Clinique at Kenwood Macy's Review

Didn't have big and tall sizes (50L)and employees were to busy looking at their cell phones to help anyone.

I always have good experience when going to Macy's at Kenwood mall.

I love being able to get in, grab what I want & leave. Ingrid provided the best customer service... as usual.

Staff is good- really nice people. However, the music selection is the worst of pop played so loud that I will likely not shop here again. Even the sales staff are unhappy with it. Very unpleasant shopping here. Just wanted to get out of the place and head to Nordstrom.

I was considering an item over the past few days.I shopped at Macy's Kenwood and found what I wanted.The salesperson was very professional and helpful.I was in handbags around 6PM

I was in Macy s today and I continue to ask the manager for help and she ignored me but she would help all the Caucasian customers but wouldn t help me and I m guessing because I was black so I didn t make any purchases And if Macy s hire those kind of people I ll never shop with them again and I ll continue to tell other.

I've spend 3 days, 2 hours in the store and several calls & hours talking to customer services. All for one sale item. I ordered online and the sent it to Akron, Oh!! I'll never spend my money here again!!!!

I always enjoy the staff. They are always courteous and help in any way they can. Their selections ate great. Very high quality in all price ranges.

Had to make a return past the return date. Had a good reason that it was not returned on time and the people were very, very nice. I never have a problem there. I love Macy's!

(I originally sent this to the wrong Macy s finish line. It was meant for the Kenwood location) I shopped at Macy s Finish Line about a month ago to buy shoes for my son. I was looking for a particular pair of shoes to fit my sons orthotics and this was about the 5th place we had tried. I was already beyond frustrated and when I came to Finish Line there was a gentleman that was SUPER helpful and made the shopping experience must better! I wish so badly I knew his name. If someone would like to contact me from Macy s I would love to tell you about my experience and maybe this gentleman could get some sort of recognition! I wish there were more people out there in the customer service world more like him. Thank you :)

I wish the Tri-County store were as customer friendly as Kenwood. I live closer to Tri-County, but had to go all the way to Kenwood because the manager in the jewelry dept. was unwilling to take back an XMas item never warn, never removed from packaging because it was not purchased from their store. Aren't you part of the same company? Kenwood of course asked no questions and returned the item with a smile. Thank you, Kenwood jewelry dept! Won't be shopping Tri-County Macys anymore. #teamkenwoodmacys

This used to be the place to go for clothes and gifts. Today, I needed a white dress shirt. Nothing in stock, no one helped. When I finally got a shirt that wasn't the size I needed but was ok, only one person to check me out.

It's easier to buy online and Macy online is not stock correct for local stores.

I have loved Macy's for a long time! I use to get great deals at the stores or online. My last few visits to a store have been disappointing. They have lovely things, but it seems their prices have shot up & the deals are a little more difficult to find. The staff today was a little unfriendly too. The items I was looking for today were much, much more at Macy's than a few other stores.

Came to this Lazarus with my girlfriend on 2019 black Friday and it was a mad house. I never seen so many hobib's in my life.

Store is always kept clean, but the prices are not competitive and coupons exclude almost everything.

Only one person at the checkout. People have placed orders and have come to pick them up but do not want to stand in line for 20 to 30 minutes.

Went to the men's department and had positive interactions with both of the staff members. Lots of sales so that was great too!

Sale items are in no particular order what so ever. I had to go find someone to check me out. Sales person was very friendly and helpful and the fitting room was clean and kept cleared out.

Went homecoming dress shopping with four 16 year old girls of all different body types and every single girl walked out with a dress feeling confident and happy. If that's not a testament to an excellent selection then I don't know what is.

Please, please lighten up on the hard sell of Macy s credit cards every single time I try to have a transaction. I wince every time I check out because I know that I ll have to spend five minutes politely declining each effort to get me to just sign up.
Is customer satisfaction really worth losing over shilling your credit card?

It was ok seemed a little cramped to much product in a small space

Did not find much variety or unique styles in women's clothing or the shoes section. Lots of clothing in the discount area, but nothing that was of great interest. Styles seem dated and unappealing. I was surprised at the mound of items in the house/bedding section that were piled to sell quickly. Too much to easily navigate there.

Nice men's department. Parking nearby means not having to see anything else but the men's department. Perfect.

The prices have gone up, but the quality and selection hasn't matched.

I had to make a return on my son s shoes for a bigger size. The cashier was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about how to complete the return and exchange the shoes for the correct size.

Although I am a worker I love shopping and talking to customers while I shop and engaging with employees

Macys is a fine department store with enough locations to make it fairly convenient to shop no matter where you live in Cincinnati. The have a great selection in almost every department, and always seem to have a large sale going on. The clothing is higher end and fashionable, the jewelry section has many options and price points. The service is always outstanding. The only issue I have with Macys is their online star program. You have to buy select merchandise on select days to earn points. If you buy something like a ring like I did and spend a decent amount of money and don't get and rewards points, it feels kind of pointless to partake in their rewards system.

Rude workers. I had to call 4 different department before someone answered and the lady that did answer basically hung up on me. I will stop shopping at these overpriced stores with horrible customer service.

I am nearing completion of my undergrad and wanted to purchase a nice suit for interviews. Todd was very helpful in sizing me and I was able to find a suit that fit perfectly, an incredible feat considering that I am tall and thin.

Macy's had the winter clothes I needed in the size I needed. Thank you for carrying sizes in petite. The ladies were helpful yet gave me the space to shop in a relaxed fashion.

I like the ease you can get in and out of parking lot at Kenwood mall. You can get some good discounts esp if you use a Macy card Sonwtimes it's hard to find an employee to help you
