Disgusting environment they don t clean the office and let trash build up very mean customer service that don t want to build relationships they just take your money

Great teamwork, great leadership. Has been a very enjoyable work experience and environment (digital environment) so far. Looking forward to the future with this very forward thinking company.

This place is running a giant deceptive SCAM on everyone over the phone, all in efforts to sucker people into dealerships to sell lemon cars for unfair prices. You know those prize mailers you get in the mail that you always happen to WIN when you scratch them? This is who these people are; and they re running about 12 different types of phone call scams. The owner and COO is David Bolton. The people who work for him here need a job, so they re trained to be deceptive over the phone in order to lure people into appointments at car dealerships so they can spend even more money on a car than they shouldn t. Please note *THEY CANNOT TELL YOU IT S A SCAM OVER THE PHONE, NEITHER WILL THEY ADMIT THAT YOU REALLY DIDN T WIN ANYTHING DESPITE YOU HAVING A 'WINNER SCRATCHER'* -Because if they did, it would be illegal, thus, they are deceptive. DO NOT give them any of your information, as it is NOT secure and being handed over to so-called dealerships without your consent for them to do God knows what with it. How do I know this? Former Employee doing the right thing by exposing fraud.

Management treating the employees that aren't in their "circle" like complete and utter garbage. Management says they want you to be accountable for your actions, but will not do the same for themselves. If you ask for help, they will not help you, and will then get upset when something goes wrong. In fact, 9 times out of 10, management will outright ignore you entirely until the clients start reaching out to them.

I've been with CloudOne for 4 years. It's a great company with very intelligent and motivated team members in a family work environment. It has advanced technology and products. There is a ton of room for growth for individuals. You will always be learning something new.
