Have booked with Click & Go 3 times now, Disney Paris, Portugal (sun holiday) and Barcelona (city break) excellent holiday and service each time. I am sitting here waiting for 2018 summer to go on sale to book again. Recommended

Click & Go are an absolute fabulous Company to deal with coming from Australia we contacted them and told them where we would like to go and asked them for some suggestions within a few days they had our holiday travels booked. Trains, Flights and Hotels booked and all done via email. It was the most memorable holiday we have had in years and they did all the work. The hotels that they recommended to us were just as they said and not once during our holiday were we disappointed with their recommendations. So thank you to the team at Click&Go keep giving holiday makers the service that you do.

Never again, they gave me a voucher for the accommodation part of my holiday, I wanted to be reasonable as cancellations were due to Covid and it wasn't their fault, I used this voucher. I am still trying to get a refund for the flight part of the holiday, it's been 5 months and they have just washed their hands of it and left me trying to deal with Ryanair, who I did not book direct with, I booked with Click and go and would even have been willing to take a refund voucher, anything to get the value back, but they are blaming Ryanair and Ryanair are blaming them and I am the one out of pocket

I rang at 4.40 today & I was told that I would be dealt with shortly. I was given the option of a call back in 27 seconds which i took but it never happened. I was on the phone holding for an hour waiting.I rang on another phone at 5 but I was told the office was closed but meanwhile on the other phone which I rang before 5 I was still being told my call would be answered shortly. The deadline for there special offer was for today but ironically you couldn't get through from 4:35...

Hands down the worst company I have EVER had dealings with! Rude staff with zero customer service. Ignoring calls and emails for my refund for a holidsy that never happened, paid in full for a hotel that never even opened. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Fantastic company to deal with. Everything taken care of. Each travel consultant over the phone really knows about the country you wish to travel to and I have booked 5 different holidays r city breaks with click And Go and I can honestly say they were exceptional I know you can go and book yourself but it s better value every time with Click and Go and they have packages to suit every budget. I have dealt with Alan and Zita and they are extremely helpful. Well done five star service. Very happy customer.

Will never book through these again! Unable to get through to anyone on their phones, emails gone unanswered, read messages on Facebook and don t reply. They owe us a refund for a holiday that was due to happen during Covid and have completely ignored us. Unprofessional, unresponsive - a complete and utter disgrace of a company!

Used this agency for the first time and it wil be the last time too..asked to book portugal for 12 of us 6adults and 6 kids aged from 4 months to 12 years and der was to be entertainment and play area for kids and the girl that booked said yes der is and this was false advertising and false wording.... got in contact wit them while was on holidays and they rang once and we culdn hear her as I was near the sea and asked to ring back at 4 and didn't ring back they said my phone was of and they got my voicemail (that's a lie) because I dnt have voicemail set up on my phone!!!im emailing click and go last four weeks and michelle customer service (head person of customer care) she is very rude said she investigated it and shes so sorry I was disappointed and didn enjoy the holiday and all she could say us she is not compensating us back and that all she can do is give me 5% of my next holiday..im disgusted about the way Michelle is dealing wit this matter and also waiting on manager to ring me last two and still no phone call!!! Im not letting it go and also going forward about this!!!

This has to be the absolute worst travel agent I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with They can get nothing right.

I've used Click&Go on 2 previous occasions and I've put the problems down to my own expectations being too high.

1st encounter with them was for a cruise package with MSC. The booking wasn't exactly smoothest but we made of the holiday what we could. I had asked Click&Go to send me the airline booking because I wanted seats together for my partner and I. My request was put in weeks before the flight was due to depart but we only got the booking reference 2 weeks before the flight and couldn't book seats together. Thankfully, we were accomodated with a suitable seating arrangement by Etihad Airlines.

2nd time I used them, there was a delay getting my travel documents to me, they had said that the documents would arrive 14 days before departure but they arrived 5 days prior to departure because there had been a problem booking the hotel. Basically Click&Go had forgotten to make the booking (so they said)

This time, I tried unsuccessfully twice to book a cruise to the Mediterranian, I missed out on a Singapore cruise because the person I was dealing with only works 2 days per week and when I called to make the booking, the person I spoke to wasn't allowed to sell cruises.

I have spoken to Wendy and Orla about the disgusting customer service experience they offer, but to be quite honest, they don't care. Having put my case to Orla, I did recieve an apology and a promise to get better service.

On foot of this, I tried to book a cruise and had the 'pleasure' of dealing with the rudest and most ignorant fool I have ever come across. Will is an absolute joke of a travel agent, he was rude, abusive and continually soke over me, which is the rudest thing I think a person can do.

There is no way I'm ever going to use Click&Go again, in fact, the same cruise Click&Go were offering me at a reduced price, I got with another travel agent for the same price with seats together on Ryan-Air to Barcelona, free transfer from the airport to ship AND a 20kg bag, none of which were offered by Click&Go

My wife and I are regular users of Click&Go. We cannot speak too highly of the service and attention we received from this organisation, most particularly, of course, the staff. In most holidays there will, inevitably, be " glitches ", concerns, points of anxiety, etc. The Click&Go staff are always contactable and, in our experience, helpful and polite beyond the call of duty. We have confronted worrying issues while abroad but anxiety levels are reduced by staff who sooth furrowed brows, solving problems which, to us, might seem major but to experienced and competent professionals merely part of a normal day's business. Highly recommended.!

My husband used click and go for the first time to book a cruise for his parents. (Something he knew nothing about ) 5 stars for Hazel who couldn t have done enough for us. She explained everything so well and provided us with great options and suggestions. First class customer service. We will definitely use click and go in the future. Thanks again Hazel for everything.

Wanted a good value family holiday to NY - Went to click&Go - Aer Lingus flights both ways - stayed in good hotel slap bang in center of Manhattan - no hick ups at all - definitely recommend click&Go to others - have travelled worldwide - impressed !

Just back from a three day city break in Prague. We stayed at the Union Hotel and found it very convenient as it had a tram stop almost on the doorstep which went right into the centre of the city. Hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with Click & Go as they offer great range of breaks in all the most interesting cities of Europe with great value for money. This site has been a great find.Can't wait to use them again.

Had booking for June bank holiday- have so far only been given a bonded credit note for hotel costs, no sign of flights being refunded. No response from them by email, scripted responses from phone lines. Not professional at all. Had been away with them previously but had no issues so did not realise how poor they are when a crisis occurs. Disappointed in their customer service.

Why would anyone wish to book with this company when they charges you more for the same holiday? Our holiday cost 500 more by booking with Click & Go and it is 100% Non-Refundable. Please don't make the same mistake as we have.

Having a disaster with Click and Go over a booking...

Having a disaster with Click and Go over a booking i made with them last December for a trip to Bergamo Italy in May of thus year everything booked through them as agents. As expected flights grounded, accomdation closed but only advised less than 2 weeks beforehand that all cancelled. I requested a refund because changing dates/vouchers are a scam and anyway persobally i needed the money during thus ecenomic downturn. Getting nowhere with themm Incredible excuses offered. first they say I'll get refund which i am entitled to and a credit note offered and if i don't use within 6 months i can then claim for cash refund?? tactics they are now using on their customers. when i queried re travel restrictions prior to final payment due i was advised in writing by them that if i cancel i lose 100% of what i had paid to date!!! my only hope they advised was to pay balance and when confirmation of cancellation of flights is made i will get refund.no satisfaction from them since and latest is the credit note. i just want what i am entitled to. This us how they treat their customers. Don't forget. DON'T BOOK ANYTHING WITH CLICK AND GO!! They'll take your money and forget about you. Their true colours coming through!! AVOID Further update today 3rd November 2020 re how bad Click and Go have become. Despite a commitment by email that i would receive a full refund of flights and accommodation for trip booked for last May in December on checking as to when in December now told i will not be refunded flights and have to pursue Ryanair myself. i didn't deal directly with Ryanair and oaid everything through Click and Go. Also cannot get details of flight payment and booking from them. Even Ryanair don't trust them or want to deal with them. DON'T BOOK WITH CLICK AND GO. They will leave you high and dry and won't be there to help you if you have a problem. Even the airlines can't deal with them. so frustrated with thier attitude and blatant deceit. 3 broken guarantees with me. will be going legal route

At this extremely difficult time they're only interested in squeezing money out of families with fake promises whilst knowing full well that their "customers" are paying for a holiday they will never have....... if you haven't already paid then don't, if you have then your money is lost unfortunately.
They will ignore any requests for your legally entitled refund whilst at the same time going after money they claim they're "owed".
Their own website states that "because of Covid19 we are in a force mejeure situation resulting in certain Terms & Conditions no longer applying......" Translation = "We want YOU to fulfill YOUR side of the contract (ie.pay US) even though WE can't fulfill OUR side of the contract (ie. give YOU the holiday you paid for/agreed to)........... it works both ways Click&Go, if you can't provide us, the customers, the holiday we agreed to (and you definitely can not!) then we aren't obliged to pay you a cent.

I have used click &go several times now for holidays abroad and I have to say I have never yet had a problem. They are so so helpful (especially wendy) flights accomadation transfers all taken care off and always get value for money. Highly recommend click&go..

Definitely not a 4star hotel.. Very over rated and over priced. Food is awful.. Everyone around the pool said the same. Restaurant staff couldn't be any more rude if they tried. Rooms are extremely basic and not that clean at all.we had tea and coffee in the room but had to pay to rent a kettle. . Pool area is nice and pool bat was OK for snacks and drinks. Entertainment for a family hotel was seriously lacking.. Awful attempt of a Kids disco at nite which was a lady dancin to kids songs, the same songs every nite on the stage followed by an even worse famiky magic show or circus act. Not walkin distance to the town.. 3.50 taxi ride away.. Hotel is very remote. On arrival its impressive but we won't be returnin to be ripped off,fed awful food and spoke to like dirt by there staff..

We recently used click and go for our 2019 summer holidays and while there was a little issue with the original booking Michelle Slater was at hand and provided the perfect solution. As for the holiday itself - perfect - seemless - easy are some of the words i would use. Everything was exactly as it should of been from the hotel to the transfers and the flights. Perfect.......

Items stoleing from me thanks to a Click and Go hoilday via MSC. Also Falusely sold me a hoilday and tryed to pay me off and yes they do pay you off i have proof not to the legal route on it.
Shocking service all round could not even set up a trasnfer for people from the port to the airport !!!!!

We are due to holiday at the end of May 2020. This holiday was booked before Christmas and final payment taken on 15th March after COVID19 restrictions began in Ireland. I made the final payment thinking I was doing the right thing. Click and Go contacted us in early April to say we had to decide by April 20th if we wanted to change dates or wait to see if the flight would be cancelled. As per the EU Directive on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangement I told them I was entitled to a full refund and this is what I wanted. I have sent numerous emails looking for a response from Click and Go to this request but have received NOTHING in response. I tried to call the office but unless you are within 14 days of travel they basically said they will hang up on you. I am not an unreasonable person and I understand that this is a difficult time for them but actually this is a difficult time for everyone. And this big company is trying to screw over regular people who saved hard for a summer holiday which they now cannot take. According to the EU Directive I am entitled to a refund of my full holiday cost within 14 days of making that request. Click and Go have not even emailed me back within this timeframe despite numerous emails from me. Ignoring your customers is not customer service, this is absolutely atrocious. In my opinion dealing with problems and issues is the measure of any good travel company. Click and Go don't even get out of the blocks in this race they are appalling. Definitely would not book with them again and would advise anyone else against using them.

I Will never use again. They are refusing to refund me my money for a holiday which was cancelled due to covid 19. They say i must wait 9 months. Hotel never opened and flights never took off so a 9 month wait is completely ridiculous. Definitely would not recommend

Used click and go for a recent trip to las vegas! They were amazing start to finish! Customer service was excellent and any questions I had were answered quickly! The trip was amazing and had everything included which took the stress out of getting to and from airports and all that!

I recently booked a trip to prague via click & go. I found their service to be super efficient. What i loved the most was the itemized breakdown of my travel itinerary and literally how easy it was to book with the minimum deposit, which gave me full transparency around all of my trip specifics such as hotel address, flight details and key contact information. Great service i highly recommend and will certainly book my next trip with them! Joe

I recently used Click n GO for a surprise holiday for my wife.
Apart from one hiccup trying to registrar my code with Ryanair it was a very satisfying and easy to use service. Big shout out to Caolan i hope i have spelt his name right.From day one he asked me a couple of questions on ware i would like to go and what type of accommodation i would like,and he looked after everything from there i finally picked a hotel that he recommended and it was an absolutely fantastic place myself and my wife were pampered for the week. From the airport transfers to checking in CLick n GO had it all sorted what a relaxing time we had. I just would like to say i will definitely be using Click N Go for my family holiday next and wood highly recommend using them. Thanks again to all staff.

Just back from another great holiday with ClickandGo, stayed at the Vital Suites in Gran Canaria, it was so relaxing. Have to say the service from ClickandGo and the ease of booking on their site is just brilliant, not to mention Diana the local representative meeting everyone at the airport to make sure the transfers went smoothly. Great prices too and Aer Lingus flights. Can't recommend ClickandGo highly enough. Bryan

I didn't find them to good or helpful on the phone. I only called for a little clarity about this cov 19 situation as I'm traveling to Disneyland next week with my 3 daughter's and wife! It was all well when we were paying for the holiday, now it seems they couldn't care less.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service from Michelle the apparent head of customer service! Do not book your honeymoon or any holiday through Click & Go! We arrived to our hotel after our cruise (honeymoon) to be told we had no reservation even though we had paid and booked our package with Click & Go they had booked our hotel through one of their suppliers book a bed who had got confirmation via email our room was not available ! (Avoidable & Foreseeable!) We spent 3 hours waiting for them to sort out another hotel and we were sent 2.9 km away to a hotel of lesser value (illegal) should have been provided at same level or higher ! Upon our return I emailed a complaint in April it took them 6 weeks to reply should have been 4! The audacity on our return email by Michelle was astounding she claimed that nobody knew about the hotel situation even though her colleague told us on the phone they did while we were waiting for resolution in original hotel (also have emails proving same!!!) she then continued with an atrocious attempt cover up of an email which quite frankly was all lies and as discussed I will be proceeding forward to the Small Claims Court due to her neglect and ignorance! NEVER BOOK WITH CLICK & GO!!! ATTROCIOUS!!! Please ensure your staff have adequate training and qualifications in customer service as what happened and displayed to us was an absolute illegal cover up attempt (proof all on my emails!)

Really need to work on their website. Always have trouble changing date. Opens on one month or date and wont change.
Shame cause I generally always end up just booking off a different site and they loose out.
Pays to have compatible and up to date websites esp if dealing in retail

Having a very frustrating experience with Click&Go...

Having a very frustrating experience with Click&Go. Have booked an expensive cruise along with 5 excursions at significant additional cost. When I received my tickets yesterday I saw that no excursions were included despite having taken my payment of almost 1000! When I queried this, without so much as an apology, we were informed that they hadn't actually booked them and should have refunded my money 3 weeks ago but didn't!!! I leave in 3 days, my money won't be back for 5 working days and I will have to book them directly with the cruise line in the meantime...not good enough Click&Go.
