Pool view, cool, comfortable, even without air conditioning. Warm water smoothly.

A bit poorly maintained, but the facilities are really good. The location is between the top of the highway.

The building faces the valley, doesn't use air conditioning, it's still natural.

The rooms are OK, the bathroom was rather small and very slippery, dangerous. I slipped and hit my knee, it's still bruised one week after my stay. The hotel had amenities that will interest the children, namely the rabbit village. The swimming pool seemed nice though we did not try it.

Quite with lots of trees, near taman bunga nusantara, good bbq and dessert, clean. Suitable for corporate events and families

The service is good, the view is good. Suitable for carrying a family. There are many free facilities provided that make you feel at home in a resort such as a swimming pool, children's playground, rabbit village, tennis court with basketball hoops, a table tennis room as well. Every morning there are games on the edge of the pool that are provided free by management, which makes the atmosphere even more exciting and melts the atmosphere between visitors. There are horses that can be rented around the resort. In general, this resort is highly recommended for family vacations. It is also strategically located to tourist attractions such as the archipelago flower garden, little venice. If you want culinary tourism too, go anywhere.

Not bad the facilities are only in the toilet in the htl which is less clean

For the future maybe please add ac in each room, use it or not it returns to the consumer. Plus the weather is not too cold. My experience was very hot at rest and had to always open the window / patio door and not many mosquitoes to sleep. Yes, indeed the nuances of nature, but with such prices, please consider.

Bath-up as standard. I prefer wood/parquet as bedroom floor instead of rock to give more exclusive feel. Amenities should be upgraded and add shaver & body lotion

Stayed 6 nights. Very nice and beautiful resort, great spa services. Beautiful landscape view from the restaurant. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and they clean everyday. Mine had a small garden, it was so nice. Water pressure is great. They lack sound proofing though. I once had neighbours who were extremelly loud from 5 am, I was fuming. Breakfast is awfully expensive, that was the downside of this resort. Restaurant has good food, and prices are decent. Fresh juices were watery, though. Pool is extremely clean and they provide towels. There's a shower and toilets close to the pool. There are games available for kids and families. Basketball court. Poney rides for kids on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Beware the humongous spiders in the tree branches...shivers!!!! If you call the hotel from your cellphone, they cannot transfer your call to the rooms. That was puzzling.

Good location for staying with family or office gathering. Many rooms are available with variations in prices according to the room. Nuansanya beautiful and typical of Bogor which is hilly and has slopes. The hall is spacious and the sound system is good. Food is pretty good. In the future, the bathroom is expected to be reorganized to make it easier and safer to use, especially for the rooms below. The floor is tidied to make it even, because it is dangerous for children

The hotel is safe and clean and breakfast is sweet tricks.
The problem is on the aesthetic of the region, but most rooms do not have a sweet view

Just 2 words to describe this place "Love it"! If you really love Bali, you definitely love this place.. Especially in pandemic situation, we can't go travel wherever we want, including Bali. Novus Giri Puncak is the best short getaway, even more it's so family friendly. You can take a lil bit refreshing by enjoying their mountain view and fresh air at your balcony. As an extra, you can feel their Balinese style, whether the interiors or the ambience itself. Novus Giri Resort and Spa's also fulfilled with other amenities, Iike spa, swimming pool, lounge, tennis court and kids club. Your kids will love this place because they have rabbit village, which is they can feed the rabbits anytime without spending your money for carrots Another point is the staff's services and hospitalities are also excellence! I am so happy and satisfy with this place. Surely be back so soon!

Convenient place. Quiet atmosphere, cold location. In the room there are fruits. Get a snack coupon that can be exchanged for 3 items. There is a rabbit garden, my child likes to play there. I can't go to the kids club. And I didn't try the breakfast. Because the room is really nice for resting. The location is close to the roofpark. Or 5km from the earth battery.

It's just that the wifi is not good. I'm in room 933. The wifi is really a bit slow. The tri and xl signals are bad in the room. Hu Hu Hu. It's a bit difficult to surf on social media.

But apart from wifi everything is okeee bgt. It's worth a try to stay here

Lovely place. Good for family. Good pool no chemical smell. Spaxious room and enough hot water. Nice breakfast but late for refill. When I came most food was not fill, but serve then.

Old but charming nice hotel. Great food with good service too...

Sad to book a hotel through an agent, there can be no view room of the roof tile, natural stone room tiles, if it is trampled, the room is cramped (the booking has been booked, the pool view) until the hotel starts, the morning is full, look the room is not really good ... but it's not in the rabbit village, it's not good (please, please tile the hotel room with a good stone, so the bed doesn't feel like that)
