It s weird how all the bad reviews disappeared but The ONLY reason I gave a star is because it s the only way i could write this review. ANYWAY! I went into Lunde Auto 2/24/18 put $2,500 down on a Vehicle. 2/26/18 which was 2 days later it completely broke down on the the side of the highway after visiting a hospitalized family member in Minneapolis. Exactly 249 miles from where I live. I had my 9 year old daughter in the car it was cold and we were stranded miles away from home. No roadside assistance because the warranty we were offered wasn t effective according to the warranty company. I was stranded and had to pay for the vehicle to be towed off the side of the highway and bus tickets so my daughter can make it to school and my husband and myself to make it to work the next morning. 2/27/18 after making it back home we contacted Lunde Auto left messages and no return calls, finally heard back from someone who referred us back to the warranty and it was a dead end. So we tried again to contact Lunde and of course all we got was answering machines, no return calls or emails so we drove to Lunde Auto 2/28/18 which is about 96 miles from where we live because we hadn t been able to reach anyone. Once there no one wanted to give us the owners direct contact number saw a card with the number and called it and it rang back to the front desk of the location we were at. Finally the sales person we worked with came in gave us a free loaner and informed us they would go get the vehicle and repair it. We trusted their word drive back home and the free loaner broke down as well. Can even drive it battery won t keep a charge, so it can t be driven 2 blocks without stopping. I called and informed Jaemey of the matter and it s been a week now. The free loaner is still sitting in the same spot I haven t heard a word about the vehicle I purchased that s in their possession! It should not be this hard to do business! I could ve saved my money to donate to a better cause! I wouldn t dare refer ANYONE to a place that takes people s money and give them scraps and metal in return!

Great experience. Travis made the purchase of my son's first car so easy. Didn't talk down to me as some dealers have done because I'm a girl. Up front about everything with the vehicle. I will look to them for future vehicles if I decide to add to my driveway.

Travis and Mark are great to work with. Any servicing I need in the future on my new SUV will done by them. Total trust!

Had a great experience with lunde process was quick and we didn t get that typical salesman vibe where you go on the lot and attempt to get swindled into what you don t want. Thank you guys for everything!

Went in for a oil change twice and both times there were people arguing at the counter. Quite the hostile environment. Service guy was nice so I gave it a extra star but sales people acted very disrespectful towards a older couple wanting the car they recently purchased fixed.

Great service. Good prices. Friendly employees. Best thing is they really do their best to get customers into a vehicle with guaranteed financing#

Travis at Lunde really tried to get you in the vehicle you want for a decent price. He really helped us when we were in a pickle and we're very appreciative about that.

Drove from the cities after talking with Mark on the phone-was so glad we did. We looked at several trucks on the way up. Mark told us about everything good and bad with it and when we got there it was better than he explained. We love our new truck, thank you!

A little spendy with oil changes compared to a lot of places, but seems to be a decent place.

If I could I would rate it no stars. We went to get a vehicle get all the way there then the people lie and say something is wrong with the pick up after we drove over 8 hours. Then they suggest other vehicles. We get a vehicle then they supposably do a oil change and stuff and we find out later they didn t. Then once we try to contact them about our plates and stuff everyone wants to ignore our calls and email. I don t think this place should be on business and I would never suggest to anyone to buy a vehicle from here

My husband just purchased a truck. They were easy to work with and so far he is happy with his truck

I got my Elderodo Cadillac from Lunde the thing started having problems and the machanic said it was not worth it to fix it. The only reason there is good reviews is because they said they will give you a free oil change that I never got because my car broke down before I even needed one for $1,500 you would think that the thing would last I will NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN.

We drove from Western ND and were a little leery having dealt with a few other dealers. Travis went over everything with us on the phone, sent us paperwork, Carfax and everything before we drove over. The truck was exactly as he described it (complete with a broken door handle he told us about!) So happy we made the drive, cute little town too! Thanks Travis and Lundes!

The people were friendly easy to get along with and jaemey the sales person was really nice to work with and very helpful in helping me trade my Dodge Caliber for a chevy Silverado.

Not impressed - wouldn t even leave one star..
Bought a 09 Chevy Malibu from these guys and the next day check engine light came on for a bad cadalitic converter. Seams like they probably wiped the check engine light to sell the vehicle because I can t believe that engine light would come on so soon otherwise. $600 repair later and umpteen million other small repairs on this car now it s working okay .. I realize I m buying a pre owned car as-is but I really feel dooped on this one..

On top of that our 21 day dealer tag expired, we called the dealership to ask for a new dealer tag to be sent to us so we are street legal to drive the car while we wait for them to send new tabs and plates and the employee on the phone said I d love to shut down the shop to go to the post office to send you a new tag but it s going to have to wait until Monday needless to say we still haven t gotten a new dealer tag and it s been 3 weeks.. we live in brainerd and didn t want to drive to wadena just to pick that up with our now not street legal vehicle.

Unprofessional and dishonest people here.. just a warning to anyone thinking about buying there next vehicle here.

I drove a little over 3 hours and spent close to $4,000 on an AWD car. I was told everything worked well on the car. I test drove the car and everything checked out. The only thing I noticed was that the power steering pump sounded like it might be going out. I told Mark about this and he offered to cover the cost of the repair for the power steering pump at 100% under the limited warranty. I went to pick the vehicle up the next day. 15 minutes after leaving with the car, the AWD Malfunction as well as the traction control warning light came on. I called them and made them aware of this. They told me they would cover all the costs associated with the AWD malfunction. They sent a loaner vehicle that looked/sounded like it was about to blow up. They had some old random guy drive my car back there. Fast forward 2 months the car still isn t fixed. They lied to me and told me it was. STAY AWAY from these dishonest snakes. This has to be the worst experience I ve ever had when making a purchase. I called and left several messages during the time they held my car hostage. Nobody returned a single phone call. They are very dishonest and unprofessional. I will be contacting an attorney

Came from Milwaukee to go to another dealer but when I got there the vehicle I called on and set a time for was sold out from under me. Stopped at Lundes an met Mark. Bought a truck and shipped another one to my brother in Brown Deer. Financing was better than my bank could do and the truck is a great used truck. Spent the night in Wadena, nice little town.

Very disappointed. Purchased a F150, Mark put in writing he will replace 2 O2 Sensors. First he said he mailed them, then did not have address, now will not return calls. I expected a bit more form a guy who is supposed to represent his community of Wadena as a council member. As it is only $150 bucks...one would think his honor and word would be worth more. If he lies about little things, he will lie about big things.

Wife and I were very happy. No pressure, drove several trucks,even took one home overnight. My banker even asked if the price was right cause it was low. We will be back for my wifes car this fall.

Rude! Unprofessional! Would rather go to lunch (at 10:30a.m.) then make a sale! Must fill out credit app before anything else.......we had cash!!!!

Just bought a new car form there and the whole thing went way smother then we expected.... the car is in great shape so far and the price was amazing!!! All the guys at the dealership were nice and on top of everything... plan on going back many more times...

These people ripped off my friends . Refuse to give them another car due to the car they got from them not even 30 days is a sour car . How messed up ,when you run a dealer ship your suppose to be awesome to your clients ,fix stuff that needs to be done to it ,thats how you get good buisness . Dont go here they will rip you off stay away !!

I think they are a little high priced do your home work. They are rude also. Sat I office for almost 2 hrs while guy was talking to his wife or gfriend on phone.

Why have your website say your open until 4 if no one is there to assist anyone at 3?? We drove almost 2 hours to be told we can t look at anything today.

I've gotten 2 vehicles from them and both times received great service. The payments were kept affordable and the vehicles were in decent shape. They work with you to get the right financing.

Have had nothing but problems and there seems to be no urgency to fix it, and no one can give a straight answer. Would barely give a star, last time I ever do business with them.

Nice vehicles very helpful noticed a minor problem and they pulled it on the hoist right away to diagnose the problem

I'm so disgusted on everything at this dealership. It's really bad for a dealership to not check there vehicle. And also shut down there service department. . It's pretty shady. I will never go there again. And not recommend anyone to go there and trust them.
