I used the Clauser Tree Care twice in the last 2 years. The first time was a good experience, but the 2nd time was a mixed experience. I had 5 trees cut down and also the stumps ground and removed. The tree removal crew did a very good job, and I called the office to commend their work. Stump grinding crew came at a later today and were very nice to have a conversation. We told them we were planing to replant trees and they tried to accommodate by leaving a hole in the middle. But after they left, we realized it is quite a big mess. The grinding left a dirt/mulch mount much bigger than the original circle, and I couldn't even find the center to plant new trees.

Mr. Clauser responded and fixed the problem (see the picture after the fix). Thanks!
