They didn't notify anyone of the power being off all day came home from work to a truck blocking my driveway some young guy with a aditude because I wanted in my driveway (there's nowhere else to park) they broke my gate so they could come in my yard (who's going to pay to fix that?)they claimed it was already like that no it absolutely was not! no power it was 88 degrees inside my house my pets were panting on the verge of heat exhaustion,they sure do notify me when my balance falls below $20 but can't let anyone know the power will be out when it's hot outside I'm glad my pets didn't die from heat exhaustion.y

CSR was very rude and not helpful. I've never seen such a level of disrespect. I'm not sure what's happening in her life that makes her so ugly toward people but she might want to consider a career change. Maybe at the Zoo feeding bears.

I called because my power usage had doubled since ...

I called because my power usage had doubled since my last statement. Nobody has been living there during that time and the only thing plugged in is refrigerator and freezer. No air conditioning running!!! When I ask the useless excuse for a customer service representative about it all she could say is "the computer shows a spike in usage". Well no s_ _t that's why I'm calling. I explained to her at least 6 times that nobody was there and no air was on, so how could there be a double in power usage. Again and again genius kept saying the computer shows a spike in usage. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but you had to select something to post a review. Absolutely useless and ridiculous!!!

Never had a problem with their rates, only their billing department. They bill entirely too fast. They are eager to give you your next bill even before you have had time to open the envelope on the first one. Like Seriously I incur more late fees not because I cant afford the bill but because they don't allow ample time between billing. It's almost purposefully done.

Absolutely pathetic. They know they provide power ...

Absolutely pathetic. They know they provide power to a large area and have let it go their heads. No preventative measures for the inevitable power increase in this abysmal weather, intolerable waiting times when reporting a power outage, and the team sent to restore power take their sweet time when they should be moving their sorry butts to get the problem fixed. An estimated time of 1 hour shouldn't be extended by another 30 minutes because your trucks thought it'd be nice to make a pit stop along the way!

My service was cut off. I called to make a payment arrangement. After being disconnected over 10 times, I was told $25 would restore my service. After making the $25 payment, my power wasn't restored. I called and spoke with Brittany, who told me I needed to make another payment of $5.16 to restore service. I explained what I was told and asked to speak with her supervisor. A man named Jack got on the phone. I explained my problem and that I could post the additional $5 payment TOMORROW. Here's the interesting part... Not only would he not let $5 slide for a day, but he asked me if I'd like him to call DHS for me since I have a toddler on oxygen living in my home without power. It sounded more like a threat than an offer...

Jack, your lack of compassion is astounding. I hope you never experience the hardships that I endured on this day. And if you do, I hope the person assigned to help you is MUCH more compassionate than you were to me. God bless your heart.

The people that work at cub office are very nice and helpful. The flex pay at cub really helps people that are in a bind and don't have the money for a big deposit. I don't know what I would do with out flex pay. Thank you cub
