Nobody responds to request for CLIA cards.I've received 2 warnings that my membership is being auto-renewed in Sep.2018 3 months early.
Twice I've told them I will renew my own membership & they ignore me.
I've been a member a long time & they have never been very responsive,
but, THIS IS THE WORST ever tHEY MUST HAVE LOCKED UP & RUN AWAY FROM HOME. I am not even using the same card they have

Anybody else with this problem. C Poole
