Amaai who at the desk and a nurse that I had on the line apparently they have flaming ni like very rude I had to talk French I had to hurt my brain cells again because they would not want to talk Flemish but sorry in hospitals etc .... people should be perfectly trilingual, especially at the desk, we Flemings have to bend again happily in my hospital Saint Augustine in Wilrijk they are super friendly mss they have to follow lessons in friendliness and language skills
