.
I got the bag ordered on 9/10 by the store s sales, Toni, and scheduled a pick up on 9/13.
On 9/13, I still hear no words wether the bag arrive, I made a call to follow up. The first male sales had me waited on line for almost 15 mins then decided to leave a msg to Toni and promised she would call me back.
After nearly 2 hours, I called back again and had a female sales replied me that the bag was sold out. She then explained how was not their fault since company end noticed them on 9/13. This incident made me think not only the sales who helped me is irresponsible and unprofessional! She didn t care about informing me when the news arrived. They just waited for me to kept calling and found out the news by myself. What a waste of time!
