I did not stay the night, only came for a few days. I must say, it was incredible! The peace and kindness of everyone is gushing. The animals they ve rescued are lucky and well-loved. I watched one care-taker with one of the great peacocks. Very sweet. I did not get a chance to see Osiris the Ocelot or into the main temple because there was a class wrapping up. But my sister in soul and I spent some time in the smaller, personal temple. The decor of Ancient Egypt is more than decor, it s a way of life, feeling, energy, and being. I met deTraci Regula and Rain. Both are gorgeous people! I already want to know them more. I have been a practicing pagan since childhood and am 32 now. It was not until this day, I felt like I belonged somewhere, like I was home. I wish I d had more time to spend and learn. I feel there is great wisdom and peace to be gained for anyone who has the openness to find it. I will be returning! In fact, I have convinced my husband to bring all our kids up for my son s upcoming 11th birthday in June. I cannot wait!!

Loved the energy from the moment I was on the grounds. I went for a clothing grab and bag event put on by some of the long term residents there. My experience couldn't have been my better.

Great place to unwind and relax for a few days. Staff is very friendly and responsive to guests needs. They also have a wonderful sanctuary to see wild cats and other animals up close. One of my favorite places in this area. Definitely worth a visit.

Very interesting place. There are parrots and alpacas outside that you can visit. Also a big collection of Egyptian sculptures and shrines around the guest rooms. The room we stayed in was pretty basic, bathrooms are shared. I got a college dorm feel about it. Hosts were friendly and laid back.

Do not EVER put a deposit down for facility rental at Isis Oasis. My friend has been trying to get her deposit back for 2 months now, and she cancelled on time when there were not enough people coming due to the nearby fires. Isis Oasis said they had to use the money when they evacuated. We understand an awful situation, but a deposit is not to be used, that's why it's a deposit. It's illegal to do so! The battle has been horrific, and Isis Oasis does not return calls or emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Just as you enter Geyserville there appears before your eyes an oasis in the desert of grape vines. Exotic cats, rescue birds, ancient trees, and a new age vibe round out the standard magic here. There is also a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna - as well as a pool table and ping-pong table for fun.
Check out the website for the illustrious history of this most magical of spots.

From the outside, this place looks like a pretty cool and unique spot to spend a few nights - but behind the scenes something is really off. They have exotic cats (ocelots) that they are obviously breeding with domestic cats, both of which are living in very small and dirty cages. On top of that, while some of the staff are nice, one of the residents that lives in the back of the property (theres a bunch of them) went postal on my friends and I for using the grill (even though there was no clear policy saying not to use it) and after yelling at us very loudly and being super aggressive got a water hose and literally doused our coals and extinguished our grill. It was bonkers. The place is smaller scale, West Coast, hippy version of Tiger King. Avoid.

Isis Oasis is one of my favorite places . The ambiance is beautiful and unique . Lovely outdoor hot tub and pool. The animals in the sanctuary are well cared for and loved ,it s a lot of fun . It s an artsy place, dedicated to Goddess Isis . The people I meet there are awesome - kind , and creative . I recommend this retreat spot .

I would have really loved this place but there were a few red flags from the beginning. First of all - my friend booked us the Hobbit hut and the Gingerbread house on Airbnb, the prices were pretty standard but they reached out to her to let her know the pool was not available due to a party having it booked. She agreed to this minor change but then when she had to resubmit her booking - they increased the price by 150%. She decided to not draw attention to it and booked it anyways. The second issue came when we checked in and the person who helped us seemed so friendly - he mentioned how a separate party had booked the pool - we made a joke about how we would make friends with the other party and he had funny banter regarding the situation, obviously we were joking. Not soon after we received an email from the lady saying we were not allowed to use the pool. By the way - we checked the pool out and their was a sign saying it was closed to EVERYONE. They completely lied about the situation and that friendly employee who checked us in was quick to make a big deal about a joke that he was in on it. Third of all - as if the bad service wasn't enough - they book campers right outside the huts so you can hear them up all night, the heater in the gingerbread house didn't work and the amount spiderwebs in the hobbit house was insane. Overall - the only good part was the llamas, they at least had great intentions and weren't putting up a front.

I have been to The Isis Oasis several times over the past couple of years. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are themed based on Egyptian Gods and Goddesses (so, a huge plus if you are into ancient Egypt), but it is dedicated to the Goddess Isis . They have a beautiful temple that can help you transport yourself back in time. The Isis Oasis is also home to some beautiful animals and birds. It is a beautiful place that can allow you to interact with others in a meaningful way.

I ve been going to Isis Oasis for 4 years and will keep going for many more. The charming decor, relaxed atmosphere, climate of inclusivity, wonderful animal sanctuary and the embracing energy of the staff make it a lovely experience. Even just to go hang out by the pool and hot-tub for the day provides a sanctuary from day-to-day cares in a magical environment. The property is so much more than just a place to sleep.

They took me in last minute for car camping for $20! Their facilities are much nicer than the facilities I've experienced at RV resorts and the place is exuding positive energy. The folks here are also Burners! )'(

Wonderful, peaceful place, as well as calm, relaxing and pretty. The animals are well fed, the people are friendly, and many art sculptures all around! The one star reviewers honestly have no clue what they are talking about.

This is a magical place. The staff is fantastic. It's not the Ritz. If you want a bougie, bland experience, this isn't the place But the accommodations are unique, affordable, and clean. Because it's a sanctuary, there are protected birds, llamas, and ocelots. The history of the place is amazing. Please go there.

BUYER (or in this case, RENTER) BEWARE! We had this roomed booked through AirBnB months in advance of Labor Day weekend. My wife and I had 12 friends joining us for a wine event in Sonoma. We called 3 days ahead to confirm our reservations and were told "we don't have you registered as guests , we have a wedding coming in". Supposedly, the previous Director (whom we had spoken to numerous times) neglected to write down our reservations!! This place is not managed well so think twice before booking anything with this outfit. We had to scramble for other accomodations without any recourse or offer of reparations from Isis Oasis nor AirBnB.

We were attending a wedding here and went early so we could take the car tour. You get to meet ocelots and servals, and pet an emu. Lol they're softer than you might think! Staff was great for the most part. They only have shared bathrooms though, even for overnight guests, ok for us me but could be off putting for some

My wife, myself, and our 2 children (2&9) stayed the night in a room with a poolside view. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. We really enjoyed the animal tours especially getting to handle the snakes. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

This place is great! It usually has what your looking for. Depending on the season it's very peaceful or very energetic with parties and festivals! The animals are amazing and the staff cheerful and helpful. Just remember it's a retreat center and a bit rustic. It is not a 5 star resort off the coast and it not meant to be. I highly recommend it.

This place isn't for the average person, you have to have some light-heartedness and free spirit to you. It's all egyptian-themed and has a thick hippie vibe but it's perfect for a getaway and will usually be pretty empty - even on holiday weekends. We stayed in the lodge, like a hotel but each room sleeps 3 which is perfect for a girl's weekend. Right outside our door was the pool and hot tub as well as a sauna. They also have fire pits stocked with wood which was a fun little experience every night. There's exotic animals everywhere you look with a huge selection of birds (some even talk!) and even cats like ocelots. You can easily walk into town to eat dinner and party for the night, wine tasting is close and you can overlook the weird factor and really enjoy your weekend away.

The best that I can tell, this location is/was a hostel located on an old hippie commune. Other than the rooms, cabins, and houses for rent, there are people living on the property in tents, yurts, and old R.V.'s There is a distinct lack in pride in the upkeep of the buildings and grounds. There are some beautiful animals there, but in my opinion their cages are extremely small. I cannot in good faith recommend this location to anyone.
