A very beautiful hotel, comfortable cool with an open natural feel.

Highly overrated. This hotel had everything a 5 star resort hotel could be, but it isn't. Facilities are basic and close early. Breakfast variety is what you would expect at a 3 star hotel. Wifi is great when it works! Rooms are clean if you inform housekeeping where to clean. Bathroom amenities are 3 star.

The worse is noise! If a kid screams in the common areas, you can hear it im the room. If somebody smokes in the balcony beneath, it travels up and the wind blows it into your room through the air vents! Even if your room is non smoking, smoke comes in.

Linen is old, towels are old. There's no carpet. The flooring is rough even to the bathroom! Not with the 5star prices we paid.

Good things: good to great views, if your room has a view. Beds are big and nice if they're clean. Housekeeping doesn't change sheets, they flip them over.

We had cobwebs in our wardrobe. There's no a/c so nights can get warm or stuffy. If your neighbor's are noisy, you can hear them, because of the air vents at the door.

Nice staff and rooms but only 3 baby chair for a large resort is not enough, there were babies waiting everyday I was there.
NO FITNESS CENTER website clearly states they have a fitness center, but they don't. Is it legal to lie like that?

A hidden gem located in Cimacan. Beautiful bungalows to relax in and service is superb. They also have hotel rooms as well other than bungalows.

Favorite hotel for every vacation to Puncak. The food is delicious. Friendly staff. There is a kids playground that makes children feel at home. The sports facilities are quite complete. Most like to sit chatting while having beautiful tea in the living room or on the balcony. Deluxe rooms are always the best choice when staying here.

Suitable for breaking the fast or eating ordinary days, affordable prices and delicious taste. Must come here

Cool atmosphere, and lots of trees and plants. There is also a rabbit park inside. The service is good, there is a restaurant and a spa

Suitable to be a place to rest and vacation on weekends or holidays, comfortable rooms, lots of good photo spots, comfortable eating places, but what I regret is that the food that lacks spices doesn't suit my taste :)

nice place and the cold is not too cold. but the lights outside were not bright enough so it was very hard to see at night.

nice hotel architecture. many activities for toddlers. there is a play room with lots of toys, can order a baby box (although a bit dirty), and can swim in a warm pool (for a suite). the breakfast is delicious, there are western and indonesian, even arabic. in room dining is also delicious

The meeting room is also very adequate (I happened to come here for office activities).
Anyway, Novus giri is very suitable to be a choice to stay while on vacation at the peak.

However, I am very concerned about water in every hotel / villa that I visit. Novus Giri, the water (for bathing, etc.) is a bit out and a bit weak. I hope that there will be an improvement to the water system so that it will be more maximal (especially me) for every visitor who stays here.

This is the most recommended resort or hotel in Puncak, yeah it's expensive for the room, even paying 2 million for the valley suite which plus a really cool squid breakfast. Nice rooms, there are bathtubs, complete rooms, really, there is a fridge too, the atmosphere is cool even though there isn't any heat. And what makes the food the best is all the best! sorry if you don't order the ones with breakfast, get a 180 thousand barbeque promo for 2 people, and that's sooooooooooooo good, it's not just barbeque and sweet snacks. Nyesel only last night, because tomorrow must return to activities. One more, the service is super friendly, if I go to the top of the motorbike more often than the car because of traffic jams that make keki, and every time you enter a luxurious hotel is intercepted by security as if unable to mesen luxury hotels. But here, everyone is really friendly, don't feel that way, don't regret the pokey to novus giri

A compact resort on the Bogor Plateau

A comfortable climate at the hotel beyond the tea plantation.
The rooms were old but clean.

The breakfast buffet was also delicious.
Supper is also , but alcohol is a choice of Bali Hai. We recommend that you bring it in.

It is a pity that many people use private cars in the resort and hear the engine noise frequently.
There were many families, and the lively voices of small children echoed from beginning to end.

A good place to escape from the city hustle. The hotel has nice and big pool with jacuzzi, squash court, rabbit village and spa. You can spend the whole day inside the hotel without getting bored. Room is spacious. Although it doesn t have aircon but it s cool enough at night. Breakfast is really good with many food selections. Outside the hotel there are food stalls like nasi goreng, nasi padang also nasi goreng Kebon Sirih restaurant in just walking distance.

Very nice place to stay. The view looks nice and tidy. They offer great room service and the place is always clean. They have spa, gym, swimming pool, tennis, and more. They also offer very delicious food and baverages with complete option to fill your stomach. Don't forget, they have nice view, especially in their restaurant. If you find a place to stay with your family for a vacation or just spend time in the hotel, this place is on top of my favourite list. Make sure to book a room first before you come.

Good views and good service provide a good holiday experience

Lodging is good for young couples and also suitable for family vacation homes that already have children. There is a rabbit garden, playground, indoor too. Ad PS3 and Nintendo wi jg .. Which hobby is ping-pong ad jg .. The facilities are ok.ad swimming pool, jacuzzi, lounge (only Saturday, Sunday and Holliday). The place is good too. The picture is really good, really, when I tried breakfast. Lots of places for photos, too ... The rooms are also comfortable ... Especially when sitting on a few pool balconies ... Wooh ... Cb itself .. While drinking coffee ... If you like hot coffee, you have to spend it quickly ... 3 minutes the coffee is cold . The point is ... I have to try and stay on Novus Giri. I'm sorry if I haven't tried it.

Comfortable hotel to stay with family. There are many areas for playing, playing, riding, restaurants. The breakfast is also good.

Comfortable resort not far from the peak area

Review point:
- Easy access, after the peak pass is around 10 minutes drive to Cianjur, the position is to the left after Tri Puri Meru Hotel
- A beautiful and beautiful Resort atmosphere with Sundanese nuances combined with exotic buildings which are divided into several resort complexes, while waiting in the hotel lobby can enjoy warm bandrek as a welcome drink
- Had stayed at the Lembayung Resort, a two-story building with double bed rooms and had their own courtyard, a 1st floor room with a courtyard that could be used for relaxing, for the 2nd floor there was a balcony to enjoy the view, more recommended for the 1st floor free to access the page
- The rooms are clean, with unique floors, stone floors that feel cold but unevenly contoured, the bathroom is spacious and clean, I like the bath soap provided, refreshing Almond scented
- Bamboo Restaurant, providing a varied breakfast, standard hotel food, quite tasty, I feel satisfied especially the fresh milk provided.
- There is a swimming pool, sports area to play tennis and basketball facilities.

In conclusion, it is suitable for a moment to spend a weekend at Puncak, with a location not far from the peak pass area but still able to get a typical beautiful peak atmosphere

An outlet isn't working, no air condotioning, wifi is rlly slow, but the bed is comfortable...

Always like a beautiful place, cool air, and clean. The environment here too. Holidays that are not far from the capital with an atmosphere that is far different from the capital. Can't drain the bag deep enough how come :)

-Location near the main road, but not noisy
- The pool is clean & cold
-Welcome Drink
-Giving chocolate waffer gifts when checking out
- Employees are responsive when the demand for twin beds is put together and the infant crib requests
-Badbit village, pool, kid club & spa available

"To be improved"
-Cleaning water, when going to use greenish water bath. So the water must be drained many times.
- The water in the pool is warm, too hot.
-Electrical installation design in kids club is not safe for children. Many outlets are affordable for children.
-Variety of the breakfast menu needs to be added, and should be finished if the menu can be refilled immediately.
-Maybe because the room is not air-conditioned so it is not soundproof. The sound from the hallway was clearly heard.

If at another time there is an opportunity, will try to visit again to this resort.

Quite place and. Best place for honey moon not to far away from Jakarta

A luxurious hotel in its day, but really exciting for a vacation with family. I took the family vacation package through the website (the price is cheaper than online travel). Food okay, swimming pool a bit deep. Jacuzzi dirty. Many children's toys on the playground

With a traditional atmosphere, clad in facilities that are quite qualified for novus hotels, I feel comfortable.
