We called Clarke Kent for a clogged pipe. If you re looking for quality work at a fair price from employees that treat you and your property with respect this is the company for you. This was a pleasant experience during a stressful time. The call to set up an appointment was easy and we didn t have to wait an extended time for a technician, the office called to notify when they were on the way. Evan was our technician and he was a dream to work with, kept me updated with his progress and answered all of my questions with a smile (I could hear it not see it as he was masked). The guys from Clarke Kent were respectful of our property and left the yard as they found it. This is a plus as so many companies leave tools, masks, drinks and the like. A+ service.

They initially have me a large window of when they might be coming (10am-4pm) but said they would give me a 30min heads up to confirm before they came my way. They sent Evan at 1pm and he was very friendly and professional. The repaired/replaced a part of my toilet quickly and easily. I asked Evan about draining my sink (even though that's not what I initially called for) and he offered to unclog it for me. I really appreciate that he explained to me what he fixed and how he fixed it so I could possibly do it on my own in the future. Overall great experience and will definitely reach out to them for future needs!

This company has low ratings for a reason. The lack of professionalism, competency, and expertise appears to be systematic in nature. I had such a horrible experience that I had asked that the manager of this employee call me. I was told it was Gary Hacker who is also an owner. As an owner of a company I would want to do everything in my power to ensure that my employees were treating people with respect, doing their job well and positively representing my company. Mr. Hacker never called.
If the owner does not care then why should an employee?
Do yourself a favor and find another plumber.

Mickey and Jose were great. They were able to install our new kitchen sink and faucet fast and professionally. Clarke Kent stepped up when another company sent out a plumber who was unable to do this service. Highly recommend this company!

Requested service at the nursing home where I work. The service tech discovered a faulty temperature and pressure valve on one of our water heaters. After a week had gone by the new valve failed. Requested service again. Another tech came out and said further work was required and he would send an estimate. 3 weeks later no estimate. After several requests to receive an estimate we gave up and contacted another company. By the way, all this occurred before the big freeze.

They were able to get me on the schedule right away. Evan was the plumber who came out, and he was great -- very professional, nice, and clear about what needed fixing, why, and how much it would cost. He cleared a clogged pump toilet and replaced a leaky outdoor spigot, bringing it up to code. Highly recommend!

Travis Connor did a great job trying his best to find our location of the sewer drain.

Our drain was hidden on the property and he could not use the typical entry points inside the home for video detection because of tile built around a toilet so he didn't feel comfortable pulling up our toilet and our p-traps in our sinks were glued together (non of this is typical).

He ended up having to climb on the roof and use a vent pipe to locate our location of where our drain line is on our property.

He did a great job and did not give up despite all the non typical issues of simply locating a drain pipe!!

Juan was my professional yesterday. Arrived with a great attitude and a very friendly demeanor. We ve had a very persistent clog in our kitchen sink; he quickly assessed the situation and got to work all while keeping great conversation and an inviting presence. After the clog was dealt with he even fixed a leak and readjust the pipes (that i had messed up trying to unclog myself). To top it all off he gave me some much appreciated advice about sink maintenance so that I can avoid future issues. Great service, great worker. Much appreciated.

Mickey was amazing! He was extremely friendly and professional. He assessed the situation very quickly and immediately provided me with a quote. He was very detailed in his explanation of the work that needed to be done and gave me a time frame for the work to be completed. He left to gather parts and supplies and came back and completed the project way under the estimated time. Fantastic Service all around. Thanks Mickey!

Definitely incompetent. Had couple estimates and decided to work with them. Called the day before our agreed on date because I never heard from them, they said they didn't have me scheduled. Fortunately they had the spot still open.

The day of the appointment they were late. Never bothered to let me know although I had tennants I needed to inform about shutting the water off. The guy eventually arrives, not knowing what the job is. He had to go to the store to buy what he needed. Seriously?

Then I showed him two other issues I'm having. The first one I asked if a male to female connector exists because I didn't find it at home Depot. He said it doesn't exist and even told me he would check with the plumbing store as he was going there anyway. He came back confirming it doesn't exist. After he left, I went to the plumbing store myself and asked about it, I was promptly directed to where the part is.....

The other issue, I had a pot filler leaking when I try to install it. He suggested we open up the wall and move the plumbing. I kept asking how would that solve the problem and he couldn't answer. He just kept repeating that the wall needs to be opened. He gave me an estimate of $700. I knew it wasn't what was needed. I told the guys at the plumbing store and they laughed at him. Eventually another plumber came and fixed it super easy. No walls needed to be opened.

The guy was truly clueless about everything. I wonder if he is even licensed. Would never work with these guys ever again.
