I cannot say enough good things about Nitsa's and cannot recommend them highly enough. I tried other salons and even purchased a dress (that got returned to the maker - twice - because of defects). It would be an understatement to say that I was discouraged when I walked through the door. Even though I purchased a dress previously, I never had that moment where I knew I'd found my dress. I was second guessing what I wanted. They helped me find THE dress - it was not what I thought it would be, but when I put it on it gave me ALL the feels. It was everything. And since I'd already bought and returned a dress previously, I was a little tight on my time. Nitsa's worked with me and made sure I had the perfect dress on my wedding day. Chris and here team are everything. If you want a high quality, beautiful dress, go to Nitsa's.
Enjoyed my experiences here very much! I came for bridal and bridesmaid fittings and they were wonderful. Beautiful and unique wedding dresses that cannot be found anywhere else close to town. We did not choose to purchase bridesmaid or bridal dresses here but they have a beautiful selection and great staff.
Slightly slow start but perfect ending! My parents, Maid of Honor, and I arrived 5 minutes before my bridal appointment and the employee who greeted us seemed a bit surprised by our arrival, but said she would "call them" to tell them "them" we had arrived. We waited almost 10 minutes past our appointment time to start but that was literally the only snag. I can't say enough positive things about Wanda. She helped me look for aspects of the dresses that I had not thought about and made really great suggestions. She went above and beyond to find options for me to try on. When I put on "the" dress she made sure I had enough time to really take in the moment and she made sure to pin and hold it on me really well so we could get great photos (since it wasn't the right size, as they never really are). She even tracked down a bird cage veil for me to try with it because that is what I want for my day. All in all, it was a really nice experience and I would definitely recommend Wanda!

Wanda is wonderful! I went to Nitsa's today by myself to look for a wedding dress. This was my first experience wedding dress shopping. Most of my bridal party lives outside of NC and therefore are unable to travel due to coronavirus. I felt very comfortable with Wanda. At no point did she try to pressure me. She was honest with me about how she felt the dresses looked on me and was careful to stay within my budget as much as possible. I feel that Wanda went above and beyond in the time she spent with me.
I cannot recommend Nitsa s enough for their selection of bridal and bridesmaid dresses and unparalleled customer service. I remember walking into their bridal salon and telling the ladies that I did not want a strapless or fitted gown. They kindly encouraged me to try a few different styles on just to see and sure enough, the very first dress I tried on was the winner (and fitted and strapless). I had the pleasure of working with Chris and her team throughout all of the fittings and I was amazed by their attention to detail, responsiveness, and overall excitement. You can tell that they genuinely love what they do and made me feel beautiful and at ease throughout the whole process. I highly recommend considering Nitsa s for any of your formalwear needs, you will not be disappointed!

Had an appointment with my best friend and her crew for her to try on wedding dresses yesterday. Her bridal consultant and the entire staff were so pleasant and helpful! Their bridal section is much smaller that some other bridal shops I ve been in but every single dress in there is stunning! She ended up saying yes to her dream dress and there wasn t a dry eye in the room. Thank you Nitsa s for such a wonderful experience!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Nitsa s team! Not only did Wanda find my dream dress online, but the team contacted the designer to see if the dress could be made in just two months! 8 weeks later, the dress arrived on time at Nitsas. Kiki and Chris worked all day on alterations to ensure the dress fit like a glove. I am so happy I chose Nitsa s. Thank you again for all of your hard work!
