I implemented ClickHome as a software solution and we saw immediate benefits.
It helped us develop a standard system and processes from sales through to construction - meaning not one thing ever slipped through the cracks. Prior to ClickHome, processes, checks, approvals and more were delayed or not completed correctly. ClickHome got everything in one place and streamlined our work systems, ensuring everything was completed on time and accurately.
My advice to anyone considering the software would be to adequately prepare for the implementation. Take the time to map out your procedures and get your staff involved. We made only a few revisions after the initial implementation due to the planning we did and that helped staff get on board and use ClickHome from day 1.
Both Aaron and James are excellent to deal with, as well as their support staff.
