I have been working with Ceratizit for over 10 years, and never once had any problems. They expect what they deliver, integrity! Even though the products they make require a very dirty process, their plants are always very clean, neat, orgainized, and well labeled. (Their attention to safety is obvious!) Their staff have always been accomodating and helpful.
