We had some, lets call it "miscommunications" with the sales rep when I was searching to purchase my vehicle back in June 2014, but all in all I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to make a successful and overall pleasant purchase of my vehicle. I have now taken my new car back a few times for regular services (oil change, tire rotation, etc) and each time they have provided wonderful customer service with a smile and are very pleasant to return to.

I had two other people helping try to get one of the 1000 launch edition 2016 Miata MX-5 online in early May. After an immediate website crash, Heath assisted me in securing one of Miata's.
A few days ago I picked up my beautiful car. Heath and Sal Picascio couldn't have been more helpful. Sal has emailed and called to make sure everything is good with the car.

This week, my husband and I purchased a new Mazda CX9 Grand Touring. First, we received a no nonsense internet quote form Chris. Then, at the dealership, we were so fortunate to have worked with Susan in finance, who was very professional, and well as Phillip Banh in sales. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He worked very hard to get everything handled in a few hours, and went above and beyond by going to the store to purchase an adapter for the tow for our bike rack. The following day we had a question regarding one of the camera sensors and Phillip was very quick to respond and talk us through a solution. That kind of service is rarely seen these days and so very much appreciated. He is by far the best car salesman we have ever worked with!

My experience with Ms. Aiesha Jones and the Classic Mazda team exceeded my expectations. The service personnel was polite, understanding, and accommodating. The entire service on my vehicle (oil change and cabin filter) was performed rather quickly. The waiting area was well furnishes and very comfortable. Equipped with coffee, snack, beverages, and plenty of cool automotive related material to browse through. I would certainly recommend taking your vehicle to Classic Mazda for your next service visit.

Special Mention: Mr. Kevin Morris is an asset to Classic Mazda and is expected to do great things for the team.

Unfortunately the car that I was interested in had be sold. But, my sales man that took care of me was amazing. He sent emails, yes emails. Not calling you every ten minutes, not texting you all times of the nite. Emails that were useful, helpful and most importantly respectful. His name was Michael Shehata a great, great salesmen. I was helped by Jakob he was very patient with me since I was trading in my sports car for a family car it was tough to for me to do. Definitely helped me get exactly what I needed for me and my family definitely need to see him when going to mazda.

They provided me a price quote to which I said I ll eat lunch and decide. When given the quote I asked multiple times if it was everything I was asking for. When I went back less then 20 minutes later, the manager told me there was a miscommunication and that the price of the car went up 2100$. The founder of Classic Mazda said, Don t forget your customer and don t let them forget you . Well, I ll never forget this group of car dealers and I will rate them as the worst group I ve ever worked with. Needless to say I didn t purchase the car. And after this experience, I decided to not even continue to pursue a different car. Just going to stick with what I have.

My Mazda 3 was due for its 90000 mile maintenance package. My regular service advisor Julie quickly checked me in, and gave me regular updates. Classic Mazda has definitely upped its coffee and breakfast snack game, providing coffee from a local roaster and fresh doughnuts from a popular chain. The television set seems to now have the full set of basic cable channels as well. Julie informed me early that I had a broken transmission mount, which was to be expected, but she made the process painless, and allowed me full control of what I wanted replaced. The parts are reasonably priced for OEM equipment, and I trust Julie, so I went with the recommended replacements. I am a repeat customer, and I will return.

My wife and I visted the dealership on 5/21/18 just to take a look at a car. However, the deals presented to us were too good to pass up and we ended up leaving with a brand new vehicle.

Our salesman Greg was knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Alex from finance worked wonders. We got everything we would ve asked for without having to ask for it. Best of all, no stress and haggle free. We can t speak highly enough about the wonderful customer service we received at this dealership. Thanks to all the staff who worked late and helped us with our purchase. It was truly a pleasurable experience.

After having several frustrating experiences with new car dealers in the Daytona Beach area, my wife and I decided to visit Classic Mazda to see what their no haggle experience was like. We were greeted by Eddy, who showed us the vehicles they had available and then proceeded to allow us a very thorough test drive. Eddy was very knowledgeable and courteous. We also had a vehicle appraised and received a very fair trade-in value. In addition, Eddy found us an additional $500 rebate for Customer Loyalty for other another car we own. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience we have ever had.

Leased my 2016 Mazda 3 the other day and am in love with it. My dealer was Brian and he had already sold my dad his Mazda a year ago and right away recognized my dad from the store. He came out a greated us and showed me around the lot to find the exact car I wanted. He was really helpful and friendly. I could definitely see my self only buying my cars from these guys. Brian really cares about his coustumers and even send them all Christmas cards.

First off, the car salesman and staff who work at Classic Mazda are incredibly nice, really appreciated that.

Unfortunately, the car I was shown had undisclosed rear bumper damage, and the inside of the car was filthy. There was literally trash and gum wrappers in the rear console and pockets behind the front seats. My friend and I were stunned that a Mazda dealership would show a car this dirty.

I left the dealership shortly after.

Yesterday I bought my very first new car. I'm a recent college grad who was lucky enough to get a teaching job in this tough economy. My next big step towards adulthood was buy my first car. After hearing horror stories about dealerships and their various tricks I was really wary of them. I started the day off at three different dealerships until I spontaneously decided to stop at Classic Mazda. I'm really glad I did! My dealer, Ron Wilkins, was the nicest person I had met the whole day. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a car that day (which was my original decision) but after seeing the Mazda 2 and driving it, I found the car I was looking for. Although I still had another car on my mind, and ended up leaving Classic Mazda to go see it, I came back when I realized that the customer service at this dealership was above and beyond. Thomas Gregory helped me with the credit/finance part and we were able to get the car completely in my name! They worked so hard to allow me to buy the car of my dreams and I ended up walking out of there with a 2012 Mazda 2! I'm so in love with my car and the experience that I had at Classic Mazda that I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE who is thinking about making a trade-in or buying a new/used car. They have amazing customer service and and amazing facility as well. And the best part about that day was that I was Ron's very first car sale and he was my very first car dealer. Match made in car heaven!

would not recommend Mazda to anyone. Classic Mazda off Semoran did everything to get us approved and into a used pre-certified vehicle. Even gave us up to 10k for a trade for a vehicle that did not even work. To put us in debt 12k and a blown engine 1year later. I am still waiting on corporate to give us a call and as Chad stated from classic Mazda "he don't help our kind" as he did not lift a finger to help us in anyway.

We went to Classic Mazda on Saturday afternoon with the intention of buying a 2012 Mazda 3 we saw online. Mary helped us through the process and her attitude made a usually-complicated process very enjoyable. In fact, everyone there was great to work with. We were in and out of there in about 4 hours, including financing and the time it took for them to tint the windows. It would have been much faster if we didn't want the tint, but it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend Classic Mazda.

Not too pleased with my experience at classic Mazda. I'll start off by saying everyone was nice to me during my car buying process. However these nice people were also very decieving. I went to the dealership to see a new Mazda3 and testdrove on they had on the lot. The color wasn't my first choice but for the right price I was willing to consider it. I didn't end up purchasing anything the first time I visited so I returned a later date to see if I would settle on a deal. The price they were quoting me was more than I was willing to pay as a recently graduated student and the manager said he had the same car in a different color for cheaper. He came back with the new quote that was 1.5k cheaper. I was shocked that the price fell that drastically just because of the color. The salesman pulled the car up and allowed me to look at it. Rookie mistake, but as this is my first time buying a car I didn't think to check to make sure it included the same package I wanted. I went home with the intent of coming back the next day to buy it. In a turn of events I did not return and to ended up taking the quote to a different dealership to see if they would match the price for my top color. It was then I found out that the car I was quoted was missing the package I wanted. As a first time buyer this was very frustrating and also extremely discouraging in my attempts to find my new car

One of the best car buying experiences. Taylor Royal sent me all the information I needed ahead of time and responded to my emails quickly. He had the car ready for me to test drive when I got there. He was helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was able to complete some of financing paperwork online ahead of time and Alex made the rest of the process painless! I didn t have a way to get the car home because I wasn t trading in a vehicle. At 8:30 at night Taylor offered to drive it home for me...way across town! Now that s what customer service should be.

Went in to service my Mazda2 but ended up getting into a Certified Pre-Owned Mazda6 instead as I needed a bigger vehicle. Ismael Cerna with sales was my rep, and he was knowledgable and friendly but was not pushy or overbearing. The vehicle that I purchased I am generally happy with, however, it had two open recalls with Mazda that had not been performed/closed, so please ensure you are cross-checking the VIN with Mazda's website before you drive off the lot. Otherwise, was a decent experience as far as buying a car goes.

DO NOT GET CARS SERVICED HERE. If I could give this dealer Zero stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional and would never recommend after what happened here. This didn't happen to me personally but rather to a friend. The general manager Chad is the absolute worst. Rather than deal with their customer service issues when it comes to problems after repairs, they decide to trespass you by calling cops to avoid dealing with the issue and create stories that don't add up.

To make a long story short my friend's car was serviced for (a lack of better term) electrical issues and the fix cost roughly $50 (deductible). A day later another issue arose that apparently would cost $1,985.29 out of pocket (which was later changed to $110 because of a so-called "new technician" making an error) and would not be covered under warranty. They were stating it was an issue behind the radio and the head unit. They constantly blamed Best Buy for this issue (because there was a JBL speaker installed in the trunk of the car) saying they are the cause of the issue. After several attempts of driving from dealership to store and back and upon further research, we find that Mazda's story does not add up. The head unit behind the radio was never touched by Best Buy! (because the wiring for the speaker connects on the side panel and to the car battery) The main problem here is that the work Classic Mazda did to the car literally days prior had to encounter that same wiring they claim to not have damaged in the process. After much debate, the General Manager Chad states that he does not want to talk anymore and finishes off by saying "quite frankly I don't care what Best Buy has to say".
My friend leaves with nothing resolved only to realize he needs a receipt from the service. He drives back and is rudely greeted with a "what are you doing back here". He kindly asks for his service records but rather than giving him a rightful receipt he is denied records of work done to his car and is asked to leave. Which leads to the police and a trespass notice as mentioned earlier. (In case you are wondering no fists were thrown or cursing of any sort. Everything was kept professional on my friend's part so there is no justifying the cops being called from them)
I would steer clear of this place and their manager. Absolutely awful character and unprofessional. You can also see based on other reviews the problem here lies in service and they all mention Chad.

Bottom line, If you want to be lied to, offended, and feel cheated come here.

It is insane how you still blame the customer. this is an unfair representation of character. Defamation of character to be exact. And trying to downplay the customer just to try to protect your reputation by making it seem like this is an unruly customer. There are companies that have bad days. Why can't your company accept this was a bad day instead of making it seem that all your technicians are perfect? Your wording is that the customer was "escorted" by police. Which is a complete and utter LIE. This is not an accurate representation of what happened. (Which can be proven via police record) The customer left willingly and waited for police to show up.
Also you explain that there were obscenities used in this case. Just to inform you as I stated earlier in my long paragraph there was no cursing involved in the conversation. Roll back audio tapes, do what you must but I assure you no curse words were used and it was done in a professional manner in the customers part. This "threatening behavior" is also misconstrued because this may be to your standards but honestly anyone in their right mind would not find my friend threatening.
Also the issue has nothing to do with a "non-warranty install". This was confirmed by another undisclosed dealership brought to after the fact that the subwoofer and amplifier are not connected to any part of the head unit at all whatso ever. Therefore the unwarranted install never required Best Buy to take the head unit out as there was no need for it.

My fiancee and I recently went to Classic Mazda as part of the process to purchase our first car.
We knew what we wanted in a car and narrowed our choices down to a Ford Focus, Honda Civic and Mazda 3.
After deciding that we liked most of the 3's features better than the Focus or Civic, we explained to Sal, our (commission free) salesman, exactly what we wanted (3i Touring with Tech and Moonroof, but no leather) and he and his manager (Mark?) walked the lot on foot to find us a car that matched our wish list. Turns out, the car had just arrived, wasn't listed in the database yet and was the only one they had.
We quickly decided that this was our car and Sal walked us through the process.
When there were paperwork issues on our end and we weren't able to take our car home that night, Sal offered to drive our car to my fiancee's office the next day so she could drive it home instead of having to pick it up.
Overall, the process was much much better than I imagined buying a car would be and I look forward to many years working with Classic Maza.

The fear of buying a new car and dealing with thos...

The fear of buying a new car and dealing with those pushy - shady sales men and financing people is enough to NOT buy a new car. But I needed a new car! To my surprise that was not the case here. A young man (Eddy Quiroz) approached us and my first reaction was of defensiveness but he told me to look around and politely gave me my space. I researched many SUV s in the CX 5 range and the Mazda sports edition offered the most features for the money. I picked the car/color and next day they had it in the lot. I completed the paperwork selected the services I wanted to buy, and payed the amount I had planned for. Eddy Quiroz took care of every detail and had our new Mazda CX 5 perfectly detailed for us to drive. I have since recommended Eddie to a few family members and friends. Outstanding Customer care. Thank you!

My experience purchasing a car at Classic Mazda East was a very positive experience. Taylor Royal met us as we entered the showroom. Taylor is naturally friendly, and you can't teach people that, so good job to whoever hired him! Taylor asked us several questions to qualify our needs, and was quickly able to show us the vehicle that met our needs. I ended up purchasing a new Mazda 3. Taylor was never pushy or aggressive. He seemed to only be interested in finding us a car that met our needs, made us happy, and was a great value for the money. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Taylor Royal!

I'm very indecisive, it took 3 visits and a total of about 8 hours at the place to finally make a decision and I'm very happy with it! I had a great experience working with Classic Mazda. I was greeted by Matt Allen when I pulled up. A great guy that I was able to talk with and he could understand what I was looking for. At first there weren't any cars on the lot that fit my criteria, but then we talked with the sales manager, Roger, and he remembered that they had just recently got a trade in that was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to come back a couple of days later once it had been cleaned and serviced and test drive it. I also test drove a new model to compare it with and really liked what I was getting for the price. They were able to work with my budget and financing and they answered any question I had. I told them about other dealerships I was looking at and they were able to explain how they do their pricing and I didn't feel any pressure to buy something right away because I like to do my homework and make sure I'm getting a good deal.
Overall I had a great experience and would recommend anyone who is looking for a car to check this place out. Even if they don't have what you're looking for, they can answer any questions you have and you won't feel pressured to buy from them.

For my appointment on my Mazda3 and it's oil change and tire rotation I was in and out within less than 40 minutes, which was quite amazing! I love the new location, it is so nice and very welcoming. A single female who just moved to the USA. I was told by the service team that my car would be $2300 to repair, and two weeks later an additional $1000 for repairs. The team should have spotted these errors before handing the car back to me. I am really disappointed in you Classic Mazda. I feel really taken advantage of. - *EDIT* You did charge me the $1,000, not like the BS you said below where you said you did not charge me. Thanks for taking advantage of me. So glad I did not buy my brand new car from your dealership.

Want to thank the staff at Classic Mazda for a great experience while purchasing my MazdaSpeed3.
Within minutes of submitting a credit application and specifying that I could only be contacted via e-mail Roger Deally, the Sales Manager, contacted me and answered any of my questions. He explained every question I had with a thorough and precise answer, this great treatment changed the decision I had made earlier in the day to drive to Miami to purchase a car. I'm so very glad that I changed my mind.
When I arrived at the dealership, Francine Pabon was there to greet me and was a great Salesperson. She made me feel at home, and took care of all the preparations that needed to be made in order for the deal to be finalized while making certain that I was comfortable and happy. No bait-and-switch tactics, no gimmicks, just honest and up-front service. Angie finalized all my paperwork and explained every single detail of the transaction perfectly.

Overall I couldn't have asked for better service. It was truly a pleasure. Thanks to the team at Classic Mazda for a wonderful experience.

I purchased my new Mazda3 i-grand touring at Classic Mazda. What can I say? Best buying experience ever. If you go there please ask to see Orville Edward. This guy is great!!! He is a role model of what every professional car sales man should aspire to be. Ed took the time to show me every single feature about my car and he will give you a very reasonable offer that will be hard to beat else where. The time at the finance office was painless (as it should be) and went smooth; Eddy Quiroz made it all quick, clear and fun. Go to Classic Mazda. You won't regret it.

A copy of an email sent to the general manager that still hasn t been responded to.

I wanted to contact you to let you know of the experience I have had with your dealership. I came in on July 7th to test drive a particular CX-5. I really liked the car and Brian went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the interior color, since it was very light and there were grease marks ALL OVER the leather on the driver door. He had the detailing guys show me how they clean it. Came right off. That s where the good customer service ended.

By the time someone actually gave me numbers, I had already been at your dealership for 2 hours. I filled out the application with my co-signer and for some reason it kept saying pending according to your staff. I then sat for an hour waiting for any change. The only communication to me was that there s an issue and they can t get ahold of anyone, probably because it s a Sunday. If you're open, you should be fully functional.

I then decided to leave, because I was not willing to wait any longer. About 5 minutes after I left, I received an email that said credit received . Because I didn t know what this meant, I called your dealership. The man who answered said, oh that means you re approved. So I decided to come back. Imagine my surprise when I get back and they tell me they still don t have an approval and that was not correct.

I was contacted the following day to let me know that it was not approved but I could check for financing options. I specifically asked Shane of this would result in further credit pulls, and he told me IN WRITING that it would not. Imagine my surprise AGAIN when I receive multiple emails that my credit has been pulled again, not just once, but TWICE.

Although we were approved for financing, we decided that it would make more sense to try and go forward with a one pay lease. I contacted your dealership on Friday to see if this was an option and was told that it was but they would need to contact the bank to see about revisiting the application since it had not been approved initially. It s now been 5 days and I have not been contacted at all. No approval. No saying sorry it s not approved. Not even an update that you still don t have an answer.

Needless to say I won t be recommending your location to anyone. An update would be appreciated.

Still haven t heard anything about a week later. I was trying to wait it out since they pulled my credit so many times , but I m just going to purchase in cash elsewhere.

A contributing factor in our decision was the patient and helpful manner of the sales rep Brian Tan. He know what we were looking for and steared us in the right direction. Bob Newland was very hepful in the purchase of my Brand New vehicle. This is the first time in my life to get a New car and he made it as comfortable as it could be. Juan Raymundo was a terrific advisor. I went looking at a specific Mazda and I got just what I wanted. Juan was very helpful, very attentive, and honest. The entire staff at classic were very welcoming and pleasant as well as the Taylor in finance. He made the paper work experience a wonderful one, and he offered my wife and I snacks that was an added touch. I that I was in and out with my new car in a timely manner. Friendly staff, beautiful service area, & the service manager is extremely professional and customer focused. I bought my car here in 2009 and use them exclusively for all my vehicle's service. They've recently added to ability to see videos of the issues with your car prior to repair and online estimates so you can clearly see what work is suggested along with costs. It also gives you the option to approve only the repairs you want.

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our car-buying experience at Classic Mazda. Amanda, Brandon and Jim were all extremely helpful, knowledgable, and friendly, and when the first car we were interested in was sold before we could see it, they gave us an even better deal on an even lower-mileage certified pre-owned CX-5. Their no-haggle pricing really is as low as it gets for these cars--as we found out firsthand by visiting several local dealerships, test driving, and negotiating--and we really appreciated the honesty and transparency of their approach. Also loved that they don't include any of these crazy hidden fees that so many other dealerships hit you with, like mandatory service plans and reconditioning fees, that jack up the price by thousands. I also found it to be just a nicer and less stressful experience overall, which I think is due to their no-commission salespeople; they really do work as a team, unlike a conventional dealership where the salespeople are all at each other's throats. Really a great dealership and a great team that I'd strongly recommend to anyone who's interested in a Mazda. Thanks again, guys--we're super excited for our new car!

It was really a good experience, we found a very nice and knowledgeable sales person who answer all our questions and work hard in pursuit of our total satisfaction. We ended trade in a Ford Focus and lease a magnificent Mazda 6 GT. Eddie Quiroz and all Classic Mazda team make us feel like they were there to help us to close a great deal, and they did it. I got all incentives available and they work on my budget to make sure I was able to ring the bell that night.

I recently took my car into Classic Mazda for some issues. My service agent was Richard Barone, he was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was friendly and took the time to listen to the issues I had. Initially, they thought I needed a expensive $1k repair. But, after a conversation with Rich they took another look at it and found out that it was a simple issue that was fixed in a minute. The big takeaway... THEY WERE HONEST with me. :) Most shops would have just charged me the $1k to repair it, but Classic Mazda fixed the simple issue and only charged me the diagnostic fee. I will ALWAYS bring my car to this shop for that reason alone. I can trust them, and they do great work! They also fixed a issue caused by another local shop who broke a expensive part on my car while fixing something else.

A major bonus working with this shop is they put me in a great loaner car so I wasn't left without transportation while my car was being worked on. And Rich was super cool for allowing me to keep the loaner an extra day beyond when my car was repaired so I could see the historic NASA launch, after I miscalculated my travel time to pick up my car from the shop before heading down to Cape Canaveral. :) I can't say enough good things about this shop. Whether you drive a Mazda or not, you should use this shop.

My wife bought our 2017 Mazda 3 in for a oil change and tire rotation. She brought a service coupon for $10 of services EXCLUDING oil changes and tire purchases . It states that directly on the coupon. My wife said that the female service rep was very short and direct with her in general but when she presented the coupon to use for the tire rotation portion of the service visit the lady bluntly said that coupon won t work with the service she received. My wife read her the fine print and the lady still said nope ! Seriously, we spent $20k last year at Classic Mazda and this happens. Potential buyers beware! This is the last time I give money back to them!

Your response is incorrect! We never were able to USE a service coupon for the tire rotation. My wife just said that the service rep reduced the oil change amount but never offered another service coupon.... she reduced the oil change somehow by $8.00. We still paid $85 or so for the oil change and tire rotation! By the way, Hollar Honda, who is located right next door, charges $20 for a tire rotation.... I have a 2017 Honda Ridgeline that only cost me $54.00 for the oil change and tire rotation!

This is by far one of the best dealerships around. Richard Barone helped me with my brakes. He understood that I could only afford brake service and yet he still treated me with respect. This is the second time that I have taken my Mazda in to Classic Mazda and everyone I have encountered in the service department has been so personable, respectful and super helpful. I only wish that I had bought my car from them instead of Cory Fairbanks Mazda- this dealership is only out for your money. Just an update - I have been back to Classic Mazda and Aiesha Jones, once again was amazing. She remembered me, my kids and my family. Super helpful and just a wonderful person. Thanks!
