Treasure Pools and Services has worked with this company over the past couple of years and has installed 8-10 of their ozone systems which has been nothing but trouble. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Each unit has been a problem with leaking, not working correctly and more. On top of that the customer service is horrible and they don t stand behind the product, which in turn has led to frustration for us and our clients.
Treasure Pools has been in business for over 30 years as a pool contractor with a great reputation. Now our customers are asking for full refunds on these units and we are not being compensated for the hours of service calls trying to repair these leaking tanks.
