If there were negative stars, that would be my rating. I was so excited at first to get this service but I was promised that they would take care of my previous bill through DISH if I switched to them. Its been 2 months and I have been on the phone multiple times with no answers. They said as a company they do not pay the previous satellite providers, but that the rep that sold you the service sometimes will do that. So they have been trying to get a hold of the rep with no response. And since I do not have any WRITTEN proof, there is nothing they can do. I told them at the beginning that I had one more month left with DISH and that I wanted to wait until I was done, but they insisted that they would cover those costs and told me to call them once I got the bill. NOT TRUE. Now I am stuck with the bill when I could have just waited and been fine. TOTAL BULL$#@#.

A group of amazing people work for Clear! One of the negatives of having a large company that operates across the country is every person unfortunately can't have the same experiences. But they are definitely LEGIT!

I know from personal experience the reps that work on the doors put in a lot of work in to give the best service possible and put pride in all customers having a good experience. I got a genuine vibe from management that they care about every reps success and that customers are having a good experience. I love Clear!

If I could I would post a huge negative..for over a year I kept record of all my phone calls, totalling six pages, to the sales rep Jacob Shreeve, and several associates and supervisors. Letters to the President did not help either. I was promised that they would refund the $240 that Dish charged for early cancellation. It never happened and I have finally given up. Just what they planned. Their people have no qualms living with their objective of sales without service? I cancelled Direct TV of course and do not have Dish service either. Their rep is no longer allowed in our Yuma Arizona park since another resident had issues also. I am very sorry that I fell for the sales pitch, obviously.

At first the rep was helpful and promising in reducing our satellite TV bill. But he did not hold to his promises and then avoided answering our phone calls. Very frustrated and would not recommend this service.

I've called and requested that the $6.99 a month charges that I never signed or said I accepted be canceled and credited. The response was that it would have to go to the "warranty department". I then asked will I be transferred to them. "No, they don't have an extension and are not able to speak with you". OK so does that mean I will never see a charge again? "I'm not sure" Will they be crediting the last several months of charges that were never approved to happen? "That's up to them". WOW I hope they pay that girl well because I was ready to reach through the phone choke her. That has to be hands down the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR PLOY!!! I signed up yesterday. Read the fine print, I have 3 business days to cancel, and will be doing so. I just got off the phone with Dish, Jacob Shreeve told me that Dish and Direct are both owned by the same family. FALSE!!! He also told me I would be able to get out of early termination charges with Dish. FALSE! I called Dish today and was actually transferred to the fraud department! Unethical business practices! Do not fall for it! I have an appointment tomorrow to have equipment changed out. This WILL NOT BE HAPPENING! I read the fine print, thank goodness. If cancelled in 3 business days I owe nothing! Horrible company! I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB!

Agent promised that my Early termination fee would be taken care of and now I'm stuck with a $304.00 bill with dish just for changing to direct tv. My rep promised me a savings of $29 a month and I only got a $14 saving and less channels.THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SUED for SCAMMING HONEST PEOPLE!

Only received 1/2 of the promotion I was promised/guaranteed. Totally disappointing. Had to fight with them about the Regional Sports package as well. Happy for the TV but the process has been a pain

I worked for clear as a sales rep last summer. If there is anyone considering doing sales with this company please please please reconsider. I was on a team of 18 at the beginning of the summer and by the end I was one of 2 people. Everyone higher up was super dishonest and encouraged you to do whatever it took to make the sale no matter how dishonest. They still owe me along with many others in my group a lot of money. Throughout the summer they would change the rules on how you can sell, who you can sell to, and the amount of money you would get in each sale. They would continue to tie your hands behind your back and expect even better results. Every paycheck was missing at least 100$. I kept track of every sale I made and everything they failed to pay me on. I brought this to them several times and they would just tell me we are working on it . Don t let it keep you off the doors . Stay out there and keep knocking . In my contract I worked it out so that I was never supposed to pay rent and I m still looking for that 4000$ rent reembursment. I don t think I ll ever see it. I would never work for this company ever again, even if I was homeless and desperate for an income. My regional manager had almost every one of his sales reps (including his own brother) leave the company because of all the shadyness.
