Decided to go to this place since it is very close to my home and my previous urologist is up in Lake Worth. This place also has good Google reviews. However I was very disappointed with the scheduling and efficiency of the office. If you are booking an appointment here, best to block out at least a 2-3 window of time for even a short checkup/consultation.

When I was finally called by the nurse, he told me to go into the bathroom to provide a urine sample. I was disgusted to find styrofoam coffee cups stacked, still in the plastic sleeve, on the back of the toilet. Next to the cups was a black sharpie meant for patients to write their name on the cup. There were no lids and urine was spilled on the back of the toilet as well as in the window where you leave the sample. I found this incredibly unsanitary and likely against legal cleanliness requirements but chalked it up that maybe they ran out of the necessary medical supplies needed for taking urine samples. However, on my second visit 2 weeks later, it was the same story.

I should have walked out then but really needed to see the doctor and was hoping he would be a shining light in the darkness of this practice. Unfortunately he didn t provide a great standard of care and seemed to be running through the numbers of patients that they had backlogged on the schedule for that day.

I understand practices are busy and doctors don t make what they used to but this is unacceptable. The rest of the staff, with the exception of the receptionist, walks around looking completely indifferent like zombies waiting for the clock to strike 5:30 when they can go home.

No clue how this place has such good reviews because that was absolutely not my experience. After trying to ignore my gut feeling during the 2 visits, I decided to cancel my third appointment and will be finding a different urologist.
