You know, I haven't entered. Just passing the big road in front of it, doesn't mean to enter not !!

To get here is a little challance for european people. But the area has a lot of nice site seeing. The Novus Giri is a well equiped place to stay

Really good place !! Still shady, the theme is really homey back to nature! The breakfast has many choices and is suitable for taking out because there are many parks, rabbit gardens, bird parks etc.

Booked the grand suite pool room. Firstly, the room has no Air conditioning, its hot. And the room has so much bugs, big bugs. Pool and room design not bad.

Food selection is limited and very pricey. It isnt that great anyways.

Service was slow. We came in on low season(corona PSBB) at 3.30pm and the room wasnt ready to be mopped and cleaned. Waited around for an hour.

No room bell, which was annoying for us to be at the pool side, and cant hear the knocks.

The place is nice, quiet from the highway, suitable for removing fatigue

A great place to visit with family, the staff are friendly and alert. Coincidentally when we spent the night there were activities (races) making it more interested and reluctant to go home.
Eligible to be included in the list of next vacation destinations.
Because it's good to have a reservation from long ago.

This resort is in the peak route -cianjur, its position is on the left from the top of the direction cianjur. Not far about 1 km before entering Cipanas city. Quiet and cool atmosphere.

Be careful ... the air-conditioned rooms are only certain rooms

There's a Jacuzzi in there, itsbone of the hotels that I can get boiled alive legally, five stars

Dormitory times, I stayed there and found it very disappointing ...
1. The room I took is a suite, but there are no AC facilities, the bathroom has a cockroach, the funiture in it is also not good
2. The service is also unsatisfactory, my position from the road to go there, I cb booking via telephone so that the room is prepared because my position is driving but I'm forced to make payment dl, it is very unprofessional.
3. The price is expensive and doesn't match what we see in the photo.

Want to visit there, hopefully there is a benefit and be given aamiin health ...

Good resort to relax and chill. They have team building programs for company. Food and drinks selection is ok though a bit pricey. Room is quite comfortable but need improvement like providing AC and better tv Cable. Some area are so dark in the night.

Comfortable place and complete facilities for the family, only if the night sounds like the sound of the motorbike speeding up

Old building ... but clean ... large yard ... beautiful, there is an outdoor children's playground and children can feed rabbits ... breakfast is pretty good, some take it ... overall good

Now it has changed its name to Zuri Resort by ZHM. Good enough but you must walk far enough if you stayed in Orchid Cottage and its surrounding.

The breakfast is good. Good view of the restaurant and cafe. Kids corner is quite comfortable but the toys need to be upgraded, the rabbit villagers are just a little bit dirty. The room is quite comfortable.

July 7, 2018, again eating malem. In addition to the acoustics, the sound was decent, the song selection was decent. It's just that the speaker sound is heavy. Unfortunately they did not receive input.

Interesting experience with natural view and good service

Cozy place for holiday. You can call it as sweet escape. Put some photo of my room which is very huge you can add small tent for your kids to play camping. There is a public pool which is good also. A rabit village which good for know more about rabit. The view is good and you can feel a very good air overthere which is far from polution. The car park is ok. But you will need to walk a little if you got a room at the back to get into the front office. Complimentary in the room is good. Overall i was satisfied to stay overhere!

I stayed at Novus Giri Resort from Saturday to Sunday, October 13 - October 14 2018. I ordered a Deluxe Garden With Breakfast type room. This is the second time I have booked the same room at Novus Giri, armed with a very memorable experience on my first visit, with excellent service, friendly staff, starting from the FO staff, cleaning staff and restaurant staff who I feel are so friendly and helpful , the cool air typical of the Puncak area, the calm atmosphere, the comfortable rooms made me interested in feeling a pleasant vacation again.

But the second time I stayed here, the big disappointment I got. Even though I still get friendly service from all hotel staff, the room has no problems, only the bath towels arrive late and have to be asked twice to the new F.O and are taken to the room. When I wanted to take a shower around 5:00 p.m., I found that warm water did not come out of the faucet in the bathroom. Only cold water. I called F.O to submit a complaint, not how long it took the technician to check, after the technician left the room, 30 minutes later the water came out, but it was not warm / hot. At least it's not cold, so I can force myself to take a shower.

At night when I wanted to wash my body after my night activities around the Puncak area, I found that the hot water did not come out again. Because it was late and tired I just let it be.
The next morning, the hot water still didn't work, even though I had to take a shower to carry out my vacation plans that morning. Complaining repeatedly to F.O. did not get a satisfactory answer and there was no solution. As an urban resident with hot weather, I am not used to bathing in cold water, especially since the temperature ranges from 18-21 degrees Celsius. It is impossible for me to force myself to take a shower using cold water with a temperature like that. I have to cook hot water myself and pour it in the sink for me to just wash my face and wash my body a little. Pity! Finally I canceled my plan to vacation to the area around Puncak that morning. Because I'm not comfortable if I don't shower in the morning. Thank you for messing up my vacation plans!
Until check out at 12.00 the hot water still doesn't come out. I took the complaint directly to F.O. I was well received by the manager on dutty at that time, Mr. Edi. He explained that there was indeed a breakdown in their hot water system which was causing the flow to the rooms to have problems. Pak Edi offered compensation to move to another room, I appreciated his good intentions, but because I had to go home I finally rejected the offer.

Regrettably, hotels like Novus Giri with good reviews on various travel agents have not been able to provide a quick solution to the basic needs of staying guests.
It's good, for guests who stay at Novus Giri to check all the main facilities of the room, especially hot water and make sure everything is going well, rather than basic things that can ruin a vacation plan that should be fun.

3/5 for breakfast (less choice of food variations for breakfast)

I stayed at Novus Giri Monday - Tuesday last. Short Escape fills the children's mid-semester vacation. Favorite Place. A place that is always missed by our family. Cool, beautiful, exotic atmosphere like feeling in Bali. Friendly service, comfortable rooms (I took 2 garden view rooms), a nice breakfast with quite a variety of choices. Welcome drink was served warm bandrek, we enjoyed while sitting on the lobby terrace with beautiful natural scenery. In the afternoon I was a Balinese Massage Spa, the therapist was Mba Asri. The massage removes tiredness and a more fresh body. While children play ping pong, basketball, and swim. It feels like I'm still reluctant to go home, I want to extend but the kids have to go to school tomorrow . See You in next Holiday . Recommended Hotel. Two Thumbs Up. Keep it Awesome, Novus Giri "

On the evening food voucher it says: steak & sea food. But apparently there is no sea food
The steak, ribs & satay goats are still hard. My satay order for 3 dishes didn't arrive. Instead, the last order came. Emank burn parts are very much in demand. Lack of personnel for fuel section2.

Friendly service. Clean place. Relief room. The furniture and bathroom are rather old, but still function properly. Comfortable atmosphere. Lots of entertainment for children.

Comfortable for vacation with family, suitable because there are kids clubs also for children ...

Good stop for the weekend, if you manage to get through the traffic all the way from Jakarta!

Pros: The hotel atmosphere is really good. Like staying in Bali. The rooms are really nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel employee service is really champion. Food is okay. Hotel facilities are great.

Cons: The location is quite far from Jakarta. So it must be taken into account the opening and closing of the peak traffic direction. Don't get stuck in traffic. So long.

Hot water died in the two rooms that we ordered ... many times on the phone but there was no solution ... forced to go to dinner without bathing ...

Senior service hotels are still very good ... there is a rabbit park where children play ... there is a place for educational toys too ... free ...
