Absolutely disgraceful customer service from Miche...
Absolutely disgraceful customer service from Michelle the apparent head of customer service! Do not book your honeymoon or any holiday through Click & Go! We arrived to our hotel after our cruise (honeymoon) to be told we had no reservation even though we had paid and booked our package with Click & Go they had booked our hotel through one of their suppliers book a bed who had got confirmation via email our room was not available ! (Avoidable & Foreseeable!) We spent 3 hours waiting for them to sort out another hotel and we were sent 2.9 km away to a hotel of lesser value (illegal) should have been provided at same level or higher ! Upon our return I emailed a complaint in April it took them 6 weeks to reply should have been 4! The audacity on our return email by Michelle was astounding she claimed that nobody knew about the hotel situation even though her colleague told us on the phone they did while we were waiting for resolution in original hotel (also have emails proving same!!!) she then continued with an atrocious attempt cover up of an email which quite frankly was all lies and as discussed I will be proceeding forward to the Small Claims Court due to her neglect and ignorance! NEVER BOOK WITH CLICK & GO!!! ATTROCIOUS!!! Please ensure your staff have adequate training and qualifications in customer service as what happened and displayed to us was an absolute illegal cover up attempt (proof all on my emails!)
