Whatever PR message they put out, the real reason is that 1. they overcharge at 5X to 10X market rate for AC installation, just so you know taskrabbit is $50. Amazon self kit is $29.99. 2. they are full of themselves, arrogant and refuse to recognize reality, but maybe that's why the middle aged desk employee is working in a dwindling business to begin with.
