Brilliant and magical place to spend a few days for a family celebration
Sophie! Firstly I can't thank you enough. From the VERY start, your enthusiasm, excitement, passion and support for our event was incredible. This was actually what pushed me to book with yourself rather than the other venues I was looking at. I felt like after our first phone call we became friends and it was always a pleasure speaking and working out the details! However, I did feel you massivly under sold the venue! You said it was really nice, really comfortable, a lovely place to stay, really homely, extremely well renovated etc.. The truth is.. when you walk in, your jaw touches the floor, the place is MASSIVE and every detail is beyond incredible!! The atmosphere in the place is electric. This is genuinely one of the nicest places I've stayed in my life and It's hard to describe how incredible Balnakeilly is. However... Here goes... Quote Jamie Duffin "It's like staying at your favourite rich aunties house, the one that makes the best mac n cheese, the one that always has the fires on and the one that gives you the biggest hug when you walk in"
Just back after a long weekend from here for my 60th birthday and it's amazing lovely house, great service from Stephanie and staff would highly recommend for family celebration. Big thank you to them all.
