Absolutely the worst service I have ever encounter...

Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered in a retail department store. After waiting 10 minutes for any service. An untrained employee tried to sell me the wrong product. It took me 30 minutes to fix the issue and when another employee tried to reach a manager to address my concerns, the manager failed to answer the phone on three separate occasions. DO NOT SHOP MACY'S.
