If your a wheelchair user don't bother
I would give no stars if I could. I booked two taxi with this company in one day. I have told the person on the phone that I need a wheelchair accessible taxi as I am in a electric wheelchair, taxi on 1 did not arrive because the staffs released that it was a normal taxi that had been booked not a wheelchair accessible taxi this taxi was to get me to the hospital for surgery, I needed to be there for 8am I didn't get picked up until 9.45am which might I couldn't have my surgery.
Taxi 2 was booked at 6pm and the taxi arrived yet it was a normal taxi and the driver was telling to get out my wheelchair and ever he would fold up the wheelchair or I could leave it at the hospital.
Am writing this review at 8.10pm why I am still wanting for a taxi. So I can get home and get sorted.
