I would give no stars if I could. I booked two taxi with this company in one day. I have told the person on the phone that I need a wheelchair accessible taxi as I am in a electric wheelchair, taxi on 1 did not arrive because the staffs released that it was a normal taxi that had been booked not a wheelchair accessible taxi this taxi was to get me to the hospital for surgery, I needed to be there for 8am I didn't get picked up until 9.45am which might I couldn't have my surgery. Taxi 2 was booked at 6pm and the taxi arrived yet it was a normal taxi and the driver was telling to get out my wheelchair and ever he would fold up the wheelchair or I could leave it at the hospital. Am writing this review at 8.10pm why I am still wanting for a taxi. So I can get home and get sorted.

Was recently stuck in Manchester. My car broke down. The RAC organised for this company - a chap named Kash - to drive me back home. 4 hour journey. He was brilliant. Really really good. Thank you Kash.
Absolutely useless and unfortunately the company I work for uses them as a booking agent for taxis. This evening, as per most times you call them, they took over 10 minutes to answer the phone and then some snotty bloke who works for them refused to take my very urgent booking saying it would have to go through our head office which added another 20 minutes or so to the process. They must be costing and losing our company a fortune.

Green flag took our vehicle but not us . We were then left stranded for 2 hours waiting on transport to be arranged by this company which never showed up. Ended up calling our own taxi that arrived within 5-10 minutes. Not a nice situation to be in when you are 39 weeks pregnant in an unknown area with a low battery.
Very poor service I have used them 2 times in the last week both time they have been more than 45min late. Call Cmac to ask where there taxi is and just seem to make up times
