Fantastic experience. They left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. I only wish I had them do more of the work. It was cheaper for them to do it than it was for me to rent the equipment, let alone the work!
I used this firm for tree care, and the service was good, so when we needed firewood this year, we gave them a call. Placed order a week ago and prepaid the bill - they said they would call with a delivery date. We were informed our delivery would be made yesterday. We come home, no delivery. My husband called this morning and their response is we will call back when we can deliver - they can provide no sense of timing - it is day to day based on availability. I'm sorry - you gave us the delivery date, missed it with no reason provided and you can't provide a new date? Unacceptable. Look elsewhere for your firewood delivery.
We had Clauser Tree Care do a health evaluation on a large Oak Tree close to out house as well as a large Pine. The Clauser crew later came and trimmed the deadwood out of the oak and trim and shaped the Pine. The crew was very professional, left the property clean and did a nice job with both trees. I would recommend Clauser for those that need this type of tree work done.
I had a 70 foot maple with 3 trunks. i needed the trunks taken down to 10 feet to avoid them coming down on the house. The crew came promptly and did a fantastic job. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Clauser.

They came out gave us a quote, we decided to go with them so when we called back in May the man who answered the phone said they were very busy now and it would be at least 4-5 weeks out. Honestly got the feeling like he didn t even seem to want our business as if he didn t like the quote we had been given. But we told him we were fine with waiting a few weeks so he said he would give our information to the guy who had written us the original estimate and someone would call us the week prior to them coming to schedule an exact date. Well June came and went no one ever called or came out. The experience was very disappointing as we liked their price and the guy who came out to give us the quote. Now that fall has arrived we once again had to start the process of getting new estimates from other tree services.
We switched to Clauser Tree many years ago, finding them to be is very neat and conscientious with attention to detail. In addition to tree trimming and removal, we use Clauser for ancillary services such as tree fertilizing and insect spraying. In my opinion, their employees are communicative and trustworthy. I would recommend Clauser Tree.
In a word, these folks are phenomenal! They undertook the removal of two large oak trees, one of which was sandwiched between my home and the neighbors. They removed them carefully, efficiently and took great care to minimize damage to the yard in the process. Clauser Tree Care has their own crane and chippers. The guys were very friendly and considerate and their quote was extremely reasonable. You wont regret selecting them for your tree work!

I've used this service for tree trimming where they've done a professional job. Tree looks terrific and all ground was cleared of debris. Also used for deep root feeding and resulted in Colorado Spruce and large mapes appearing more vibrant.
Also used Arborist visit to consult on Spotted Lantern Fly treatment. I decided on bark spray. The year prior to Clauser treatment my car and gardens were covered in sticky sap and mold from the SLF. This year, there is no dripping sap, instead, there are scores of dead or dying lanternflies falling out of the trees. Great job. And the bark spray only kills drilling insects which is the safest I could find. Clauser is responsible, responsive, respectful and knowledgeable.
I needed some trimming done that was over my pool and difficult to manage with so many obstacles and other trees near by. The team of 3 were very good at doing the work and far faster then I thought possible. This is the 4th time we have used their service and remain very pleased; priced reasonably as well.

I recently had Clauser do some tree removal on my property in Horsham and they were fantastic to work with. I was on a tight time frame and needed work done quickly and although they were booked up, they found a way to help me. The workers were pleasant and totally professional. It can be nerve wracking having a large tree removed from a small backyard and the crew did a fantastic job of insuring their safety and the safety of my house and fencing. They have done three jobs for me and each one was done perfectly. I would enthusiastically recommend Clauser to anyone.
I called a few tree companies for estimates and this company was by far the most reasonable ! Not only that but I had a chain link fence that grew into the tree and everyone kept saying that they would not be able to cut down the trees where the chain was . I went outside after they left and the trees were cut all the way down to the ground !! Very impressive, and reasonable company.

Right on the heels of a storm, Clauser returned my call quickly, and got someone out the same day to look at our tree that was leaning. With what had to be a serious workload, they were out within 2 days, with a crane & a crew, to take down our damaged trees. They communicated well, cleaned up well, and were great to work with. Clause Tree Care were competitively priced and the most organized company we received estimates from. Their estimate was clear and broken down in such detail so we could pick and choose what exactly we wanted done, on what we could afford this season. Their crew was on time and very respectful of our yard. They laid down rubber mats for all of their equipment, as to not leave divots in the yard. They completed the entire job... removal of 4 pin oak trees, 2 spruce trees, and multiple bushes, all within one day. All debris was removed and the yard was left in better condition than before they arrived. I had Andrew from Clauser come out for a quote on a very large tree that was between our house and the street. Andrew took the time to give me a fair quote, assess other trees and answer all of my questions. Scheduling was drawn out (about 3 months) but still very worth it. I was very impressed with how meticulous the crew was. They cleared twigs and leaves from my roof and gutters, along with a pile of branches in my yard. I will definitely being using them again!

Let me start by saying that I am very particular and a bit of a perfectionist. To that extent, my expectations when dealing with companies for the first time are seldom high. I recently used Monster Tree because they were in the neighborhood and as expected, they disappointed. My experience with Clauser was the 180 degree polar opposite. They worked with me on scheduling an estimate even when I couldn t be there. Their estimate was more than fair and less than the others I d received. Matt and his crew showed up on time and the work was completed in a very neat and clean manner. Matt promised he d have the stumps ground out ASAP and they were completed 2 business days later.
I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them for your needs.
Clauser Tree Care has been here twice. Once to remove dead ash trees (emerald ash borer) and once for storm damage. each estimate was accurate both in time and price. Flawless execution, excellent crew accomplished all in a deliberate, rapid manner, on time, and on budget. Recommended to us by next door neighbor, I would recommend them to anyone with similar needs and scope.
I used the Clauser Tree Care twice in the last 2 years. The first time was a good experience, but the 2nd time was a mixed experience. I had 5 trees cut down and also the stumps ground and removed. The tree removal crew did a very good job, and I called the office to commend their work. Stump grinding crew came at a later today and were very nice to have a conversation. We told them we were planing to replant trees and they tried to accommodate by leaving a hole in the middle. But after they left, we realized it is quite a big mess. The grinding left a dirt/mulch mount much bigger than the original circle, and I couldn't even find the center to plant new trees.

the person that provide the estimate was great, discussed the work to done, and the process. When crew came-out, they cut the wrong branches. Benches fell on our slate walk and broke the slate. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do. Because there are no leaves its hard to tell how the tree will look come spring. I asked if they would come out in the spring an try to correct (if we do not like they way it looks), I received no response.

They arrived ahead of schedule, but waited u til the time to start as it was early. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after they were done. They ensured we were satisfied and was very polite.
They did a great job removing an enormous tree that required a crane for a full day. They then stump ground and removed all chippings. The amazing part about this company is their customer service. Two years later we tried to plant a garden where the tree was. I kept hitting roots and was not able to plant anything. I called them to get a quote to stump grind lower so I would be able to plant and within three days they had re-ground all of the roots out for me and DID IT FOR FREE. Great company to deal with and fair prices. I would highly recommend. Very clean also.
I ve worked with Clauser over the last few years to maintain my tight, tree filled suburban lot. They have always been professional at every stage be it estimating, dealing with PECO and neighbors, cutting, cleanup, and grinding. This past month they took down three trees for me. Each had unique problems. They did beautiful work with little to no damage to my and my neighbors property and lawns.
Clauser was very efficient. They came when they said and the clean up was great. They thinned my trees perfectly. I had them grind all the stumps to all the bushes we had removed and once again they did not disappoint.

We just used Clauser Tree Care to remove a very large tree that was in a rather difficult location at our home. The tree had gotten very large throughout the years and was only several feet from our fence and was literally brushing up against our neighbors home. Chris from Clauser came out and gave me several options. They quickly came out on time and expertly completely removed the tree. They left our yard in perfect condition and bushes and shrubs that were right next to the tree were not damaged. I was amazed at how neat the crew was- I thought that perhaps there would be some cleanup required by myself but everything was gone. I couldn t be more impressed with the work and the customer service. Also, I had gotten about 5 estimates and Clauser s pricing was very good and I believe very fair. Excellent company and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Clauser took down a 70 foot oak tree yesterday. Unfortunately, the tree needed to go. The crew did a terrific job. The tree was right next to a utility pole (yikes). They got that massive crane into the rear yard, did minimal damage, and finished with a thorough clean-up. Only had a few divots to repair. Many thanks for a job well done.
Owner quoted the job and knew what was needed. Crew showed up and wasn't sure - had we not been there, they would have left a large limb on the tree that was to be removed. Office people have bad attitudes. Will use a different company next time.

Clauser came to my house and provided me a quote to drop a tree in my back yard. They removed the stump as well. It was the best quote and new exactly what I wanted done. We had what I believe was a small tornado go through our area. All of my neighbors within a quarter mile lost trees, some of which damaged homes or garages. While our structures were not damaged, we lost eight 40 ft trees. A number of tree service companies canvassed our area soliciting customers. I called Clauser's and received estimates from some of the other tree service companies that contacted me.
Clauser's estimate was the lowest by far. It was actually one-quarter the high estimate. It was thousands of dollars difference for the same work.
Not only did he do the work as scheduled, I couldn't be happier with the results. They removed the trees, stumps, and also the branches. Other than where the stumps were ground, you wouldn't have known the trees were there. They cleaned up the yard better than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Clauser has now taken out several trees for us - two that were dying and two more that came down in a recent storm. They responded quickly when the trees went down in the storm and were able to remove them without incident. Their team was fast and efficient and left the yard and areas around it in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly.

Just last month (Aug 2016), we received 2 cords of wood from Clauser and it was clean, split, truly seasoned, competitively priced, and when we finished stacking it, it was fully 2 cords stacked (1 stacked cord = 4X4X8)! Puts a big grin on my face. I was so pleased I wanted to get the word out.
Well done! They removed a 40 foot Pine from my yard, part of which was leaning against a healthy Pine, they did this efficiently, safely, and cleanly. The work crew was friendly and had clear expertise in doing this. I also got other estimates for the work. They were the least expensive. But even if they had been more, it would be worth it. The only reason I gave a four was because the scheduler never called me after I requested the work go forward. I had to call and inquire as to when they would be coming. But, again, everyone was nice about it.
Clauser Tree removed a huge dead tree from our backyard when we first moved into our new house. They were on time, friendly, and did a great job. Now I don't have to worry about it falling down and damaging property or person.
