This place will RIP YOU OFF in a second. The overcharge for AC units and fans because they are one of the few "Columbia approved" sellers. Save yourself trouble and buy portable AC and other supplies on Amazon.

The desk-employee act like he got enough business already and don't want to do any more the AC installation business. Just use Taskrabbit or buy the self installed no-drill kit on Amazon. Whatever PR message they put out, the real reason is that 1. they overcharge at 5X to 10X market rate for AC installation, just so you know taskrabbit is $50. Amazon self kit is $29.99. 2. they are full of themselves, arrogant and refuse to recognize reality, but maybe that's why the middle aged desk employee is working in a dwindling business to begin with.
I personally worked here. I loved every minute of it. They extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is very reasonably priced for the area its in. Very competitive prices and services!
I went in to get two beach chairs, the salesman and I had a few laughs he let me try it out before I purchased it. I grown up in the neighborhood so I basically know the store and area.
Charge way above suggested retail price for window air conditioners. Avoid.

Terrible customer service. They overcharge their services and are extremely unhelpful. DO NOT COME HERE. They will take your money and spit in your face.
EDIT: Let me expand on my review since the business owner(s) are unwilling to hold themselves accountable. First, the sales representative was completely unprofessional and condescending in our interaction. His behavior was more friendly towards other customers as opposed to me. For example, he greeted several other customers with a smile and a personal greeting. The associate failed to provide a customer-first and -friendly service. Trust me, I have worked in retail for over 6 years and I have seen and practiced exceptional customer service. Their business model seems unprofessional and dismissive of new customers. Second, upon calling to request an installation the associate was extremely impatient with me on the phone. I don't know what a bracket is and I definitely have never had to install an AC unit before. When I asked more clarifying questions the associate raised his voice and chided me like a 4-year old. This business has failed to hold themselves responsible and I hope future customers prepare themselves for an impatient, unfriendly, overpriced, and overall terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and go to Home Depot.
