Clarks Shiraz Agra Review

The Hotel stays as young and beautiful as my dad remembers it since his younger days. Enjoyed the hospitality and loved my stay. Everything was good as it used to be.

Service and amenities are okay but not up to the mark for a 5 star hotel.

Good hotel with very high international standard and a very good a la carte restaurant. We had a very good stay there.

With their sole focus on serving the firang clientele who come loaded in buses, Clarks Shiraz is a pretty mediocre hotel at best. They also seem more interested in hosting very large group of guests. Maybe that's their business model. But in the process the regular service takes a backseat and you are left to fend for yourself. Rooms are small and very basic. Morning breakfast and service is average. The rooftop cafe also focuses on foreign clients. There are way better hotels in the same price range with close proximity to the Taj. SHORT ADVICE: DON'T BOOK!

My parents stayed there for a visit to Agra. This place is close to Taj Mahal, so the location is convenient. Though it can be slightly tricky to locate the entrance gate. It has an old English hotel feel to it, with open greens and high tea. Overall, I'd rate it highly as it was a good experience.

Excellent combination of cost and comfort. Close to the Taj.

It's nice hotel. They have swimming pool, pool table,ect. Complimentary breakfast is very good. But the service is not good as compared to other hotels. Buffet dinner is very costly as compared to the food you are getting. Even the drinks are at triple the Mrp! Better go to other hotels in the city for dinner.

For sure a nice hotel. 70s style. Inside good standard. The staff is still ticking a bit like the past better times with 2 stars more than today.

Rooms were great, but they discriminate during Breakfast between Indians and foreigners. Very unethical we even complained to restaurant manager and he apologized which is not enough. Wish I could give zero

Food and servers were good at upper deck restaurant. That's why I gave 2 starts instead of one.

But one person from reception staff was very rude - specially young staff who elders have to come and rescue.

Staffs at Shops inside hotel are the worst and rude - bickering about every small stuff around hanging out in common area. Most likely they are optimizing for tourists.

Facility is good but pricey - for that price I expected Much better trained and humble people as staff. I would only keep only courteous ones.

They have lost me as potential future clients. Would suggest to avoid this place.

Nice rooms and room services..infrastructure is good ..hosting is also good....around 10 food outlets serving varity of items.

This Place Name Hotel Clarks Shiraz ,from Agra. This Hotel is 5 star hotel.Its Best hotel for Wedding Ceremony. And hotel is very big space for wedding like 3 wedding are doing at a time. All AC and non AC rooms are available. But this hotel food is not Best it's only ok..

Staff very smiling and kind. Clean and spacious room. Shops in the lobby of the hotel, good prices. Restaurant offering good varied cuisine.

Very old hotel with friendly staff at front office. Staff in restaurant appeared to be DWL. One had to demand the services.
