If there were negative stars, that would be my rating. I was so excited at first to get this service but I was promised that they would take care of my previous bill through DISH if I switched to them. Its been 2 months and I have been on the phone multiple times with no answers. They said as a company they do not pay the previous satellite providers, but that the rep that sold you the service sometimes will do that. So they have been trying to get a hold of the rep with no response. And since I do not have any WRITTEN proof, there is nothing they can do. I told them at the beginning that I had one more month left with DISH and that I wanted to wait until I was done, but they insisted that they would cover those costs and told me to call them once I got the bill. NOT TRUE. Now I am stuck with the bill when I could have just waited and been fine. TOTAL BULL$#@#.
