This company plays the client and the aide against each other. Theresa runs the company off lies. She doesn t treat any of her employees with respect or the clients at that. The company is money hungry and picks and choose what client they feel they will make the most money off of. Theresa and her schedulers will lie to the clients about an aide just to make themselves look better. Clients have confronted aides based on lies they were told by Theresa and the schedulers. There s one client that they care more about than the others, Kenneth Sibila! He s prioritiy number one. They will let other clients go weeks without any services but will fire aides if they call off from his shift. The office team are a bunch a lying bullies towards the aides! I wouldn t suggest anyone to apply for services or a job. It will be a terrible waste of your time! If I could give zero stars I would! Used to be a great company, I don t know what happened.
Falsely accuse aids of taking pain meds from clients. Discontinue aid service without investigating the stolen narcotics. Person who was there in the home stole the narcotics and sold them for money. Yet the person wants to blame the staff and attempt to get them fired. Worst hospice company I have ever worked with in 22 years of experience. Will not ever recommends them. They attempted to ruin my nursing career for a very injustice reason. Suggest before u acccuse people of wrong doings look within the home first.
Would like to share my unfortunate past experiences with ClearPath Home Health and Hospice. First I would like to disclose that I worked within the office in Akron Ohio. I would like to disclose that the office staff including CEO, DON, Care Coordinator, and Staff Nurses regularly put down the patients, their living environments, and their insurance/payer source. I have heard the main members of this company discriminate against Medicaid as a source of medical insurance. I have heard them make fun of the ways homes smell, the way homes and yards are kept, the cleaniless of the home, etc. Comments that do not have anything to do with that patients medical care. I witnessed patients go weeks without a bath aid/home health aid or even having access to one. Patients are accepted and put onto a waiting list for a bath aid/home health aid, and then provide no anticipated date of when the actual bath aid/home health aid will be expected to start. I have witnessed patients waiting weeks and weeks for authorization while the insurance company has already given insurance authorization. However, the office staff delays the information and patient care is often delayed many many days if not weeks. I have witnessed patient complaints given by family and patients themselves only to see the DON, Care Coordinator, Marketers and CEOs make light about the complaints with jokes and laughter. I have never witnessed such a disrespectful and inappropriate administration. The way they treat their patients and staff is unacceptable. I have witnessed mothers and fathers being congratulated on Friday and then fired on Monday... while inadequate people remain in respected positions. I have witnessed this administration being told they are inadequate by several different Home Health business consultants. I would highly hesitate to accept care or work from ClearPath Home Health and Hospice. Use caution accepting care: double check everything and every schedule. Nurses will sign off on things when they have never even entered the patients home. And use caution accepting employment: don t rely on the paycheck bc they do not value their employees.
Terrible company need to get rid of sorry girls that don't wanna work need to communicate better with clients also If someone calls off dont just leave a person with no one to take of them I've work more than the girls scheduled
Best place to work. The best people to work for. Very willing to teach you and treat you like a family member. If, you are considering a career as a HHA or STNA please consider joining this incredible team. You will not be sorry.
Thank you so much to ClearPath Home Health & Hospice for your help with my father this June. He was taken into your care in the last day of his life, and your made his last moments more comfortable for him and our family. We were under the care of nurse Anna DiFrangia, who was absolutely wonderful. She answered every question with care and concern, and stayed with us, even when her shift was over, just to make sure we were all okay. Her bedside manor was impeccable and you should be proud to have someone like her working for you. If you are in need of hospice care, Anna and ClearPath are the right choice for you. We will forever be happy with our decision and will recommend ClearPath to anyone who asks our opinion on Hospice Care. We would use ClearPath again. Thank you, Anna and all of your colleagues for a great experience!
This is my first time receiving your services, and I must say being a former nurse, that my aid,Tikea Bell, is very professional, respectful, helpful, sociable and caring. She made me feel at ease when I met her and she's helping me regain my confidence and zest for life. I wanted to give up now I have a new lease on life. Thank you Clear Path
I removed my grandmother from a facility and took her home with clear path and it was the best decision I ever made. I myself am a nurse, and the nurses Cared for her as I would have and made sure to let me be with and visit her instead of feeling I had to take care of her. Losing someone is always hard but they made it as easy as it could have been doing everything for her and behind the scenes that we didn t think of.
Clear Path Hospice was such a blessing to my family, specifically RN, Anna. She did everything she could in my grandfathers final moments to be sure that he passed peacefully and in his home, just how he wanted to. I can t recommend Clear Path Hospice enough and would recommend their services to anyone going through this time in their lives, or their family. Clear Path is and was the right choice for us- and for you! You won t regret using them, and your family will thank you for it! Thank you, Anna, and the Clear Path team for making our last moments with our Pa the best they could have been. We are forever grateful.
I have been In Nursing for over 27 years , and for once I adore my job. ClearPath Hospice has a purpose that everyone understands. Even better, every employee can tell you the role he or she plays in achieving that purpose.
Hospice patients and their families are cared for by a team of doctors, nurses, social workers, aides, spiritual caregivers, and volunteers working together as a team to address the patient s and family s identified needs.
I have heard this company has had some management changes and As a employee at ClearPath, this is now a wonderful company to work for! They definitely treat people fairly. They pay their employees above average pay and provide good benefits, including not only decent healthcare but other even rarer essentials.
I definitely recommend this company if you are searching for employment or a compassionate team to help with the care of your loved one.
Great company i been hearing such great things about this place there is an aide there that goes out of her way to make sure her client is taken care of if your looking for a good aide from there ask for an Ashlee.B. shes great!!!! Highly recommended!!!!
