Thank you so much to ClearPath Home Health & Hospice for your help with my father this June. He was taken into your care in the last day of his life, and your made his last moments more comfortable for him and our family. We were under the care of nurse Anna DiFrangia, who was absolutely wonderful. She answered every question with care and concern, and stayed with us, even when her shift was over, just to make sure we were all okay. Her bedside manor was impeccable and you should be proud to have someone like her working for you. If you are in need of hospice care, Anna and ClearPath are the right choice for you. We will forever be happy with our decision and will recommend ClearPath to anyone who asks our opinion on Hospice Care. We would use ClearPath again.
