I am not native to Montreal and as such was looking for a Dentist. I found Dr. Bautista through reviews, and found his office was very easily accessible in the Downtown area.

Let me begin with the facility. The office is very clean, modern, and possesses a beautiful aesthetic. All the equipment is new and state of the art technology.

Since the moment I arranged my meeting the staff(Shana and reception) was extremely friendly over the phone and even more so in person. They were super helpful, quick, and accessible.

I went for a Dental cleaning and as a new patient had to arrange my profile with the clinic which entails X-Rays, dental check up, and cleaning. I was very fortunate to have Marie as my hygienist, and from the moment we met I just got a very positive energy and aura from the office. During this checkup I had urgent issues that needed looking after and Dr. Bautista outlined what I needed, the procedure required, and he even accommodated me as soon as possible with Shana.

Given the pandemic things have been very difficult, however Dr. Bautista went above and beyond to make sure that I could receive the care that I needed. His staff are a reflection of the ethic and professionalism that is expressed throughout his office. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Bautista and Marie and would strongly recommend him to anyone seeking an excellent Dentist!

Thank you very much Marie, Dr. Bautista, and the entire staff for all your help and assistance, I am deeply grateful to have found you! I cannot wait to be back for my check up.
