Every year, regardless of who your insurance carrier is, or regardless of if you had a claim or not, your insurance premium goes up. That is true with most insurance companies and agencies. The exception is O'Connor Insurance. If they see my renewal premium increase, without even being asked, they begin shopping my policy for the same coverage at a similar or lower premium. That among many other reasons is why I do business with O'Connor Insurance. If you don't, you should...let them quote...see the difference, it's real!

About 2 years ago I called O'Conner Insurance to inquire about some insurance questions about an auto policy. I spoke to Kristie who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I was so impressed with the service I had received I transferred all my auto policies over to O'Conner.

Fast forward 2 years and I am still working with Kristie. I have transfer all my insurance needs over to them. She has been amazing to work with and even if I have a question about something they don't even handle she will always point me in the right direction.

The level of customer service they provide was way beyond my expectations.

DBA Shrewsbury Design Center. I have never had such a great pain and hassle free experience with any other insurance company. Everything from filing a claim, to obtaining documents or just having simple questions answered. This company rocks. I would recommend them to everyone. Truly superb.

O Connor and Co. has been our insurance provider for 25 plus years. We have four auto policies, one camper and one recreational boat, in addition to our homeowner s policy.
To isolate one member of the office and say they are the best would be dishonest. Although one primary person handles most of our needs, she is quick to enlist help from other office personal to ensure all our answers are as accurate as possible. The office is highly personalized, prompt with requests, timely with return calls, and responsive to any size need. They are professional, but keep a friendly air. The greatest highlight is dealing with a human voice every time you call the office and never feeling your need is a nuisance.
The agents are constantly reviewing our insurance portfolio and make suggestions needed for updates for current rates and coverage, to ensure that we are properly protected for the best possible price.
Being a large family; our needs can be complex. Being part of the O Connor and Co. team; we can relax about one thing insurance!

I would highly recommend working with Mike Devish for your insurance needs. I recently needed coverage for both home and auto. Mike was efficient, pleasant, and happy to answer any questions I had. I have already passed his name on to other friends and family.

If u need insurance, this is the place to go!!! When my house go hit by lightning, they had an adjuster there the next day. They went beyond helping make a disaster into a quick and customer friendly experience.
Several months later we found the ac had been hit as well. The agency helped get the file reopened and payment for damage.
