So worth the price.
Well, since people tends to put "resort" on anything mediocre hotel in Puncak now, this resort is truly genuinely beautiful and the best.
Spend a weekend here on the price of USD 80/IDR 1100k, but they offered a really better than average quality of everything.
If they put something like this in anywhere else, I don't know what the price will be.
The covid-19 health process makes us comfortable. Besides checking the temperature, we were given hand sanitizer when entering the hotel lobby area, spraying our sandals with our shoes. The check-in process is fast..the staff is ready to help carry our luggage. The rooms are quite spacious and masks are also provided in each room. Breakfast can be delivered to the room (caused by a pandemic like this, it is more comfortable to have breakfast in the room). There are not many choices for the buffet breakfast, and there are staff who are ready to get the food / drink we want. The rooms are spacious and clean, minimalist comfortable. The room service menu (24 hours) is not too much
Easy reservation, very friendly service, nice and comfortable atmosphere. The room is spacious, the mattress is spacious, unfortunately there are no curtains even though no one will see from the balcony, but it makes it uncomfortable. There is no loundry bag.

Ok, if you just stay in the hotel, there are other children, the pool is dim, but the unit is starting to look old.
It is suitable for family, lots of activities for children, unfortunately the swimming pool is not warm, and the room floor is made of natural stone so it is uneven, children fall a number of times

Large clean comfortable rooms with balcony and terrace facilities in all room types are also lobbi for each resort that provides large sofas and tv to gather with family while enjoying warm tea and free snacks. Experience in room 920, 30 Dec18, when checking in the room is clean and tidy, the front porch is comfortable to relax. The environment of the villa is perfect for releasing fatigue at the end of the year. The walk around the villa is also very suitable for jogging. One of the best luxurious villa / hotel im puncak! More expensive than others but should be worth it. Its quiet and has ubud kind of vibe in it.
The room was nice, quite cold even though there was no air conditioning. For those who want to swim, the pool is also clean and relatively quiet, maybe depending on the number of visitors who come. The food served at breakfast is quite varied, and tastes quite good.

A very spacious and complete resort for family vacations.
The restaurant is open 24 hours. There is a swimming pool and kids club. Can ride a horse for 40 thousand. There is a rabbit hole and of course a spa.
Unfortunately at the spa you can only pay cash or a visa / master card. You can't debit and it's not made easy by paying when you check out, or via transfer or paying tomorrow (even though my husband also booked for the next day), as a result we just canceled the appointment the next day because we were finally asked to go directly to the hotel lobby to pay via debit. FYI the location is far away because it is wide.
All rooms are without air conditioning and there is a bathtub. Apples are provided in the room and there are tea / hot drinks + snacks in the "living room" area.

What I like the most about this place is the views, amazing breath taking views, in the valley sweet and the warm pool sweet it looks like heaven, the bathtub is big and comfortable too, the warm pool is really good and warm all the time, from another hand the bugs are out of control and the hotel only offers mosquito spray, no bugs killer that can be blogged in electricity without a smell or bugs repellent smoke, we had to get all of that our selves plus mosquito repller lotion, and with all that yet it's out of control unless we closed all windows which will block the beautiful view, the restaurant do not offer lots of options mainly local dishes, No burger even though the area around the hotel do not have much options the hotel must offer everything possible, the spa close at 6 pm !! bed sheets not clean and wasn't changed when room was cleaned, the staff really needs training in this area,
the hospitality was very good and staff was very welcoming and kind and trying their best to comfort us .
